It was a great experience, From check in to check out it was a smooth experience. The staff were knowledgeable of the area and check out was instantaneous process. The room was tidy and well kept. The bed was comfortable.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Was in Toronto on a weekend trip and the hotel was central to everything. Staff was amazing and room was perfect. Definitely a great place to explore Toronto from.

Very nice hotel. Has a nice pool and fitness centre. Is very clean and front desk staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall a great hotel and worth the money.

Night "manager" was incredibly rude, had no care when we were given the wrong room that we booked. I stay in hotels a couple times a month for work and I can confirm I won't be coming back here for work or leisure solely based on the customer service from him.

Very clean, nice room. Hotel covid clean protocols was great. Stayed 1 nite while our child was at sick kids, for a small fee they graciously extended check out time. I would definitely use this hotel again.
Celebrating our anniversary for the weekend. We were given the option of a room closer to or further away from the elevator. We cjose further and were given a corner room. It was perfect. Felt quite private. View wasn-t anything spectacular but if we squinted we could see a bit of Nathan Phillips Square. Price was reasonabke for the location. Two blocks from Yonge-Dundas square and the Eaton Centre (of which we visited multiple times). Staff was friendly. Would consider staying here again.

Check in was fast, front desk personnel upgraded my reservation and gave me a cookie. However there were some issues with the elevator. Not all elevators were working and it took several minutes to get a car. Room looked good with nice fixtures (granite n wood). Location is central, within walking distance to downtown, utoronto and good restaurants.

This hotel is located at a great location. Most of Toronto downtown attractions are within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and willing to help customers. Will certainly stay here again next time when I visit Toronto.

I was only there briefly but the staff was courteous and helpful and the room was beautiful and comfortable.
We booked in Saturday at noon, found out that we had mistakenly my husband had reserved a night on his credit card. I had also reserved the same night on my credit card. We asked if they would consider refunding us for the one room. They declined, we then asked if we could possibly use this reservation on another night. We had no family to give it too. As, it was getting late in the day the lady at the desk said , "She would speak to the manager,". As of this morning they would NOT GIVE US ANOTHER NIGHT for this PAID ROOM. I'm just surmising that they RENTED the room. I never got a KEY just PAID. I would have DONATED the room to the hospital for a person in need. It is a SHAME that this hotel DIDN'T make the MORAL decision and do RIGHT. So, you have LOST my business forever. I support companies that make JUSTLY decisions. Actually, since I paid for the room and you refused to assist me with this I could have KEPT the key in my pocket for the night. SHAME on YOU!
I realize it was my fault that started this ball rolling, but YOU actually made our special evening upsetting. ALSO, you should have OFFERED us a better room since we paid twice for one room. YOU DIDN'T, we got a closet room. SMALL. Disappointed to say the least. Please respond with your reasoning other than currency decision. Linda
Hotel rather well placed, all the hypercentre is easily accessible in 20 to 30 minutes on foot. The staff was professional. The room is modern, the view is not crazy but the rooms are pretty. By cons, our door was on the elevator, and as much to say that the sound insulation of the door was clearly not at the rendezvous. In addition, the internet connection was very slow and limited. Pity.
I have always loved staying here over the years. The staff are friendly, the rooms are a nice size and always well-kept. As an added bonus, you get a free warm delicious, nutty chocolate chip cookie everytime you walk by the front desk.
Haven't stayed there, but my father-in-law was checking in, and the front desk person gave me a warm chocolate chip cookie, just because. Nice.

Great experience at this hotel. Yes there is construction in the area and did not affect our stay. Standard Doubletree rooms and hotel, everything was clean and anything I needed was readily available. Great Honors benefits recognition here without asking. Princess at the front desk is an asset to this hotel, she sorted out my request in record time and to my satisfaction. A lot of interesting restaurants within walking distance. I was there for the alarm mentioned in another review, everything worked as it should (only firefighters can authorize people to return inside, even for false alarms) and handled properly by staff. Much ado about nothing. Annoying, sure.
Very good sleep, I forgot my shoes in a room and they claim not to find. Very frustrating and would expect more diligence when it comes to customer care

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. We stayed for Valentine's day and the day after. Rhonda, Princess, Jing and Henry were extremely helpful and met all of our needs. The warm cookies were delicous and we were given many complimentary cookies before we left. The WiFi was great we didn't have any issues with speed or connection. The water pressure was great, it was a little hard to get cold water from the sink but you just had to run it awhile.
The pool was great, not very large but good enough considering there was no one else swimming when I went. The sauna took a while to heat up but that was also nice.

Perfect location within downtown that we just parked car for day. Mostly quite except for the jackhammer construction noise for q bit of time late afternoon. No hotels fault as building is next door.
Brand new interior, clean and modern decor, the pool area was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was free with honours gold and it was pretty good as far as buffet breakfast goes and the staff was very attentive. They were out of cookies on checkin, but said to drop by later to pick them up.
The bed and the pillows are so soft, lovely reception with polite and courteous staff. The suites are spacious and bathrooms amazing
Great stay, comfy beds although room little small...Buffet breakfast and service were excellent...dinner at Hemisphere's was pretty good. I enjoyed my ribeye steak. Samosas little spicy but a good spice level. Desert was coconut icecream and not too bad
