I love this place! Purchased several vehicles in the past and the only dealer I talked to is Sanjay. Always had something to offer at a great price. None of my cars I purchased didn't have any issues and I got my bang for my buck.

Initially, I wasn't expecting on purchasing a car at this dealership. But due to our excellent car consultant, Otis Vidale, we had the opportunity to experience a very great deal for my new '13 Honda Civic. From the negotiation, to trading in our vehicle, to the financing, every step of the process was smooth. This is my first car purchase and the courteousness, patience, and professionalism that we had received only made the experience less overwhelming. Every business is ran a certain way but the staff is what makes the business ! I have to say the staff at Honda has been amazing to me and my family, they all have helped me out in so many ways! I went in there literally with no credit and only a little money down and Enrique got me an amazing vehicle I m so happy with the results and I definitely would recommend them if you or anyone else is interested in buying a vehicle !!!

Went there because my car was making an odd sound from the rear passenger window. Asked representative for a diagnostic on that and the engine light that came on a couple of days earlier. They charged me a diagnostic fee and come back with a small list of repairs needed, and nothing about the check engine light. Representative tells me the diagnostic for check engine light is extra. Ok fine, so I tell him what to repair off the list they gave me. The mechanic "repaired" something else off the list and not the item I wanted repaired. Representative tells me he will give me a $100 dollars of the repair I wanted and requsted. I was mad, as the repair he made was more costly and something I could have done on my own for less than a 1/3 of the cost of the price for the repair. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bryan was awesome in explaining the details . Unfortunately , one of our family member decided not to go for CRV. In any case , I want to give a shout out to Bryan for his professionalism.

Got a great deal on a Lease 2015 Honda Accord. Dealt with Mr. Enrique Castaneta. Enrique help me negotiate a good price with sales manager. He was very patient and very helpful in the process. Took his time to explain everything about the car and all questions I had about leasing. Will definitely go back to this dealership.

This is an awesome place to buy.. if you are looking for a car purchase.. My dealer was Paul Rittberg. he was real friendly and he did know exactly how to help me with my car decision... While he was off, I dealt with Ryan and Marianne. The whole sale process was very smooth and were honest folks. The prices were reasonable. They wont bargain a penny than what they quote...

Talk about a Footlong!! I went out for a sandwich and bought a Honda Odyssey 2019! The experience was excellent, Rodney Guerrero was the best. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, informative and not at all pushy. His manager, Jason, and finance guy Bryan were equally great! It was a very welcoming experience. After dealing with these people and having positive experiences suddenly as my warranty was expiring they hit me with, they are going to charge 135 dollars if they don't find a problem. Our 2010 honda odyssey has had stearing noises regularly for the entire time we've owned it. They could never find the problem but changed and repaired other items but as far as the steering they would replace the pump and tighten things up. But could never find the problem. Our next to last experience was the service woman pulled our contract and said we only had 100000 warranty and it expired. We had work done at 106k so how could that be. The sales woman was ducking us and was evident when we were there she was ducking other customers. My wife asked to see the service manager he too said the same thing until my wife looked at the paperwork and it wasn't ours. This last time with days left they wanted to charge us 135 if they couldn't find the steering problem. What makes you think they were going to find it finally and save me $135 fat chance. So academy service who use to have a good service center was taken over and now a new company runs service has gone the way of just another stealership.

After the unfortunate event of losing a previous Honda Pilot in an accident we were in the market to buy another one. I love everything about the Pilot. The problem was finding one under budget with everything we wanted in the Pilot. After seeing a couple of pilots online, we went to the Used Car Center at DCH. We were greeted with a friendly smile and professionalism by Sanjay Chadda. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was very easy to relate to. He made the effort to get the number where we needed it, to purchase the pilot we wanted. It was a 1-2-3 process once the numbers were finalized. I never once thought he was all about the money. He was a great salesman and showed us great service at DCH Academy Honda. We were very satisfied walking away with a Pilot that looked immaculate due to Sanjay's attentiveness in delivering our truck. Thank you Sanjay for making my family safe and happy in our Pilot!

