Since I train the drivers for Amazon, I keep asking why the standards are not met? Amazon delivers to the apartment door. The driver hurried yesterday, I opened the door. The door downstairs opened and that was it. Package was simply placed in the hallway without comment but marked with delivery to customer. Doesn't work at all.
