Wow, I don't even know where to start.. what a roller coaster of luck and experience this was that ended into absolutely perfect experience with nothing but excellence and support from this team! There were so many unfortunate and unpredictable obstacles ahead of us during our purchase of a jeep Grand Cherokee, and yet, Enrique and Peter did everything possible to make this happen! I can't thank you enough for being so professional guys! I wish you all the best luck in business and hopefully we will get an opportunity to see you again soon!

I have been in the "hot seat" of car leasing many times, and never have I had such a smooth, speedy and pleasant experience as at DCH Academy Honda. My sales associate, Essam Beshay, was helpful, friendly, and got me into a great Accord Coupe without any hassle. The financing process was quick and easy, and everyone working with me was enthusiastic and supportive. The price was fair and the car is very fun. Highly recommended!

Unlike other dealerships with whom I have dealt, the people at DCH Academy Honda are honest and forthright. Bryan Gamble is an extremely pleasant person who made the purchasing process smooth and easy. Not only did he take me for a road test, he took me out on the road a second time when the car was delivered to make sure I understood how to use all of the new technology features. This treatment of a senior (I am seventy-five years old) was particularly reassuring. If I had to summarize the way I feel about Bryan and the other people in the dealership it would be one word-- trustworthy.

The person e-mailed me back with a screenshot of a 2019 Accord EX showing the car had both. But this was not the car I was asking about! Too lazy to address my question for this specific car. When I bought new Honda Accord, I also got Service Contract and Road Hazard coverage. After reading the Terms & Conditions of the agreement, I didn't find it worth for my car and I decided to cancel it, It was mentioned in the agreement that if I cancel it before 30 days, I'll get the full refund.
I called the Dealer and mentioned that I want to cancel, I also asked them whether the Finance person who sold the contract to me is available or not ? They mentioned that I can just come over and any one from Finance can assist me for the cancellation. When I went there, the finance person told me he can't process the cancellation and only the person who sold the contract can process it and she was on leave that day. I had to go back and come again next day when she is available. She cancelled it and mentioned to me that the full amount will be credited to my Car Finance account. Cancellation certificate mentioned that the processing will take 3 to 4 weeks.
After 4 weeks the amount was not credited, I called up and asked them, they said it will take 6 weeks. After 6 weeks still not credited, again called them up and they said it will get credited and not to worry. Now 8 weeks passed and still not credited. When I called up again, they were busy with other customer. I left voice message, no response for that. I left message at Front Desk person to inform the Finance person about the situation and return the call. Still no response. When I called 3rd time luckily I could speak with Finance person, I explained it is almost 2 months now the amount is not credited and as per the cancellation certificate it was supposed to get credited in 4 weeks. I told, as it was not credited to Finance account, I am still paying the interest on that amount. They told me that they will look into it and give me a call back. But till now I've not received any call from them.
I am still paying the interest on the amount which I cancelled 2 months back. I don't know whether they are purposefully delaying this so that they can earn on the interest payment from me. Probably I need to take the matter to concerned Consumer Affairs department.

I had gone to several different dealerships, began to feel frustrated, and just almost gave up hope on getting a new car. My last chance was DCH Academy Honda, I can now say I definitely saved the best for last. I can not begin to explain how helpful Essam (Sam) Beshay was, and how he put me at ease through the process. He was very friendly, and thorough. He made sure that I understood everything, all the paperwork, exactly what I would be purchasing, as well as any questions I had. To top it off, he searched sister stores to locate my dream car in the dream color I wanted. Thanks to Essam I have finally been able to get the 2013 Honda Pilot, the car I have been dreaming about for the past 8 years. I even brought some people with me and they saw the process and how he was very helpful and friendly. They requested his business card and I know we will all be recommending him to others. In having a conversation with an at work-peer that recently purchase a Honda Civic at DCH Academy Honda, I was positively impressed by his experience and could not resist to try personally find a new car there after such a high positive feedback. I wanted a sedan because is only me and my wife and as we walked in the store, we just found a Honda Civic Sedan that interested us right-away. Our Professional and extremely friend Sales Consultant Joe Koedros patiently work with us; took us for a test drive and gave us all the necessary information for us to make a decision within an hour. I explained to him that what I was looking for and he delivered. It was fun, fast and having the opportunity I would certainly do it all over again.

When it comes to speaking on Ronald s integrity, I m at a loss for words for how I was treated by this gentleman. They say, don t judge a book by his cover because Ronald is not only well versed in car sales, he s well spoken with an honest streak. He was very helpful and attentive through the whole process, he even took charge and helped me clean out my other car as to no stay there with my children longer than necessary. Once he received my application, he was short of Superman to get my papers approved, submitted and processed. The time I spent at the dealership wasn t very long as Ron is very organized and meticulous. I m overall very please he got me into a car with enough trunk space to take my German shepherd dog in long drives without disrupting the safety of everybody involved.

