Thirty minutes on the phone queue and still haven't come through. Biking up and down the queue, I am number 1, then I smoke down as number 3 and then up in place 1 again, but never through ... And why should I have to call you to unsubscribe , that is solely to make it as difficult for customers as possible. Crafty. Once I got through it was fortunately painless to terminate.
Bought 9 issues of do it yourself as an intro offer, and terminated the subscription with it afterwards. here 7 months later they are still withdrawing money

Bad service. Once I paid a wrong amount, and suddenly a lawyer called to force me to another amount. And the amount I paid too much I never received back.
Often the products they use to get new memberships are of poor quality. And not worth the money they write. I will never buy more of their products.
Warning!!! Bonnier is living up to their reputation as having nothing but disdain toward their customers. After many previous attempts to sign in to their faulty customer service website, I canceled my trial on May 5 via a third-party service. Bonnier claims they didn't receive the cancellation until May 9, the same day as the renewal, and therefore refuse to refund the card payment. Many other people have had similar issues with Bonnier stealing money from them through false subscription bills.
Lousy customer service .. You can only terminate by phone and only with the end of one of the Bonieer fixed-term period, the next 3 Do It Yourself leaves smoke directly in the trash!
Very poor customer service. Very expensive magazines and difficult too cancel subscription.

They phoned every six months, probably because they were interested in specific magazines. Unfortunately, at that time, there were several reasons for me not to subscribe to them. But, they called again, things had gotten better, I now had time, profits and advice (not because it is particularly expensive) to read again, and then stop where is it great to start reading again! I have never experienced any problems with Bonnier's service, I feel well taken care of as a subscriber.

And note: You have the right to cancel your order if you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours - so do not wait 3 weeks as I do, but contact them immediately the 24 hours have passed. But good luck in getting in touch with them, it is impossible! And ideally: don't support as badly a company with such a miserable way of doing business. You DO NOT get what they promise, just a lot of hassle and trouble!

Terrible company !! Suddenly came home an invoice of SEK 800 with a reminder fee where it says that they sent me an invoice several times. I have never received an invoice or approved a subscription from bonnier.

Bonnier claimed that one would get a number of issues for free of World History for a hundred bucks approximately. Got the magazine but in the end also an invoice of a little over SEK 400. Then reminder and threat of debt collection. In every newspaper there is a newspaper that says "Delivery is paid". Wonder how many Bonniers manage to fool this?

Have had a subscription for 8 years and have automatic payment on my consumer association card. Now 2 times they send reminders over the 8 years on non-payment. Now I do not bother anymore. You can not log in to customer service with the codes they give you. It's so amateurish
It is theoretically possible to terminate a magazine via the self-service solution, but Bonniers has deliberately posted a faulty link on their site, ie. When you have clicked through a lot of questions that take a very long time, the page ends up reporting "error". It is totally ridiculous to waste their customers' time with such childish tricks.
I then canceled my subscription on the phone, I of course recorded the phone call since you can't trust Bonniers.
