Super nice driver, pushed the package to me from the landing.

The doorbell did not ring, my partner and I were at home. Later I got an email that the package had been delivered to a neighbor named "Xy". This neighbor does not exist in our house. Then I rummaged through the entrances next door, there too: nothing. Then I called DPD and a gentleman from the support told me that they would contact me today and let me know or bring the package over again. According to the shipment no. Information, the package was delivered about 1 hour away somewhere and no one reported today. Oh yes, I did not find a note in the mailbox as stated in the mail.

Didn't even ring the bell, just left it downstairs in the hallway at the entrance. Living in a 15-story house, anyone can take the package with them

The delivery was exact to the hour and the staff was still very friendly despite the high workload.

As always, a star is too much for DPD. Parcel supposedly delivered, but it was not. As always, ends up in the parcel shop where I won't pick it up. Not with me friends, when the parcels go back, some senders may learn to avoid this company.

For the delivery people who are afraid of dogs, we have recently even added a bell on the outside. The doorbell rings in two houses when you press them. This max. But the driver didn't have time to wait 30 seconds. He actually just threw the package over the unlocked courtyard door! Although a) the dog was not in the yard and b) a family member was right at the front door and saw the package fly. Apparently a new driver, there were fewer problems before.

We have a really great delivery person. Really courteous and always incredibly friendly. Many thanks at this point for our great deliverer :-)

The most parcels were delayed and delivered to wrong location. I am not sure that I want to spend my money to get a trouble. Would recommend to avoid this service as much as one can.

They don't deliver the package to the concerned person and the given address, but on their website they show that the courier has been delivered. The service was not at all satisfactory

Delivery doesn't work at all in IZ. Neither ring the bell nor the storage location. He doesn't drive into the street at all. You get the information that the package is stored at the storage location and it is not there.

With the last order, we again did not specify a storage location and the package was simply placed in front of your door. The content was clearly too expensive for that.

Dpd is no longer an option for us. Then I prefer to order somewhere else.

I ordered my package 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive 11 days ago, it was postponed every day and I was informed that the package was not received even though I was always there. DPD is getting worse.

Disastrous ... at first apparently you couldn't find the address. Big city, central location, names on the bell and mailbox in the apartment building ... everyone else thinks it too. After complaint delivery with the note "AO <my_surname>" ... I was not at home, no idea who has it ... there are only 14 neighbors in the house.

DPD driver rang the doorbell. Instead of coming up, he simply pushed the kitchen scale into the slot in the letterbox. It was so hard that I couldn't figure it out. Sometime after 10 minutes, I got it out. I also hurt myself. DPD is impossible.

I waited in the house for two days, despite the announcement of the delivery on the first day from 11 a.m., the package was taken back to the DPD warehouse with the message; The package would be delivered again the next day. I have to say honestly At first I had a lot of trouble with DPD, but now I have to say the company has earned 5 stars. Incredibly simple times, customers say they have not been found without being there at all, otherwise at least one notification card would have to be there and be scanned for the other package and we did not receive the package at all.

DPD is so bad. Something is always going wrong. Now the highlight: The driver (exactly one word German and no English) is standing in front of me with my package in hand, but for whatever reason I can't give it and says 20 times "Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow .... "Get back in with my package and drive away. I try to avoid DPD wherever possible.

DPD delivery flawless, very good information by e-mail, exact information on the delivery time, the period of which was really adhered to. For environmental reasons, however, questionable, as 3 deliveries were made from an order with 3 items, although according to the delivery note everything must have been there at the same time. Therefore only 4 points instead of 5.

2 deliverers put the 23.5 kilo package down in the hallway. As a single parent with a 7 month old baby, I had to walk downstairs and carry the package up to the second floor. Outrageous!

@google please give us option to have Zero star rating. As every body mentioned in the reviews that DPD never deliver to delivery address, It is very much true. When it was first time that they not delivered to my address and deliver it to pick store then I thought it may be one time mistake. But there is now 4 times it happened and that every time it delivered to near by pick up store. Its not a mistake. I don't know why they don't deliver to my address. DPD, please give the delivery guys a GPS enabled phone so that they can find the address.