DCH Academy Honda are one of the best dealerships in NJ. The staff is extremely courteous, professional, straight forward and trustworthy and they play no gimmicks or pressure tactics with you. They *do not* add surprise fees or charges while closing the deal. The price negotiations were free of pressure tactics and the staff was extremely professional throughout the process. I dealt with them last year but couldn't find a car that fit my needs. However, the experience was so nice that I referred my friend to the dealership earlier this summer when he was in the market for a used accord. My friend's experience was no different.

Buyer beware!!

Very similar experiences to other shoppers regarding add-ins with final pricing ("Nitro Fill, Accessories and Vehicle Service Contract fees"). I was super motivated to purchase a used vehicle that day but the inconsistent communication and high pressure to agree to these add-ins for a used vehicle did not make any sense. It all made me think otherwise and walk away. Poor communication and no integrity with pricing.

I came to view a car for purchase and was told I needed to purchase Window etching ($499) and Nitrogen filled tires for ($250) since these services were already done to the car.

I asked the salesman to please point out the windows that were already etched and he pointed to the DOT safety code on the glass. This code is on every car to identify the safety makeup of the glass (this is not the same as window etching) The salesman was trying to scam me by selling something that has no meaning!

After asking him to remove these add-ons he said he was unable to because it was already added to the car (sticking to his lie). I decided to leave since this dealership was being dishonest. A few miles away I was able to purchase a similar car, without the hassle of this dealer. DCH should stand for DONT COME HERE.

*Please know many police departments such as NYPD offer window etching for free! And if you're a DIYer this can be done using a $30 kit.

I have been going to DCH Honda in Old Bridge for about 9 years. I always work with Kahlil Quaraishi. He has given me the best deals over the 9 years and is always very caring and helpufl. I just leased the CR-V this week and love it already. Kahlil worked his magic once again and got me the deal I asked for!!! I will continue to lease my cars at DCH and always use Kahlil!

I had a very pleasant experience buying a used car with Tim. He is very nice, charming and provides excellent service to the customers. I just went there directly without calling in advance but it didn't matter. I had a test drive and asked a lot of questions about the car and he's very patient and helpful. Terrible post sales service.... Appointment at 10 am after telling client service I m there for service he kept working then after I approach again he apologized several times quite sarcastically then I waited until 11:30 am ... yes hour and half just to check tires !!! so I went back to same guy and car was already ready !!!??? he said no issues with tires and they just reset tires alert so why he never told me and I kept waiting ????

The place wants to sell a nitro package that's really not needed. They force it upon the buyer. I had to walk away, complete garbage.

My experience at DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge was simply a joy. After being to three other dealers the day I bought my car, I decided to try this dealership out. I was greeted at the door, then met a man named Armando, who assisted me in finding a a vehicle to fit my needs/desires. Unlike every other dealership I went to, Armando did not make me feel pressured whatsoever, and immediately I could tell that I was dealing with an honest, genuine individual, which can be a VERY hard characteristic to find in a used car salesman. He had an awesome personality, and was extremely patient with me (I can be a real indecisive pain in the butt sometimes lol). At no time did I feel that I was being pressed to make a decision. He kept it simple, answered all my questions, and informed me of anything he felt would be valuable for me to know. I have nothing but the utmost respect for him, for sincerely looking out for my best interest, and ultimately putting me in the perfect car. Armando is an ideal person to deal with, and a perfect example of what customers need in a car salesman. Because of my experience with him, I will be exclusively doing business at this location, and referring anybody I know to have a look at DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge. I bought a used car 2 weeks ago and still waiting for plates(sales person nor other guy that emailed me once to get my info for plates never answer my emails). I didnt drive much because I had to travel but this week getting back from the airport I got an engine light, took it to a mechanic and after scanning he said is EVAP system and probably whoever sold me had it reset. I would never recommend DCH Academy Honda to anyone.

I bought my car here. It was a pretty standard affair. I got the service package for the life time oil changes, this experience has been absolutely excruciating. Every time I schedule an appointment, arrive ahead of time, they always tell me they re running behind, there s always a million people in the waiting room and I ve never waited less than 2 and a half hours for an oil change.