A few days ago I leased a Honda Civic from DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge. My sales rep was Paul Marques and my financial rep was Tian Reid. They were absolutely fabulous!!! After our first visit last Saturday, Paul called me Monday afternoon to follow-up. I told him we were going to check out a few places and see who gave us the best deal, bc we weren't so much shopping for a specific car, but we were shopping more for a price. After visiting 3 other dealerships it was clear that Paul had given us what sounded like the best deal, so we went back to Honda Monday evening to talk to Paul again in person. He laid everything out for us and we decided we wanted to take the deal. Unfortunately, the financial rep who was going to be helping us, got wrapped up with his current customer, but Paul made our wait extremely enjoyable. He was so friendly and personable, that we didn't mind the wait. Then once we finally met Tian, it was 100% clear that he too had made it worth our wait. He was amazing. The both of them were. Tian was upfront and honest right from the start. He didn't sugar coat my credit issues, but said he was going to do his best to work with me and that's EXACTLY what he did. The financial office had closed on Monday night bc we didn't get there until late, so I had to go back Tuesday to sign the papers and close the deal, but I didn't even mind having to go back for a third time because everyone at Honda was so nice and made my time there extremely enjoyable. I got a great deal and met an outstanding bunch of people. There's no question that not only will Paul and Tian be getting MY business again, but I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family!!! Thanks Paul and Tian!!!! You WILL be hearing from me again... that you can count on. Best of luck to you both... as well as the rest of the staff over at DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge! Keep up the outstanding work!!! :)

UPDATE. Jan 30 2019.
I went in last Saturday to check out a used BMW128i for my son as his first car and met with Armando Rivera. Great guy. We took it for a test drive and my son liked it. But since it was a used car, I wanted it checked by my Mechanic, so on Monday morning when Armando called me, I asked him if I could bring it to my Mechanic and he was more than obliging. He actually drove it himself to my Mechanics garage,waited till he checked it out and then took it back to the dealership. I followed him back, finished all the paperwork and drove home in a BMW!!!
Thanks Armando. Thus this is my fourth car from this same dealership. Highly recommend.

I prefer do not wast time on this dealer ...lot of extra charges like protection package etc etc..which is required by this dealer for used car..

Tell him what you want and he'll help you find the best car for your budget. He even gave us privacy when i was discussing with my family. We bought our vehicle last night through Gerry Bruno and couldn't have been happier with the experience and results. Gerry is a true professional. We were very specific in what vehicle we were looking for and for what price. We drove over an hour to deal with DCH Academy and it was worth the trip. Gerry and manager Pete worked with us on negotiating the Honda Pilot we wanted for the price we needed to be at. They handled the negotiation without undue pressure or stress. Further, they did not make us feel embarrassed or come off as insulted because we needed to be at a specific price but acted professionally and respectfully in reaching their bottom line while working to meet ours in coming to a mutual agreement. We walked away with exactly the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed to be at. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you Gerry and DCH Academy Honda!

Wrote a review about 3 weeks ago. Got a reply from one of the managers at the dealership to contact him at his phone number regarding the issue. Attempted to call him for 2 weeks straight - no response. Called several times a day, left multiple voicemails and also left messages with other people at the dealership for him to contact me - still no response.

Bought a used car. Immediately after the salesman brought the car out to the front so he could show it to me, I asked him if there was anything wrong with it. He led me to the side and showed me some scratches. His quickness and confidence led me to believe that he already knew about the cosmetic condition of the car so I just took his word. It was raining that day so it was a bit harder to see damages as well. The day that I brought the car home, my relative notices a large dent in the back of the car that has been painted over (I do not know if it was a previous owner or the dealer) in order to disguise it or make it look less noticeable. I immediately called the salesperson telling him about it. Was told nothing can be done. I offered to pay 2/3 of the repair since I should have inspected it better. I paid almost $800 for just the dent. I guess I should have inspected it better instead of trusting the salesman.

Also, the tires on my car needed to be replaced. Went in for checkups at multiple service stations including an Official Dealership Service Center and they all told me that I needed to get my tires replaced IMMEDIATELY and should have switched them out a long time ago. They were worn out. The dealership didn't even bother switching tires that needed to be replaced on their owned vehicles (not to mention the $199 Nitrofill fee I paid to fill up bald tires). I owned the car for a little over a month (at the time of the first inspection 6/6/19 and put 1,000ish miles on it and I need to put $1000 into new tires? Tires last a long time. It is unreasonable that I drove it for a month and be told that should have replaced my tires a long time ago. Are you joking? Have the proof that they all told me I needed new tires should the dealership contest this.
Didn't want to just put it on here as it includes all my personal information.

