Very clean rooms certainly located in Downtown Toronto! We have a suite! We love it! Perfect for our girls weekend. Walking distance to the Eaton Center! City Hall! Queen St! I definitely would stay here again!

Place was very nice! Stayed in the king suite and room was very spacious. Only issue was that our room was not ready in time.
Great room and service. Location is right in the heart of downtown and with lots of transit options, I can easily get anywhere I want to go. Another great Hilton property.
Hotel is quite close to Deloitte Bay Adelaide towers. less than a kilometer walk. weather is awesome. the hotel seems laid back and not very busy as compared to sheraton and others close by. staff is just ok. seems more friendly to Canadians than us Indian visitors. room wasnt ready when we reached, still waiting for assigment. proximity to offices is quite good
Check in was quick and easy, only one person manning the desk but still gave us full attention and answered our questions. If you are driving in make sure you don't park on the street in front of the hotel. They will try to give you a ticket. The hotel has a little driveway but it will only fit two cars. Parking is available after you check in, in underground parking lot.
I stayed with a friend for over three days in March ....Great experience ...the hotel is centrally located and offers well designed guest rooms and outstanding comfort. The bed was probably the best I have slept in and the new HD TV channels were appreciated. We tried the two inhouse restaurants ...Lai Wah Heen and Hemispheres and the cuisine was excellent. Room service was also appreciated one one night we were too tired to go out. There was some work going on on different floors during the day but did not feel it.

They must specify that their parking has a height restriction of 6.0 ... we were not able to park at hotel and had to pay $85 for two days outside ..

Really disappointing how this hotel is unable to reserve you a parking spot in advance. Fist time I called to make a reservation the person at the call centre told me that she would reserve me a parking spot. However when there was not mention of that on my confirmation email i called again. A guy answer the phone kind of rude, saying "Only once we've confirmed you have a car we can reserve you a spot". Are you kidding me? Seriously? I explained to him that I have two little boys making it extremely hard for me to move around in a strange city, and yet he gave me that answer. I guess next time I call I will be needing to send proof that I have a car..... NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LACK OF COMMON SENSE

Attended for a professional workshop. It was a great experience and very useful however the organisation was not that impressive. Most people left outside of the room due to overbooking and poor organization.
Staff were friendly and quick to get us checked in when we arrived late in the day and very tired. Room was clean throughout, no complaints. Bed was great, bathroom clean. AC unit gets loud but we didn't really care. The pool was nice, clean and warm

In town on business, first time at this location and it's been fabulous. The trainee concierge Susan was very polite, friendly, and professional. Rooms were very well kept, internet was great, and my room on the 24th floor had a pretty decent view. The location is amazing, you can walk to all the top attractions, and all the amazing restaurants you could ever hope for.
Housekeeping stole money from our bags and hotel managers were very unhelpful in resolving the issue. Police also said that they was another theft incident the day before mine. Lock your stuff up if you stay here!

My friends and I stayed at the DoubleTree in Toronto. We were there for a birthday party. We plan on going out that night but we're going to stay in the room just to get ready. We are pleasantly surprised with the room we had. We stayed in an honors room. I can genuinely say that we were treated with a great deal of care. We received a complimentary cheese board and sparkling water. The room itself was amazing. It had a living room with a couch, a TV, a kitchen, and desk area. Down a separate hallway was a closet, a beautiful bathroom, and a lovely bedroom with a queen size bed and a great View. We never had any problems with the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet that we had the next morning was better than expected and featured a wide variety of fresh food. The actual location of the Doubletree was pretty nice too. It was squished between a whole bunch of Korean an asian-inspired authentic restaurants which with something my girlfriends and I loved. With that said, I would definitely come back to the DoubleTree for sure.
Hotel and hospitality was good. however I had to call them to get my hotel receipt 3 to 4 times but still I have not received my receipts. Not treating well once out of hotel.

The rooms amd location are fine, but the internet has not worked in my room for most of my several day stay. The housekeeping staff are surly. I needed 10 minutes in my room mid day and had one tell me if I went into my room they would not clean or come back. Also very long waits for elevators, pRticularly on higer floors.
I kept on getting calls from these people again and again and again and again after I visited there and it wasn't even under my name and it didn't have my phone number so I don't know how they kept on calling me the room we had was very nice big TV huge comfy bed view of nothing.