I don t know if they re penny pinching or if their service department is understaffed or if they re just really bad at their job, but I really regret going for the service package. I would say stay away at all costs. Get the car then get out and don t ever come back!!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with DCH Academy Honda. I had first went to a Honda dealership that was closer to my house, but within 20 minutes of sitting down with the salesman I left. We then went over the DCH and from the minute I walked in the door I had already felt more welcome than any other dealership. When I went in on that Saturday I was dealing with Joe Yankunas. Joe was great. Very personal, very excited to show me any car of my choice and went to bat for me multiple times regarding my trade-in. On Tuesday when I went to get the car Joe was backed up with people (just goes to show how good he is), so he luckily passed me off to Akram who was just as great. Some people would mind being passed to another salesman, but I would rather be passed off than wait 2+ hours. Akram made the sale process very simple and easy to understand. I hope to have my car for at least 7 years, but when I'm ready for a new one I will definitely be going back there. I highly recommend to anyone looking not only for a reliable car (Honda's), but a team of people that actually care about the clients and put them first.

I want to give a shout out to Nick Giglio service coordinator, he is very knowledgeable, very patient , a pleasant young man While waiting for my car in the waiting area, Nick has come to me explaining what the tech was doing. Not ignoring any of his customers . He has helped explaining various things about my car that I was having a problem with. I first went to Honda to look at the new 2013 Honda Accord. I was interested in the LX model but was not familiar with Honda vehicles at all, so I wanted to browse and take a test drive while I decided. Also, I had read that the new Continually Variable Transmission (CVT) could be jerky (Spoiler: It is not jerky at all).

Joe Koedros was the sales rep we were paired with. He was very personable and after asking my wife and I some basic questions about what we were looking for, took us right out for a test drive. He pulled one of the LX models off of their lot and we took it out for a road test. The ride was so smooth and the list of standard features is awesome (back up camera, blue tooth, and even automatic climate control). At no time did Joe try to convince my wife and I to get a different, more expensive model. He respected our choice and focused on what we wanted.

After the test drive, he took my car to get appraised for a trade-in. They offered us a fair price for my used car and we looked over the detailed pricing sheet for the LX model. After reviewing the financing options, my wife and I wanted some time to think over our purchase before signing. There was no pressure for us to stay and sign that afternoon. Joe was very understanding to what we wanted and simply gave us his card and told us to give him a call when we had decided.

It didn't take us long after getting home to decide that the LX was the right choice for us. I called Joe back only about 2 or 3 hours after we left and told him I would be back in the next morning to buy a new car. When I arrived the next day, the car had already been pulled for detailing and Joe was ready with all of the paperwork to finish the deal. The process was smooth and relaxed.

I have been driving the car for almost a week now and have absolutely no buyers remorse. I love it! I would absolutely recommend this car and this dealership to any of my friends. We will be going back here for my wife's new car when it dies in a couple of years.

This place is great and they go above and beyond! Our salesman was Rashad and he was amazing to work with! He was honest, fair and helped us find what we needed in our price range. We live about 45 minutes away from the dealership and there was a mix up on our end that wouldn t allow us to drive the car home the night we signed for it. Rashad knew that we wouldn t be able to come pick the car up the next day so he talked to his finance manager Ash about it and they willing offered to DELIVER the car to us the next day for no extra charge. They were so incredibly helpful and sincere, I highly recommend this dealership!!

From the moment, I spoke to them over the phone, the very first time I went to the dealership I experienced nothing but people who were ALWAYS SMILING , friendly and warm from the heart who welcomed me and were very upfront and honest about everything they said unlike EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP, I have been to. I knew beforehand exactly what color and model of car I wanted to purchase and I made my offer and he went to speak to Mr. Akram Ali (my capable Sales Manager !!) and came back with THE BEST PRICE I FOUND after searching the market for quite a while both online and in person. No other dealership beat their price. It took me a couple of hours to think about it and I was under no pressure and after I agreed to the deal the GREAT SERVICE DIDN'T END THERE !!! They located a sparkling brand new 2014 Civic at another dealership in the exact color I picked and had it ready for me as promised on the date they specified. Then came another surprise .... They even threw in a Genuine Honda Trunk Liner, Wheel Locks and mud Splash Guards in the wheel wells absolutely free and WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING. When I went to sign the paperwork, Andre and Akram took the time to explain everything to me without any hurry. Then Andre took me to my new car and stood for a long time explaining every single feature in it without losing patience. And after all the paperwork was slowly and thoroughly explained (without any pressure or rush to sign) , Akram the manager came back out again to say Goodbye and all in all the service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC . They are the most respectful, honest and customer friendly dealership I have ever seen and they seem to have the most awards for excellence in service than any other place too !!! Michael Cislo was our sales person when we were came for buying Honda Pilot. He greeted and treated us very good. He is a excellent sales person and made us very comfortable and tense free.
He backed and forth for almost 10 to 15 times between us and his manager and finally made the deal for us.
I am really happy with DCH and his employee. I will definitely recommend other people to come over here and buy the car.

