Excellent hotel, good value for price , helpful and courteous staff

The elevators took a long time to arrive the night of Thursday the 20th, May

The most comfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel. Unfortunately you could hear the noise from the hall and the fan in the room was also loud at times.

Always receive amazing service when we visit. The parking was a little tough (quite full and spaces are very tiny), but otherwise our visit was fantastic.

Great downtown location; refreshing walk to Eaton Centre, CN tower, stone's throw to Osgoode Hall, Nathan Phillip's Square; close proximity to hospitals on University; parking underground is pricey $35/day but very convenient; nice bar and restaurant; Full service Starbucks within 1 block!

excellent location. The corner rooms have decent view of the city center. Overnight parking is 35 dollar with good availability. The building and interior decorations are somewhat dated though. The air-condition is quite noisy even with the low fan setting.

The location is excellent and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Hotel parking has weird corners, elevators are a bit slow. Location is great though as it's situated at downtown core near dundas square. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is decent but quality doesn't match the price tag. Servicw requires needs more attention to detail.

I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the rooms and the view from the hotel. The hotel is also very conveniently located; it's not too far from any point of interest. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The Hilton was a great hotel, free WiFi on every floor. The hotel staff is friendly and approachable. The halls and rooms and always clean. There is nothing to complain about at least with my experiences

Terrible experience. They overcharged me for something I never ordered and then treated me like I was trying to get away with something. After 30 minutes, they figured out it was a glitch in their system and they took off the charge. Never staying here again. 30 minutes to checkout is way too long. Was late for my event as a result. Also the parking lot it dangerously narrow to drive. Took a while to get in and out. Room was ok though. Mediocre at best, not worth the price.

The room was very clean and well decorated. It was modern with lots of plugs for my devices. The staff was polite and I liked the biscuit.

This hotel's location and service makes for a good stay.

I've stayed here twice. Each time I can say the service was great. From the check-in staff to the bellhop/attendants they really care about they're hotel.

There was a free sample cart giving out samples of popcorn chicken from one of the two restaurants on-site which was interesting. The chicken was great by the way.

The breakfast buffet is very good. Turkey sausage, real scrambled eggs, fresh fruit. I actual remember the wait staff from my last visit.

Stayed on an Honors floor and had a beautiful room, beautiful view, and great service.

simply visited the hotel to wait for few friends. service in the lobby was quick.

The staff was pretty arrogant and did not bother to smile. It took me half an hour to check out. I couldn t sleep at night due to heavy noise. This is utterly disappointing.

I booked this hotel through hotwire after leaving a dilapidated hostel. The check-in staff were very nice, offering me a cookie and upgrading my room because of the inconvenience I faced at my previous accomodation. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Free bottles of water, tea, and coffee were also included in the room. I would definitely book with this hotel chain again.

Hotel ist okay. The staff were very friendly. However, I found the room heating very noisy and it would wake me up in the middle of the night as it came on. The rooms are also very tired and quite beaten up. The lifts are at times very slow and then turn up full after waiting for minutes. And the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, I detest seeing other people's hairs in the tub when I check in.
