Customer service is important to me, so in light of all these positive reviews I drove from Brooklyn to DCH Honda in NJ to buy a car. As soon as I purchased the car and drove it off the lot it began to fall apart. Mud flaps were torn and stapled together and screws began popping out. I took it back to the dealership in NJ so they could replace the broken parts. They told me the parts were replaced, but a week later all the pieces came apart again because they did not replace the parts as promised, but stapled the broken pieces back together. In other words they lied and defrauded me. When I called the manager he had no regard for me and said to bring the back in. I told him I do not have time to keep driving to NJ, especially when I have to do so because they lied to me about replacing the part. He did not care in the least and said that was his only offer. He would not pay to have the parts fixed at my local Honda in Brooklyn. He was disrespectful, arrogant, and cared nothing that they ripped me off. Do not be fooled as I was by these reviews, this is the worst dealership that I have ever been to.