I'm done trying to fix this issue with the dealership. No response from them at all. STAY AWAY from them!

Great experience! I went to trade in my '09 Civic for a '13 Civic and they gave me a decent price on it! I then leased the '13 Civic brand new and they had the exact car I was looking for! The staff and salesman were all friendly and knowledgeable and were able to help me get into the car for a price I could afford! It's as if they made sure my time and experience was superb no matter what! I would definitely recommend Sam and DCH Academy to all my friends and family! Recently I went to DCH Honda in Oldbridge, New Jersey to purchase the car of my dreams. When I arrived to the dealership Johnny Mayfield was the first salesman to approach me. Johnny was very polite. He showed the Honda Civic that I've dying to purchase. He showed me all the features and described the car and I was hooked. I knew this car was meant for me. After the test drive Johnny and I talked about numbers, he got me a great deal on the car and the purchase was made. He took his time and the wait wasn't to bad. I thought that I had entered the Land of Oz when I visited DCH Academy Honda on US Highway 9 in Old Bridge. The experience of leasing a new 2014 Honda CR-V here was the best ever. I have purchased 6 new Hondas in my lifetime.
My 2011 Honda CR-V was towed off of the Garden State Parkway. My usual dealer arranged service at this dealership because it was closer to where I was. Eric in the service department at Academy Honda telephone me when the car arrived then phoned again with a solution, cost estimate and time table. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was surprised that it took only two interactions to retrieve it.
I walked in, identified myself, Eric came forward to collect me, explained the service report and showed me to the cashier s window. The trade-in assessment that I asked for on the phone was ready and he returned with Andre Yulfo as I finished up with the cashier.
Working with Andre from sales and Steve Chung from finance was easy. The workflow of documents, offers and negotiations was straightforward without pressure. Andre patiently explained every option and encouraged me to consider leasing for the first time. Steve fact-checked all of the paperwork and made sure that I understood and was happy with all of the terms. Within a little less than three hours I drove away in a new 2013 CR-V. There was no drama, no excessive waiting or delays and no diversion of attention from me during that time.
I am confident that the deal was fair and honest. It s a good feeling. I am over the rainbow happy. And I will definitely visit this dealership again for service and future Honda s.

Megan was outstanding throughout the entire process working to ensure that I got the car I wanted within my budget. She was always available and attentive if I had any questions or concerns. After 3+ weeks of shopping around for a new car, I thought I was never going to come across an honest dealer. My boyfriend, who is a 7th time returning customer to DCH, told me that our search would end once we stepped foot in DCH and he was more than right! Otis is hands down the nicest, kindest and most caring person that there is. He truly does care for his customers, and he always makes sure that they are getting the best deal possible. Any question that you may have he answers it. I leased a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L from DCH. I was not able to get to the dealership until late Monday night, not once did Otis rush myself or my family because of the time. Steve, who we dealt with in finance, was magnificent as well! I never thought I would enjoy signing paperwork. He was thorough with explaining all the paperwork and he kept us smiling the whole time. After all was said and done, Otis clocked out and then brought me out to my brand new car. He then proceeded to take me through all the features the car had. Once again, not once did he rush me or my questions regardless of the time. My post purchase experience is exceptionally outstanding as well! Otis followed up several times to see how I was enjoying the car, and to make sure everything was going well which it most certainly is I LOVE my Civic! All I can say is WOW! Otis really went above and beyond for me, and I cannot express how much I appreciate it. I would most definitely recommend Otis Vidale to ANYONE who is interested in looking for a new vehicle. Took my car there for a recall. I dropped it off a day early. The recall notice said it was a 30 minute process. The form to fill out asked a time I needed the car back by, I wrote down two hours before work. I called an hour before I had and my car was still not ready. Terrible service department. They do not have time management skills nor know how to tell time. Avoid the service department at all costs.

The rudest dealership I have ever walked into. Sales manager Rubin was a poor listener, rude, and extremely disrespectful. I went with 2 other people and they looked at my girlfriend standing there instead of pulling up a third chair. After reading reviews from this dealership I walked in there thinking they would provide an exceptional experience and it was the complete opposite, ended up going to Hacketstown (over an hour away) and paying 750 more for a car just so I didn't give this dealership my money, I will never and I mean never do business or recommend this place to anyone.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership now. Both time i had a great experience. Here is what i liked about them:
1. They dont seem to follow shady practices like bait and switch. I have been to other dealerships where such practices makes a very frustrating experience.

