Room 2316 has a nice view but is very small. This hotel is in a great location. AC works great.

This hotel is SO NICE! It is definitely worth it the price you pay for it. The front desk staff gave us cookies when we checked in and out. And it is located in a great spot where all the restaurants and other stores are. You could literally walk everywhere. It's one of the nicest hotels I've been to definitely highly recommend.

Great downtown location. Easy walk to SkyDome. Great food around the hotel.

The location is great, very downtown plus close to many other delicious restaurants. Staff are nice and polite. The room was not too small, great size and it was clean. But someone's sweater was in the closet.

Room was great, Doubletree cookies are tasty. The Continental Breakfast is a bit or a ripoff thought. Within walking distance to plenty of interesting places.

Attended a two day course in the Denver room. Small room, good for ~15 people. Our class for packed with 22 people.

The attitude of the staff at check-in was very rough and not a good impression. Just after entering your email address, a large amount of spam emails have been sent. When I told the staff that free wifi had no password and security was zero, he said "no security". The room is small for the price. The location is very convenient because it is close to the station restaurant.

The hotel is well located, with easy access via two metro stations. Staff are courteous and always willing to help. The comfort of the conference rooms is at an appropriate level compared to the hotel.

Really warm welcome when we arrived and the view from the window was fantastic - CN Tower and you could even see the lake through the buildings! Location was absolutely perfect for traveling around the downtown area and is only a short walk to city hall and the big Toronto sign for a photo op! Lots of really good restaurants nearby - especially if you like Japanese - and Yonge Dundas square is only a short walk away for plenty of shopping options.

Tried the restaurant on the 2nd floor and they have great dumplings. Our room was a large king bed and it was comfortable and clean.

Overall the stay was good. Has no issues with the staff. The rooms are a bit on the small side which is unfortunate, but were modernize enough to be fine. Hotel location is right in the downtown area, perfecr for walking around.

To start off, being a guest that is paying over 185$/night, id expect to be able to have somewhere to park without adding an additional 30$/night despite the fact that the parking was so full, I was scared that I wouldn t find a spot but thankfully I got lucky and found a spot after literally going all the way down to the complete end. Being from out of town, I don t know the area and I don t know any places to park overnight, which was a big inconvenience since the hotel should understand that about their guests and at least accommodate them with parking.

Another thing that really annoyed me about my stay was the room service. What happened was that I had called room service to order some food, and while placing my order, I had asked the man on the phone what the total was since some of the things didn t have any prices on the room menu. The answer I received was I cant give you the total right now and after calling back a minute later to ask again how much it is since I would like to know what price to expect, the man told me sir, I have 5 orders before you that I have to punch in so I cannot give you the total . Before hanging up, I specifically asked the man to call me back in order to know what it is going to come up to, to see if the price is okay for me. But to my surprise 20 minutes later, I got a unexpected knock on the door with my food and a 58.88$ bill that did not include the mandatory 15% tip that was completely uncalled for considering I got fish N chips, fries a apple juice, coke and water when I opened the door surprised by my total but really hungry and thirsty, I told the guy that I was paying credit and he told me well you should ve told me that before I came up, on the phone . When he came back with the debit machine and gave me the bill, I was stunned by the 10$ charge for the water that I asked for . 10$ FOR WATER!!!! Bottom line is, I had the worst experience I ve ever had with room service and feel completely ripped off and as if I could ve gotten much better for the 500$ for my two night stay that included the room service experience and parking.

Clean hotel and rooms. Everything well maintained and comfortable beds. Cordial day stay, overnight front desk staff has some ups and downs. Usual complimentary cookie and water for Hilton Honours members. Good gym and pool. Center of town and relatively close to Path (but not on the Path)

The staff received us with a warm cookie. The service was really good and the room was clean and tidy. The pillows were amazing and we had a fantastic night.

Good dinner at Lai Wa Heen, had fresh steamed fish with daily vegetable and rice. The char siu was a little fatty and chewy, but taste was good.

Beautiful rooms and walking distance from Dundas Square and Eaton Centre. Very very pleased with the service. Very accommodating and clean. 10/10 Would stay again.

This is a 2 part post. The 1st part was our arrival. When arriving, we had to wait for 30 minutes. I am a Hilton Honors member and there was no separate line as there usually is. This was very frustrating as we were on a time constraint.
2nd part, we were waited on by Princess who did a great job communicating all needed information and apologizing for the wait. The room was nice,clean and comfy.
Overall, nice hotel in great area and very nice workers. The bad is the lack of Hilton Honors line, and because of this we had to rush to our dinner reservations.

Great service great staff but if you leave anything behind even if it is their fault they will Fedex it at YOUR expense which is why my rating is so low. I tried to convince them that they were not prepared to listen. That is just too bad as I was going to recommend to people for their stay.

Great location , clean and newly refreshed guest rooms. We enjoyed our stay with this newly renovated hotel in central location in downtown , walking distance to Eaton Centre, University/ Dundas area , restaurants and business district. High speed internet is free which was very useful .

The pool and fitness centre are well designed and the beds are very comfortable. Staff are friendly and pleasant. The airport shuttle bus stops right outside the hotel.

Went to the double tree to visit the dim sum restaurant Lai wah Heen. Very fancy place with peculiar dim sum dumpling shapes.

Hello, how much does my boyfriend and I cost to go to Toronto this weekend? Can you tell me the price and if the food is included?

We have stayed at the DoubleTree on three different occasions over the past year and find the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general to our liking. The bathrooms are a bit small for me because I am 6'9" tall and I use a walker for stability. The staff is wonderful and go beyond what is expected of them. I make that claim because my wife came down with a really bad cold just as we arrived for a five day long convention. The cleaning staff took pitty on my wife and made her chicken soup at least a couple of days in a row (no charge) in order to try and help her get better. We will be back given the quality of service.

Located in downtown Toronto, there is a lot of things within walking distance and the noise at night was minimal on a Monday. The rooms are small but very clean and well updated. Restaurant is well staffed and the food was good. There is no valet parking and the garage is under the hotel. The ramp is dimly lit, narrow, and difficult to maneuver a small car through. I would be wary of driving a larger vehicle and parking down there. (They have the most amazing cookies.)

The location was great. 10 min walking distance to the theatre and shopping. The rooms were very clean but small. The service was fantastic. Warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival. The lounge had amazing appetizers. Unfortunately the beds were very soft so did not support well and half of the pillows were lumpy. Seemed very used. I was very disappointed as I associated the name with comfort in sleeping and ended up tossing and turning because of the lack of mattress support. And I only weigh 120 lbs. A heavier person would have more of an issue I'm thinking.

This hotel is close to hospitals downtown. The beds are the best I have ever slept in... And the pillows were fantastic! The staff at check in was super nice and friendly. And very tasty warm cookies when we checked in!

Went to the DoubleTree for training using their executive rooms. Convenient location, nice lobby and well kept.

Great service, clean rooms and always fresh cookies available. We had forgotten our iPod in the room when we checked out, called and they said they would hold it for us till we were able to come back and get it. Alternatively they could also have shipped it had we not been closer

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Little China Town and the food in the hotel is superb!
