They don't even try to deliver on address, just leave the package in a shop of their convenience. Don't care for the customers. Will avoid them se much as possible.

Never deliver to the door, always leave it at the pick up point. The last package was delivered to a non existent neighbour.

It s really cruel. I was at home and specially waiting for packet ..... I also got notification that I would get between 10:45 and 11:45 .... And .... Nothing rang, but my neighbor has it outside found on the stairs .... I didn't pay that much money for someone to find outside or just take them home ...

Expensive smartwatch simply placed in front of the mailboxes, although the storage location was in front of the front door! Cheek !!!

Package simply well visible to everyone next to the door, not ringing, we were at home. Message came in the DPD app, but I'm not constantly checking the status of my PC. Hermes is now better by classes, at least here with us.

Yesterday the package was announced between 12pm and 1pm and it arrived on time. The parcel deliverer rang the bell and in consultation with me, he put the package in front of the door. The contactless delivery made the process perfect!

Instead of being parked in front of the apartment door on the second floor as described in the parking permit, the package was parked in the entrance area in front of the glass entrance door. Easily visible from outside and ready to take away for everyone who comes in the door. One wonders why one specifies a storage location at all, if the DPD doesn't care anyway.

The delivery is an absolute cheek and is never followed as communicated! I can't explain for what a parking locomotive / desired location or parcel shop can be specified anyway - nothing will be adhered to anyway and the drivers do what they want! Not a single delivery has yet worked! Allegedly, the deliveries were not possible even though you are at home and waiting extra - a delivery is apparently not even attempted, instead lies and simply redirected to the parcel shop itself! Or the parcels are simply parked somewhere in the public corridor, without permission or information about it!

Have determined a storage location so that I don't bother the neighbors and also don't have to be in contact because of Corona. My package was then delivered today and delivered to the neighbors! Great ... Great job.

They put my package on delivery one day, i saw the parcel go to the delivery point through their live tracking but the package was never delivered, my package then disappeared for like one week, they told me to open a dispute because they didn't know the whereabouts of my delivery, eventually after one week of mistery my package was delivered. Really i don't know what to say, improve your info systems!

DPD never rings here. There is always only an SMS or email that the delivery attempt failed, even though I am at home. The third time, he supposedly put the package on the doorstep. It's not there. It's gone!

Parcels are not handled carefully, although the goods (Hellofresh) are recognizable that they should be handled carefully. Drivers don't understand you or don't want to.

Simply a juice store. You should rather use trained personnel who try to deliver the packages.

As DPD's first friends, it is unbearable how you treat your customers! Even with the corona pandemic, you can't treat your customers like dirt! First the parcel arrived much too late, then in my absence it was put on the doorstep where 12 families live in and everyone had access from the street. The contents were completely dry (garden plants). I will send the package back and recommend my garden center to change the parcel service.

I live at a rear entrance on the property, which can be easily recognized, but the driver simply put the package in front of the door next door. From there it could have been stolen very easily because it is very close to the road and can be seen immediately.
As I see here in the other reviews, inattentiveness or indifference is probably the order of the day for the drivers of DPD. Too bad, because apart from that this parcel delivery service is one of my personal favorites.
I hope that the company will take action in this regard and properly instruct the drivers.

DPD is the worst courier service for me after Amazon. They just put packages somewhere. Nobody at home? No matter, they also put it where everyone can come and take away the goods.

I am very satisfied with our parcel delivery service. He's not like others, he rings the doorbell and runs away again. He also waits a few minutes. Above all, he knows that I have a baby and if I can't, he'll come a second time.

So I am very dissatisfied. My messenger had forgotten the parcels and I was at home for free and took extra time off. When I was at home in the evening, the parcels were just on the street without me giving that ok. I even gave the messenger my number to call me.

My last four orders were delivered by DPD. Each package was on time, undamaged and always stored in the specified location (even protected from the weather). There were no complaints.

I was at home. My bell works flawlessly when DHL arrives - so it should for DPD too. Nevertheless, the deliverer did not ring the bell (100% secure) and simply put the package down in the mailbox. Is that service? No. Does it save time? Yes. Disappointed customer!

DPD seems to have become a real mess. Goods (if you receive them) are defective because the boxes in the delivery vehicle are simply thrown on top of each other and the outer packaging is damaged. Goods that I have received confirmed with a signature, although it can be proven that I was not at home. These are really strange scenes that are now opening up at DPD. I have no problem using our cheap newcomers, just please explain to the people how work is done here in Germany. Lying has short legs and neglecting the real work is useless. That you need signatures from the customer and not falsify them by signing them yourself as a receipt. There is still a lot to do for DPD employees, but first learn to act honestly, in a friendly and disciplined manner. Perhaps it will then also be possible to deliver parcels to the right address, ask for a signature and drive with a friendly smile to the next position where another friendly customer is sure to be waiting for you. I wish you every success even if I will not get back my lost package with a content of 50 through this evaluation. It's just terrifying and sad!

DPD drivers are not able to keep the specified parking location! It was repeatedly stored with the front door open and the market in front of the house, simply on the ground floor instead of in front of the apartment door! Anyone could have used it - which has already happened! Unfortunately, zero stars are not available, hence a star proforma!

Hello. It was now the third time that I had to look for the package, because despite the description it was probably not possible to put the package down properly and the drivers do not need to put on a Muntnasen mask !!! Not nice!!!!

A package was delivered on August 25, 2020 at 1.30 p.m. Receipt by signature. However, as at least 15 employees can confirm, I was at work until 6 p.m. I work for an authority! Since I live alone in my apartment, it cannot be that someone else has received the package. I have contacted DPD several times and have received no information. I'll get my money back for sure, and this experience slowed my future online buying behavior, it's better that way. You don't get far with lies, dear DPD driver!

Parcel not delivered, but marked as delivered. As a result, a driver survey is only possible 48 hours after (non-delivery) delivery. This seems more than paradoxical.

Even if we want to have as few contacts as possible, you can still make sure whether someone is at home or not. Otherwise you can ring the bell at the neighbor's house or hand it over to the responsible parcel shop.

The driver would have been there 2 days in a row, which was not the case.
The 2nd time I have a withdrawal permit even though I was at home.
By chance I went to the shipment tracking and saw that the driver is 2 places in front of mine and continuously follows him on the live route.
1 package was dropped off in my town and he drove on to the next town.
Then the driver was driving back to the headquarters.
I called DPD directly and asked what this was about. The lady on the phone affirmed the entire situation. Yes, the driver was there, including mine, and drove on.

The employee noticed that my package was not in the vehicle all 3 times but was lying quietly in the headquarters.

So the driver allegedly drove into my house but did not and said we were not there, the package was in the headquarters and was not there.

DPD delivery staff in Starnberg is disastrous. Doesn't even ring the bell, doesn't leave a message in the mailbox that he was there and is not delivered. If the parcels are shown as delivered, LOTS are left on the road, very high risk of stealing. Beware of this company, there are other reputable ones who can deliver.