Stayed 2 nights there last year great customer service when we were coming in they got us bags to put r stuff in cause we had to go and our room wasent ready and they put our bags in a locked room so they could be safe came back after eating and they grabbed us our bags and even joked a little with us then went up to our room and it was extremely nice bed was comfy one of the best sleeps I've ever had. Then on the second night we ordered pizza from there menu and it was delicious the guy who brought up our food was very polite and nice every thing worked properly very nice surrounding area as well there was a starbucks just down the street. Planning on staying there again this year and hoping to get the same amazing service. Also they had free cookies we had like 6,pool was also very nice and the work out area was nice as well I do recommend this hotel I got my moneys worth for sure

I stayed there on Valentine's Day weekend and the place was a bit of mad house... I wasn't impressed with the experience!!!
We stayed over night last weekend. There's nothing bad to say, except that it would be nice if the $29. parking charge for the under ground was included in the price.
The check in was quick, the staff friendly, rooms nice, very clean, quiet, and the cookies they give you when you check in are to die for. I wish I had the recipe!
The bed was so comfortable, with nice sheets and duvet. We didn't want to get up in the morning. It's also great that the check in is at 3 pm, and you don't have to check out until 12 noon.
We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

had a great time at the double tree by Hilton My wife and i stayed for 2 nights and they did what they could to help with any issues ...my only suggestion don't drive a large SUV or truck there is no parking for a vehicle over 6ft max

Staff at the front were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and well kept. The breakfasts were delicious (especially the hashbrowns!). Loved that we were greeted with a warm cookie when we checked in!

Great location and wonderful staff but room 1903 was a disaster. As a Diamond Hilton Honors member, I have never seen a room in such poor condition especially for the price. Parts of the ceiling were falling off in the bathroom and when I went to the front desk to let them know, I was offered complimentary breakfast which I already have as a Diamond member. The A/C wasn't working properly either. It's a shame since this hotel has great potential.

Way too pricey for what you get. Service is good but you can get a better room elsewhere for the same price. No wow factor or anything to set it apart or make things memorable for customers.

Five nights on the 21st floor. The room wasn't too small and it was okay for them to stay. It was great to be close to Ontario Art Museum, Eaton Shopping Center, City Hall and Toronto Sign. Bathroom amenities are Crabtree & Evelyn, which is not bad.
Nice and especially large hotel. Small rooms, a layer of dust on the baseboards but otherwise clean. Sat on the 20th floor overlooking a construction site. They started working around 7 pm and that was very audible! Friendly staff.

This Hotel provides first class accommodation, right in the heart of downtown Toronto. It is within walking distance of the major theatres and sports centres offered by this city. Similarly there is easy access to a wide variety of restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

Long story short, we arrived for check in past midnight and were told that no crib is available for our baby even though we requested it several months ago. The front desk man Kirupa was extremely rude. I asked him, "what's your name?" and he responds, "why, is this going to get you a crib?" I was astounded that the Hilton lets their staff speak like that to their guests. We had to leave, because without a crib our baby would have to sleep on the floor or in her car seat, yet they told us they will still charge us for the stay! Apparently they are always having this problem of not having cribs available, yet it seems they couldn't care less to rectify this
Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Room was smaller than expected but still a decent size. The staff in the restaurant in the lobby can be nice, but some of them weren't very polite. Overall, was a pretty decent stay!
Great event venue on the lower floor. Big carpeted space with good acoustics. Outside there is a tiled antechamber where reception and a buffets line can be set up. The serving staff are all veteran and very conscientious, hard-working and efficient. The location is a bit tricky especially if you're after free parking. But overall Double Tree is excellent for events.
From the moment you arrive, you are treated like a queen. You get a cookie (DELICIOUS btw) at check in which is a nice treat! Everyone is so friendly! A must try is the Hemisphere restaurant near the lobby! Everything is delicious!!! So impressed! Would definetly stay here again!!!! :-D
