Even though I was at home, the DPD messenger didn't come up to me, but went to my neighbor's place of my package.
I am handicapped and had to go down 2 floors to find the place where my parcel was given to the neighbor, pick it up there and go up the 2 floors just because the DPD messenger didn't feel like it.
Incredible. I understand they have a lot to do but it was just one more floor to go.
