Absolutely lousy customer service, very bad call center, package just given elsewhere for no reason even though we were at home. Overall mega unreliable and brazen delivery service! If you call because the delivery doesn't work you also have to call an overpriced hotline, even though they made the mistake! Absolutely no star actually deserves 0 stars, everything that can go wrong went wrong!

The delivery person came exactly to the minute at the announced time

Without words ! 1 star is exaggerated! The shop is absolutely incapable.

Parcel arrived at the specified time, but was simply placed on the doorstep.

It was stated to put this on the terrace. If we hadn't been there, it would have been visible to everyone and would also have been in the sun.

Extremely poor communication with the non-German speaking drivers.
For a long time no telephone support to hold personal discussions about delivery problems.
Just impersonal mail support, which requires unlikely extra work for the paperwork and means waiting a long time for answers.

The package delivery functioned perfectly thanks to the electronic announcement and due to the approximate time of the package delivery announced by email, you can adjust to the time very well to be present at home.

The driver is nice and friendly but likes to play with the bell.

For what do I give a parking OK for the garage every time, when your deliverers always put everything on the doorstep?

I was at home and waited for the announced package. The doorbell did not ring (!!!!) and there was no agreed storage location for this package. This was simply leaned against the front wall of the house. So everyone could have taken it with me, I don't think that's okay !!!!!!

Not to be recommended in the Dresden area, it will NEVER be delivered, has NEVER worked, you can see the DPD messenger because you are at home, the note goes straight into the mailbox without any attempt at delivery. in 4 out of 4 cases. DPD is really dirty

There is only one description for this parcel service: disaster!

Parcels were allegedly delivered but never arrived despite being there.

Or the parcels are simply taken to the nearest DPD store, because allegedly nobody was at home.

Maybe you should take a closer look at DPD to see who is entrusted with delivering your parcels.

Constant missing packages from this company. They said the parcel was delivered to "IBO". Me and the supplier are complaining without any positive feedback from them

As far as the pickups are concerned, careful selection is recommended: some shopkeepers are in no way worthy of this task. You should therefore take a closer look at the desired delivery location in order not to be treated far below the service standard.

Unfortunately I can not write anything good about DPD programs, because none of the programs has ever reached me. There was no card in the mailbox either. Only 1 out of 3 showed up again with a neighbor 5 houses away who had asked the street.

DPD is on time, no question. But the delivery types ...
Our front door is exactly on the street and you just place the parcels in front of it, or you put it on the outside lamp from our front door. What happens if that gets away? You only have trouble.

Very bad. The packages are sometimes stuck for weeks and are simply not delivered. Customer service is practically out of reach. If you register by email, you will only get a reply 2-3 weeks later. In a word: MISERABLE!

I ordered a package yesterday and it arrived healed and super fast today. I always knew where my parcel was located via the parcel tracking and I am very satisfied with it. Had no problems! Top!

DPD is getting worse!

Time and again DPD does not deliver but drops the parcel in the entrance to the apartment block - despite the "Abstell-Okay" which clearly tells them "in front of the apartment door". Had 2 parcels stolen like this in one month.

I think it is good at DPD that you specify the time where you can rely on it. A great company with good employees stay healthy

the parcel has supposedly been successfully delivered to us, unfortunately no neighbor notification has been left in our mailbox, so we don't know where the parcel has gone! even the parcel number is not known after requesting the dpd shop, the left hand probably knows not what the right one does!

Parcel was supposedly delivered, but cannot be found. No notification in the mailbox about the whereabouts of the 120 goods.

Is there still someone who takes his job seriously and does it properly. How are you supposed to find your parcel if there is no note left in the mailbox. First of all, I'm assuming theft and next time I will file a criminal complaint with the police.

The package was delivered as agreed. The messenger rang the bell, parked the package in front of the door and waited in the car until I got to the door. Went well.

Parcels with expensive contents are simply parked in the hallway by the couriers of this company. At least ringing the doorbell does not seem to be considered necessary here. Service absolutely inadequate.

I rarely get parcels delivered by DPD, until now everything was ok. But I've never seen a supplier either. With us, for whatever reason, everything is basically just placed there without ringing the bell or notes in the mailbox ... after all, you get an email when the package is there. But today I just got a package again (and not even on the front door but on the shed), which was damaged and torn open in several places .. I don't think that's okay! Fortunately, the contents were so well padded that until now they seem undamaged. Actually, there should be minus stars for something like that.