2. They seem to have relatively good condition cars in their lot. Both time they offered me the inspection report and carfax etc without asking.

3. I didnt find any issues with my first car that i bought from them one year ago. No issues with my second car so far (in abt 2 weeks now). Hope it will continue the same way.

Both times I dealt with Sanjay (our salesperson) there. He understood my needs and my constraints and worked with me to get the car within my constraints. He kept his promises even after i paid for the car in full.

Customer service is important to me, so in light of all these positive reviews I drove from Brooklyn to DCH Honda in NJ to buy a car. As soon as I purchased the car and drove it off the lot it began to fall apart. Mud flaps were torn and stapled together and screws began popping out. I took it back to the dealership in NJ so they could replace the broken parts. They told me the parts were replaced, but a week later all the pieces came apart again because they did not replace the parts as promised, but stapled the broken pieces back together. In other words they lied and defrauded me. When I called the manager he had no regard for me and said to bring the back in. I told him I do not have time to keep driving to NJ, especially when I have to do so because they lied to me about replacing the part. He did not care in the least and said that was his only offer. He would not pay to have the parts fixed at my local Honda in Brooklyn. He was disrespectful, arrogant, and cared nothing that they ripped me off. Do not be fooled as I was by these reviews, this is the worst dealership that I have ever been to.

I been through so many Honda dealership and nobody seem of a great help but at DCH Academy Honda everyone giving us 100% excellent customer services and helping us to buy a new vehicle.

When we visited DCH Honda, we finally found the right price for the exact car we wanted.
Johnny Mayfield was well informed about the car we wanted and answered all of our questions. We did no feel pressured once and Johnny helped make sure the purchasing process was smooth.

Because we ordered additional accessories, we decided to pick the car up after everything we ordered was delivered and installed. Johnny kept us updated of the progress and how soon the car would be available.

I would recommend DCH Honda to others shopping for a new car.

I received great customer service from David Mazurek, a sales rep. As it was my first time buying a car I didn't know much about it, but Dave walked me through the entire process step-by-step. I really appreciated his patience with me. The paperwork wasn't a hassle either. I was in and out in no time with a great car and I felt confident in my purchase that day. My experience with DCH Academy Honda was a very positive one. Everyone was kind and helpful especially my Sales Consultant "Paul Rittberg". Paul Rittberg was recommended to me by my Brother who also purchased a vehicle from Academy Honda using Paul Rittberg as his Sales Consultant. I went into DCH Honda to turn in my previous lease and lease a new vehicle. I was a bit on edge, because I knew I went over milage, and I didn't know what to expect being it was my first lease. Akram Ali greeted me at the door and I explained the situation to him and he immediately put me at ease, saying not to worry and they will help me find something that I was comfortable with. I then sat with Essam Beshay to choose the vehicle that I wanted, and workout numbers. He was extremely patient and kind, and I felt like I honestly had nothing to worry about! And now I'm driving my new lease that I love!

I went to test drive 3 vehicles (CIVIC, PILOT, ODYSSEY - booked the appointment online) on 30th July. I asked for the person who made the appointment but no one bothered to call that person or message them about my arrival. I had experienced the worst customer service ever.

First I met with a guy named Ryan Hoey. When I told him that I haven't made up my mind on what vehicle I would buy, i.e., CIVIC/Odyssey/Pilot, since I have never driven Honda before, he refused to show me any, as he thought I couldn't afford to buy a Honda. He tried to scare me with the price tag of Honda Pilot, out rightly insulting me. It is very insulting and hilarious at the same time, for someone who used to owned two European cars (at the same time!) and a jerk thinks you cannot afford Honda.

When I persisted on test driving 'a' vehicle, he coldly let me 'test drive' a Honda Odyssey in their parking lot. Until he saw my name on the screen with a 'Dr' in front, he didn't realise he was talking to someone who can 'afford' to buy Honda. Realising he messed it up, he called another sales guy, who was nice to me, at least salvaging part of the situation.

I emailed my complaint to their general manager, who responded 9 days back saying that someone will call to fix the problem. I waited but no one bothered to call me until now, showing their lack of customer relationship management.

I can only hope that their team learns to respect people NOT based on appearance but their affordability.

Came here to visit a friend and my car was acting up. Had them look at it while we went for lunch. While I'm at lunch I see my car drive by like a bat out of hell. Guy stops at the light and roasted the tires on take off. I mention this to the manager and he gives me an attitude. The techs are inexperienced young ins and the manager needs an attitude adjustment. Never going here again.
