Due to the current situation, I was curious whether the package would simply be put in front of the door. In my case the employee rang the bell and I then assured her via the intercom that she could put the package on the door, and I would pick it up straight away. So the package could be handed over without contact. I think it's great that the bell rang and it wasn't just turned off!