I can't say anything negative. Have the delivery redirected to the parcel shop and everything worked out to satisfaction.

The package was delivered to the parcel shop without consulting me, despite the OK to park. The confirmation emails are also wrong. There are only problems with DPD. If possible, I always choose a different shipping method, but now I spend more money if necessary!

Simply with someone with different cash on delivery, different street name and place. The wrong recipient address was nothing like mine.
If the wrong recipient hadn't bothered to call me, my package would never have arrived.

DPD is reliable, perfect. Delivery man very friendly.

Fast delivery, within 1 day, when it comes to speed, DPD is always top with us in contrast to DHL.
In contrast to the competition, a time window is given, which is great.
It only becomes difficult here if the driver searches for the route himself and does not drive according to the specifications of the scanner, then this time window changes constantly.
At today, the package was no longer scanned when it was loaded into the delivery vehicle, so it was officially not being delivered until the bell suddenly rang.
Of course I was pleasantly surprised, but it should actually be different.
The guidelines from DPD are good, unfortunately there are a few small things that the drivers consciously or unconsciously do wrong.

The boys also do a hard job for a starvation wage, so that there is a lack of "spoken and written German" is probably not surprising.

A big mistake!!!!!

The deliverer did not put the parcel down, but threw it there, (observed). Dpd messed up the whole weekend by not delivering the package as announced on 1.8. but only delivered on 4.8.20. (urgently needed spare part for the motorcycle)

Every time a delivery comes (or does not come) by DPD, there are difficulties - it seems to be common practice that the deliverers simply hand over parcels to their neighbors on the street. Today was the summit that I was sitting on the doorstep and received the news that the program had just been successfully delivered. No trace of DPD - then I checked the parcel tracking on Amazon. Here the status was that the package had been received with a signature ... Let's see how it goes on.

I have had no negative experiences with our DPD drivers so far. Motzen is always quick, but take out parcels from day to day. The boys are certainly not being paid royally, but they do everything they can to get your package. I think that has to be said sometimes.

Unfortunately, I was no longer able to go to my house because the parcel courier had parked the two very heavy parcels directly in front of the front door. I'm handicapped and couldn't push her aside. Had to ask a neighbor for help.

Coincidentally, I just looked out of the window (2nd floor) and saw my package (large package, 5 kilos) just arriving. We have only recently been living in our new apartment and have our name on the bottom of our doorbell not in block letters but in handwriting. The DPD messenger was standing downstairs and didn't know where to ring (there are only 3 rings) I told him upstairs. He pretends he doesn't know where. I went down and showed the DPD messenger where and his only comment I don't care .
So unfriendly, lazy to walk up the 2 flights of stairs. It's a shame that some providers only ship with DPD

The delivery should take place on Saturday, May 2nd - did not come. Supposedly because of a lack of capacity. Next delivery date 4.05. again nothing. 5.05. nothing. 6.05. Delivery was simply placed behind the garden gate, even though we were at home. Problem - the product is an almost 50 euro plant that has also suffered frost damage. It's really awesome.

Do you actually employ parcel delivery staff or just drivers? They're not qualified enough to read the names on the doorbell and they'll leave you without notice. They have the worst attitude of any other company (DHL, GLS). When I ask why they don't come to my door they say I need to come out and get my package, am just a driver !! There is also an elevator in the building! What do I do from now on? I ask the seller to send my packages with DHL or Hermes or GLS. I had enough.

Package was handed over to the neighbor KIOSK. But there are several KIOSK nearby. Which one should be that address is not.

The package was parked in Schwegen between Loxstedt and Hagen. 10km away from my address. I had never given a parking permit - of whatever kind. I received the shipment only because the wrong recipient was kind enough to notify me. Not a good service.

Package shown as delivered although no delivery has been made. No response to my request received. The package was then simply delivered days later when I was unfortunately not at home.

I do not understand. Precise registration when the package should arrive. Precise delivery. But not with me, but with the neighbor. Like me, he lives on the 3rd floor. Package announced for Friday 08/14/2020. Not delivered, although according to the TrackingApp the car was in town. Just stood around for hours.
Then delivery announced for Saturday 15.08.2020.
In addition, the announcement for a package from my wife.
Again both packages not delivered, again the car was not two streets away from us. Again he just stood up.
My package was then delivered on Monday, August 17th, 2020. Not my wife's.
When asked, went to the car again and picked up the second package.

