I often get parcels, not just from DPD. Always worked well so far. Everything went wrong with yesterday's package 02655038339640, I'm very angry. I stayed at home, tracking followed - then I got the mail ... the package was left in the pickup shop. I hadn't given a parking permit because I was at home. It's only about 300m to me. The drivers can actually decide for themselves whether they want to deliver a package or not.
Result: Since I buy a lot online, I do without dealers who send with DPD.
