1 star for the fact that the package has arrived.
It started on August 4th and only arrived today on August 21st.

On the phone one could not and would not help, as the hotline was closed for private customers on August 14th.

On Friday I had already called there and they said that I should send the receipt to them, said done and nothing happened.

On Tuesday we called again, saying you can only tell the parcel shop operator something. I'm really angry. I have posted the package and have not received any information.

For us DPD is through and through and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
