Really disappointing how this hotel is unable to r...

Really disappointing how this hotel is unable to reserve you a parking spot in advance. Fist time I called to make a reservation the person at the call centre told me that she would reserve me a parking spot. However when there was not mention of that on my confirmation email i called again. A guy answer the phone kind of rude, saying "Only once we've confirmed you have a car we can reserve you a spot". Are you kidding me? Seriously? I explained to him that I have two little boys making it extremely hard for me to move around in a strange city, and yet he gave me that answer. I guess next time I call I will be needing to send proof that I have a car..... NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LACK OF COMMON SENSE
