Always only problems with dpd. Sometimes the doorbell does not ring and the package is simply handed over to any station and this time simply parked downstairs. I ordered the package so that I was at home, the doorbell rang and then simply parked on the ground floor by the elevator ... With such behavior, you almost want something really stolen and then Dpd is held accountable. A storage ok was not given by me (I was on site) ... Such drivers / service instructions are business damaging, especially for a company like dpd. If other delivery services from non-renowned companies are already working better ... If I can see that things are being sent via Dpd, I will choose another store ...
