once again problems with the dpd delivery. For my part there was a storage room OK - front door - this is covered and freely accessible, at ground level with 3 small stairs. The two cardboard boxes, each weighing 31 kg, were parked about 30 meters away on the street on the rubbish bins. Don't the dpd drivers have a hand truck? It works for all suppliers (DHL, Hermes, Amazon Flex, etc.). Only dpd causes problems all the time. I have already complained to dpd several times, result: zero!

DPD just as pure snot as DHL. Do not ring your doorbell even though you are at home & I live on the 2nd hand it in at the neighbor's but then give my name as my name, where I can pick it up. Regardless of age, does your jobs right or stay home.
