Delivery was not possible because no one was found. It was in the mail and I was told on the phone that I specified a bakery (neighbors) as the delivery address, it cannot be the driver is probably not in the mood, very bad

Despite the fact that I was at home all day, the parcel was not delivered but received mail and the parcel was delivered. The DPD deliverer must have rang other neighbors because the surname is the same. But you should know the difference between O and Y.

Package didn't come on time as it was delivered to a different location that wasn't given when the purchase was made. Back and forth for a week that nobody is home and also unnecessary trip towards a pick-up point because of the entire delay. App is crashing most of the time and there is no way you can get in contact with the driver or the customer service at any time of day. Disappointed by the entire process. Shouldn't be that complicated.

Consignment arrived on time and well and undamaged. Driver also took the time to check the package with me as I was concerned about the quantity or scope. Friendly and nice, also the passenger. Here the quality and service was right. Thanks to the two drivers!

Package was thrown on the floor, I couldn't check if everything was ok ... people it takes more than 3 seconds to go down and MUST check! especially when the packages were thrown out, luckily it wasn't broken

Even though I was at home, parcel delivery didn't bother. I was at home and the DPD Faher preferred to hand it over to the neighbor on the ground floor rather than hand it over to me on the fourth floor. No service thought. The main thing is to get home faster.

I rate both great and bad service. You shouldn't just complain, you should also acknowledge good things with feedback. However, I am not rating anything good or bad here. Instead, I hereby announce the almost total failure in a trivial basic service, for which I was unfortunately asked to pay:
The repeated, three-time delivery to a shop that can be proven (indicated by large signs) is not a dpd shop and (also identified by signs) has ceased business. Let it melt in your mouth: it was the same driver every time. In addition, neither in the mail support nor on the hotline could they tell me more than what can be seen in the bug-plagued app; namely that the delivery was not possible because I was not found.
In a world that goes crazy, the crackpots are the professionals!

3 days late. "Complications" apparently only occur when deliveries are to be made on Saturdays.

Almost every time the same, you enter a storage location and nobody is interested. And when you are at home, dpd throws the package in front of the door or does not deliver it.

An absolute cheek. This is the THIRD time that the DPD deliverer has placed the parcel in another house in the hallway. He did not ring the doorbell at the correct address, nor attempted delivery, nor did he insert a card. I had to look for the package myself and only found it by accident. Absolute insolence!

Package is thrown over the gate even though the driver is not what is inside and could have been broken. And a package with dishes placed in front of the gate if someone wanted to get out of the gate at the moment, that person would have damaged the package. I never say dpd again

DPD is fine, every now and then n packets have a little dent, but the charm is now part of it!

Parcels are always placed on the mailbox or in front of the door as desired, I never have to go anywhere in the world to pick something up ... perfect!

Because after the driver rang our doorbell, the packages (12 heavy, large packages) were placed downstairs with us (rented apartment) in the hallway. Corona or not, you can still communicate in a friendly way. Especially since not even a face mask was worn. If I had been alone, I would have been lost. Ugh for the dpd!

Repeat no deliveries to the apartment door on the 2nd floor as intended and explicitly requested! Multiple complaints so far unsuccessful.

This time everything was perfect - delivered within the announced time window. It can go on like this.

Punctual delivery and the deliverers have always been reliable, friendly and helpful!

Every time the DPD man rings somewhere in the house except at the receiver, throws! the package simply in the hallway and acknowledges that the package has been delivered to the recipient. If it cannot be avoided and I have to order something again, then please do not have the goods delivered with DPD. What actually happens if the parcel gets lost because the DPD man sometimes just puts the parcel in front of the skin on a busy street?

We were at home on all announced dates.

After we complained about it, the doorbell rang, the package was thrown into the hallway, the box broke - the delivery agent was gone!
We would have to get the package ourselves.
So go down from the third floor and up again.
Based on our experience, we will no longer buy anything if the goods are sent by DPD.

The parcel was simply left at the front door and the supplier ran straight away.

This DPD delivery agent is also the person collecting the goods from us.
Pickup is OK, but the forgotten parcels that were supposed to be delivered to us were scanned as delivered, but he forgot the actual delivery. And what does he do? Just throw the packages out of the vehicle ... and drive away. It's good that neighbors saw this and let us know immediately. The packages were of course damaged.
That's what I call a great delivery, for which even "zero" stars are too many.

The delivery came on time, the handling was quick. The driver was super nice, handled the packages carefully. Top!

It is an absolute disaster to simply put a package worth almost 300 euros in an apartment building in front of the door; there would certainly have been another solution.

Package was supposedly delivered to me while I was not at home.
In the mailbox there was a delivery notice from another DPD shipment that wasn't for me. Total chaos, no one knows where my package ended up.

According to DPD Tracking and after a phone call with a waiting time of over 20 minutes, the package was parked. This is not the case and I have been waiting for the package for 4 days !!!! Incredible, now I should wait up to 48 hours for a reply, cheek!

Repeatedly, package supposedly delivered, but package can not be found anywhere in the house. Despite a telephone complaint, no feedback from DPD, neither by email nor in person (the driver supposedly wanted to clarify this). If you ask the telephone support, you will get snappy answers, as a recipient you will not receive a confirmation email that the package was lost!
If I have the choice NEVER again DPD!

Too unable to deliver packages even though someone is at home. Every time at DPD. There is no contact where you can call for a complaint. Real dirt shed. Inept suppliers are a shame that you have to award at least 1 star!

My first use of DPD was not good. The parcel was misrouted. It took almost three days to get from Brussels to Germany.

Since I gave the parking permit, everything is ok. You can feel sorry for people too. The heat, the heavy parcels and annoyed customers. A little more friendliness and compassion would be appropriate.

Zusteller hatte nur unten geklingelt und das Paket unten gelassen anstatt in den 5. Stock zu tragen. Ich als schwangere musste das 10 kilo packet dann in den 5. Stock die Treppen hochtragen.

My packet suppose to reach today. I was in my room and in dpd tracking its saying they delivered it to LIEBERBM. I don't know who is this. It's not the first time. Dpd disappointed me many times.

Parcels are always marked as delivered on the weekend and nobody was there and the goods are missing. You should still trust that, laughable.

Unfortunately, the delivery person was very unfriendly, I left a note on my front door with the request to put the package in the garage if I didn't arrive on time. When I got home he was still there and the package was in front of the door. He didn't speak German. When I asked him about the note, he said gruffly that he didn't know which garage I mean, there were so many nearby. Of course the garage of the house where I live was meant! In any case, he was screaming, had no face mask and refused to put the package in the garage.
It's a shame, because otherwise the messages via email were great!
