After 3+ weeks of shopping around for a new car, I thought I was never going to come across an honest dealer. My boyfriend, who is a 7th time returning customer to DCH, told me that our search would end once we stepped foot in DCH and he was more than right! Otis is hands down the nicest, kindest and most caring person that there is. He truly does care for his customers, and he always makes sure that they are getting the best deal possible. Any question that you may have he answers it. I leased a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L from DCH. I was not able to get to the dealership until late Monday night, not once did Otis rush myself or my family because of the time. Steve, who we dealt with in finance, was magnificent as well! I never thought I would enjoy signing paperwork. He was thorough with explaining all the paperwork and he kept us smiling the whole time. After all was said and done, Otis clocked out and then brought me out to my brand new car. He then proceeded to take me through all the features the car had. Once again, not once did he rush me or my questions regardless of the time. My post purchase experience is exceptionally outstanding as well! Otis followed up several times to see how I was enjoying the car, and to make sure everything was going well which it most certainly is I LOVE my Civic! All I can say is WOW! Otis really went above and beyond for me, and I cannot express how much I appreciate it. I would most definitely recommend Otis Vidale to ANYONE who is interested in looking for a new vehicle. Five stars and two thumbs up for DCH Academy Honda!!!!!
