I waited EXTRA at home for the announced period in the morning ...!

WHY then the deliverer is NOT able to ring at least 1 x AND puts the package (contents: with an electronic article!) Just in front of the front door, where EVERYONE who happens to come could simply take it with him ...?!?

I "found" it around 12:00 when I wanted to leave the house ...
With rather irritating feelings ...!
