Every stay the staff raise their bar of customers service

First they took money and then they harassed me saying I did not pay. Pls be cautious

Women s Economic Forum hosts the upcoming ideologies. The society is ever changing with fresh ideas from all corners. This forum brings these wonderful people from various walks of life, together and gives them due recognition. The event was organised by Women s Economic Forum in a very nice ambience. They hosted the function at Taj City Center Gurugram. The food and snacks were excellent too. They used different location within the hotel for different discussions.

We had gone to attend a birthday party. The waiters had to be called to serve us. They kept going around us but didn't come to serve till the time were asked to . TAJ Vivanta needs to train their staff. Otherwise a great hotel.

Pls give your doorman a warm uniform. This guy was literally shivering. Employee care first!

A decent hotel, a stone's throw away from Hooda City Center Metro Station. Rooms are tastefully done. Breakfast spread was limited but tasty. Lunch and dinner buffets also had limited spread. Surprisingly vegetarian food was very tasty compared to non-veg food. Room service varied from day to day, which should not happen in a Taj hotel. Continental room service was decent but Chinese room service food was bad. Noodles and gravy were served in soup bowls. Chinese soup was watery and one can relate that taste to any roadside eatery. Chicken gravy had more cashews than chicken. The chicken was chewy and left no impression. Overall a decent and well located hotel which needs serious introspection.

If you are not looking for flamboyance and grandeur with average quality then you could have a good time here.
It's elegant, cozy and has a great breakfast and dinner buffet.

Really nice and relatively new (i think it is only a few years old) hotel in gurgaon, located right off Huda City Centre. Allows for easy commute, especially with a short walk to the metro station.

Our experience with this hotel has been great -- especially in the coffee shop that serves great pastas, pastries and coffee. Latitude is a great restaurant option here. The rooms are surprisingly well done and have all the modern amenities. For the price, these are certainly the best rooms I have witnessed in this area. My favourite used to be the westin in gurgaon for a few days of business stay, but this one trumps Westin by a margin.

Also offers a great conference and ballroom for events and conferences. Courteous staff makes the stay much better.

A very disappointing & dissatisfied experience overall. This place is not at all doing any justice to be called as a five star hotel.. their services are pathetic at every level due to the following experience i had:
1. Was been handed over the keys to check in at 5:30 pm so basically had to wait for almost 3-4 hrs at the reception simply cos they couldnt manage the same well.
2. Waited for one hour in queue to check in the restaurant & have my dinner with my family with kids
3. Now the worst part, that due to my late entry in restaurant, jatin who was their restaurant manager had no common sense & acted as deaf & dumb to come upto to us & say that everything has been closed as the restaurant timing is only till 10:30-11 so if you are late we cant help you nomatter what the reason is. Despite me telling him the situation he looked not at all to bother & was hardly interested to hear the concern.

So basically like i said not at all the kind of services you would expect from a brand like taj, infact you would get far more better services/experience from a 2-3 star hotel than this.

Tajness as always. A great place. Hospitality is par excellence. Beats every other hotel hands down.

What you expect for Taj you get it, the ambiance is awesome plus the food is great

Food was good. Went for colleague's ceremony. Staff is also very caring and helpful.

Route to come to the hotel is terribly bad because of construction and traffic

So this review is for restaurant...

Six of us went, ordered 8 glasses of wine and 4, mocktails, 4 staters, 2 biryani, raita, Dal Makhni

Total bill was 10000...

We had one plus one coupons for drinks...

So it was nice... Even cyber hub is this expensive...

Place was calm and relaxing... We did had 2 hours long discussion on a book we were reading.. All in all it was an evening well spent...

Ambience and service was all 5star... So that's great...

It was a awesome experience to stay in Taj city centre. Beautiful large clean rooms with beautiful outside ambience. house keeping and in room dining service is fast and friendly staff behaviour and fitness centre pool parlour all are there. Good taste of food and service also restaurant ambience is beautiful.

Good hotel. Good food. Very accessible from huda city centre station. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Went for an internal event of my company. Big ballroom to do an event for 100-150 pax ppl + easy to reach at there. Near huda metro station

Amazing facade with all 5star amenities in the campus. The place contains complete set of all the facilities you can as from a five star taj property. The best part is the conference hall and the swimming pool deck. Placed right next to the commercial hub or sector 44 nd huda city centre is an ideal place to land up.

The stay, the good and the experience overall is really good. The hotel is in Gurugram and therefore closer to the airport as well.

I travel to different cities in India every month, I stay in a variety of properties but then there is Taj !!

The ambiance, the service, the warmth is next to none. Whenever you want to pamper yourself, stay at Taj and you will feel the difference.

It's all about the hospitality, it's all about that smile that each employee of Taj strives to get in the faces of their guest !

Clean. Respectful staff. Willing to go out of the way to help. Not a leisure resort. More like a business/marriage hotel.

Late night short visit was good, tasty food and amazing staff.

You will be very delighted by their service. Friendly staffs and clean environment made my mind relaxed. It had a perfect touch. Went there for a meeting and had a walk through the building. In each and every art there is a perfection. Mind was relaxed and was in a peaceful mood. Even though the meeting disappointed me but the place made me happy. Experience it and you will know. When it comes to Taj, never disappoints anyone.

Stayed here for a night. We liked the place. Very centrally located. Breakfast was average.