Delivery service zero.

In the future I will pay more attention to the shipping service with which the delivery is made and, if necessary, order elsewhere.

Ich bin zu ihm hin und wollte mein Paket entgegen nehmen, tja was soll ich sagen der Auftrag ist in seinem Scanner aber das Paket nicht in seinem Auto, das liegt angeblich in einem anderen wagen top ich scan morgens auch immer irgendwelche Pakete und lass sie einen Kollegen in sein Auto einladen, einen Stern weil er es innerhalb der Zeit geschafft hat der Rest ist unter aller Sau. Kundenservice...

This morning I got the information that the package had been delivered to me. Very quickly in itself. The only problem is that neither I nor anyone else was at home. When I got home, the small package was in the slot in the mailbox. As far as it could go. So someone could just have taken it with them. Now that was not exactly valuable this time, but unfortunately it is not the first time that DPD has made such deliveries. Sometimes we just had the package right at the front door - very clearly visible from the street. Or the parcel carrier simply didn't drive past us at all, but simply brought it to the depot at a clothing store in the neighboring town. We were at home all day. Definitely no one rang the bell. And Corona or not. Everything except today's case was well before Corona times. So this cannot be an excuse, but this approach is apparently common practice at DPD.

Failed delivery attempted even though nobody knocked my door the entire day!

The driver put the package in publicly accessible under the doorbell signs in front of the front door without making itself noticeable, since I knew roughly when the delivery should follow that I found the parcel with the goods I had already paid for,

Terrible service .... Goods had to be delivered a second time.
And even there the driver did NOT ring the bell, just continued driving.
My wife had to run after him, and then he had already entered "refused acceptance" ... that's almost criminal.

Is a completely different, new feeling to experience such a courier, who comes when he announces it, and is also nice. There other competitors can cut off a proper slice of.
I very much hope that more sellers will switch to DPD. Worth it!

But since I leave the house very early and therefore also go to bed early, but my neighbor apparently leaves the house late and also comes home late, we have no chance to meet.

Whatever the reason, parcels are not handed over to neighbors.

I will try to get my parcel by 9:00 p.m. today, so I may have to do my work tomorrow without getting enough sleep.

Subordinate clause: I am professionally responsible for the health of around 160 fellow citizens and must therefore be fit every day (7/24); yes, I am also a corona hero in elderly care.

If I do not manage to get my package in the next 3 days, despite the limited time, I will inform the sender that shipping via DPD is not safe and that my package has not arrived.

The announced time of delivery fit. Deliverer very friendly and in a hurry.

It's a shame that you can't choose the supplier. Our DPD drivers are the last - the delivery has been simply parked in the hallway (apartment building) several times.

Best delivery service in Germany and EU! Very good mobile app where you can track your package, fast delivery times, transparent service. When I can choose, I always choose DPD as they are THE best !!

The best delivery service, always punctual, have a great app through which you can track the package. I sent packages within Germany and within Europe in general and I was never disappointed by their service

Parcels are simply not delivered, but taken straight to a shop that is far away. Worst service ever! I keep the experience. The Kd. Service said the driver decides independently whether to deliver the package or bring it to a shop!

This company never delivers the package to where it's supposed to be delivered. Very disappointing service. I had to call 40 mins in the hotline to tell them they delivered my package to a packstation 2km away from my home.......

Came in the given time frame. Parcel was put on the doorstep as we wanted, just as it was put down ... It was rather dropped and not put down gently. Fortunately, the coffee machine was well padded.

I've always been very satisfied. The drivers haul and haul until late in the evening. Thank you for the friendliness, for the smile even in the late evening and for being so reliable.

Worst delivery service in the world !!!

Parcels are carelessly thrown in front of the front door of a building that has residents without giving notice or notification. The packages will be stolen in a few minutes!

When the driver was about to get into the car, my mother came back and told the man that the package was broken and that it couldn't be. He just said that 'everything is ok' because most of it was made of metal, and he wasn't interested in the small parts there. At my mother's request that he write down that the package was damaged, he ignored it and simply left.
Was the second time in a few weeks that the packages arrive in this condition.