The showroom its a bit small. The waiting area is very crowded.

Service is horrible . I have waited 3 hours for an oil change and that is with appointment. Not to mention my most recent experience waited 4 hours for a diagnostic test also made an appointment. Made an appointment for a Saturday brought the car early and got a call at 5:15pm to pickup my car that it was ready. When I got there I was told that I would have to bring the car back because they had to order one more part. Although a diagnostic test was already done the week before . I asked for a shuttle service they don t do it on Saturday . No consideration. Oh not to mention I did not received any proof of the parts that they alleged replace. I asked for confirmation of the parts that was previously replaced. I was told that I would get a printout next time. I will never bring my car there again. I has been a nightmare.

Bait and switch liars. Call them and ask them if they still have a car available -- they will tell you yes. Then you drive out there and suddenly, oh my, looks like we sold it yesterday! But, hey, we do have this much more expensive car here for you if you want it! A week later the car in question is still on their website, so they must use this as a ploy a lot. Bad experience -- don't let them rip you off!

I have really good experience buying my new Honda CR-V at DCH Academy Honda. Mari Lobeto send me a quote right away over the email, so I had an idea what price to expect. Originally I narrowed my choice between Honda CR-V and Subary Forester, but during my visit to the Honda dealership I figured this is it, I do not go to somewhere else. My sales person Erich Tam was very nice, knowledgeable and very kind. During the test drive we drove on the highway and the local streets so I could really test how car handles in different situations. It was really rainy day so I was able to fully tested the AWD on the Honda CR-V.
Erich showed me and explained all the controls and buttons in the car, so basically I do not have to read the car manual to figure this out. He took my old car for traid-in evaluation and gave me a reasonable value. He wasn't pushy at all, didn't try to sell unnecessary extra stuff like they usually do at NY dealerships. Erich Tam, Chris Mazzeo and Stephen Chung took an extra steps to make my car buying experience as nice and pleasant as possible.
I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and will by my next car from them again

I have been purchasing vehicles and having service and repairs done at DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge for almost 20 years! Megan Byrnes is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly person I have come in contact with at the dealership!

Worst place to do any kind of business, I had seen the car on July 24 made the deal and they ran my credit for approval for finance. I was asked to come in next day to sign the paperwork and take delivery of the car, next morning the sale lady that was helping us called us that some management guy's referral came & bought the car the night earlier. She so kind and apologetic, even she was surprised. I came to know after I went to another dealer that they even had funding disbursed which the bank had called to confirm that we are buying only one car & not two. We would never go this dealer & never will refer even our enemies to be catered by these people.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Eric Tam from DCH Academy Honda took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. I stopped in to take a look at a used vehicle. From the moment I stepped in the door everyone was very attentive and helpful. I didn't purchase a vehicle, but I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody in the market. They really bent over backwards to try to accommodate me.

After the passing of my first car a 93 Integra hand-me-down (RIP), I went in search of a small sporty eco vehicle to replace it. Initially I was interested in a car from another make but the prices offered by DCH Honda's listings on Car Gurus seemed really attractive plus they where much closer by my home. I found a nice red 2015 Civic Si on sale and after leaving a message expressing my interest in the vehicle they contacted me literally a minute later confirming that the car is still available.
Upon arrival I met my salesperson Ron who was very calm, friendly and honest with us. After satisfying a test drive and talking broad numbers we went through with it as it seemed like a no brainer which it was. The financial guy Demitri was good also and overall had a nice experience with the guys and gals at DCH Honda. Two thumbs up.
