Disaster these drivers. Every time the parcel is put down in the hallway even though you open the door. The drivers mostly don't speak German and don't understand that you can't always just leave the apartment to come out to take a package. Why does it work with the other parcel services? From now on I take care that my orders are not delivered by dpd!
