For the third time, a package of over 25 kilos is ...

For the third time, a package of over 25 kilos is delivered in my presence and placed on the ground floor (after I have opened the door)! As soon as I opened the door for him, he's back at the car and he's gone !! I live on the 1st floor and am dependent on such a heavy package being carried to the 1st floor. I have a serious lung disease and I am happy when I can get my own body weight up to the first floor. I get the package sent every month because it is my dog's food and is frozen and also has to be frozen in the freezer and preferably not until 8:30 p.m. when my husband comes home from work !! All telephone complaints have not helped until today! Yesterday again but with a different package which was supposedly delivered but cannot be found! The package contained goods worth over 400 and it's just gone !!!! It would be very important to mention here that I do NOT !!!!!! I have issued a parking permit! So DPD WHERE is my parcel ??? WHERE?
