In simple words - terrible!

In simple words - terrible!
According to online tracking, the package is in the delivery vehicle for days. Although announced by email for the next working day and according to tracking already in the delivery vehicle of the city, delivery will take place several days later.
And this ALWAYS in any arbitrary parcel shop (without this being specified by me as the delivery location). The original delivery address is not even approached or ringing - because in times of home office someone is always at home. Complaints or complaints are either not answered at all or if so, only with a standard text.
Really something will happen or nothing will change!
The worst deliverer ever! And permanently.
