I recently purchased my second certified pre-owned Honda Civic from Ed Moy at DCH Academy Honda. He has always been helpful, explained all the features and worked with me. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend Ed to anyone! I have had my car maintained at DCH Academy Honda and have always been treated respectfully and fairly.

Repeat Customer!

I brought my Pilot at DCH several years ago, and came out with a great SUV at a fair price. I decided to come back here versus going to any other dealership. I am glad I did!

Just leased a 2016 Accord Touring and got the price I wanted without the hassle. Ron R. was a pro and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want or need. Even Ron's managers were great; none of the typical back and fourth on nickel and diming that you'd find at other dealers.

I was in and out in less than a three hours, which is amazing since it was the Saturday before Christmas! Thank you to Ron and DCH.

I was greeted by the staff through out the dealership as I looked around.Even conversed in small talk with some. My Sales person Erich Tam is the BEST. He is genuinely there for you. He will help you choose the right vehicle for your lifestyle and comfort.He goes above and beyond to make sure your experience with DCH ACADEMY HONDA is pleasant. When you visit DCH HONDA BE SURE AND ASK FOR (ERICH TAM), you will NOT be disappointed as I was with the Gateway Toyota Dealership in Toms River,NJ. As I DID NOT return to purchase again. So far I have Leased and my granddaughter two 2014 Civic EX and they are working on a Honda FIT for my daughter. And my granddaughters former classmate is looking to do business with ERICH TAM also. I am telling all my friends and strangers (lol) to come to DCH ACADEMY HONDA and see ERICH TAM for their New Vehicle. Oh one more thing, they don't play GAMES they give YOU the BEST Price Possible.

DCH Academy Honda's service is terrible! I have a 2009 Honda Pilot that I bought four years ago and have had it serviced since then. On more than one occasion, the wait times have been extremely excessive and the service technician has not communicated what to expect. I've had to replace three alternators in four years and just this weekend had to leave my SUV at service overnight for an oil change. A routine service that should take an hour took over three hours and the service light was not reset. I now have to take the Pilot back to service because I don't know what was done. This is my last time dealing with DCH Honda Service. I do not recommend this service department or Sylvester, the service manager.

I came into the dealership looking to trade in my financed car for a new car lease. I wanted to downgrade to a smaller truck like the Pilot. Since we previously had purchased an Accord as a second car for the family and had such wonderful service, we decided to come back to DCH. Robert Levine took us right away and worked out such a great deal that we signed that day! He went through every feature on the car - I especially love the rear view camera, the Bluetooth for my cell phone, and I can even listen to Pandora on the radio with my Android phone. The car runs beautifully and it is so roomy - even has the third row. He then followed up with me the following day to see if I was happy and if I had any questions. The service that you receive at this dealership is top notch and they really treat their customers well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

Awesome dealership. We were greeted on our first visit by Ed Moy who was attentive to our needs and concerns, and went the extra mile in pairing us with the right vehicle. We originally weren't sold but when we went to other dealerships we saw what an amazing deal we were getting at DCH, and Ed's professional courtesy in working with us and following up is certainly what closed the deal. We could not be happier with the customer service or the deal that we received. The warranty, the savings, and the model paired with the customer service is the reason I had to leave this review.

I had a lease to return and traveling a lot had to do my auto shopping on the phone. Original dealer and various others were not as understanding or professional as Internet Salesman Mark Kamatoy who went above and beyond to get me the car and price that I needed. Salesman Khalil Quraishi Sales Manager John Nguyen and Finance Manger Mo Ares made sure the actual purchase went better than I have ever experienced!
Being in business myself this is a impressive group of professionals. They certainly out shined the competition. Highly recommend!!!

The rest of the staff Chirs Mazzeo And Lily Li were also a great help. We were in and out very quickly with our band new Honda Civic that is great! We saved a lot of time and money. What a great experience!

I went to DCH because they had the specific used car I was looking for. I had my own financing arranged. I went there to buy a car. I say this because sometimes in reviews it sounds like people were held against their will at the car dealer and were sold an over priced piece of junk they didn't want. People, don't go in car dealerships if your not prepared. The point of that rant is DCH could only have screwed up if they treated me badly. They didn't, they treated me great. DCH Academy Honda has many excellent people, but I have to point out that my salesman, Mina Suryil, was fantastic, treated my wife and I with respect, kept in contact when my financing got a glitch in it, and went above and beyond after the sale. I highly recommend Mina and DCH Academy Honda.

Bought a 2016 Civic that was turned in on a three-year lease. After negotiating we agreed on a price and the only thing I had asked was for them to rotate the tires. The salesman went over to the service department was told they were too busy and would give me an IOU for the rotation. The only thing they asked is if we could please make an appointment. We had to pick up the plates anyhow. Our appointment was for 10:30 We were there promptly and did not get things taken care of until after 1:00 and still didn't get the plates on. If a deal is negotiated and I'm giving an IOU they haven't fulfilled their obligation and I should not have to wait for 2 and 1/2 hours to get my tires rotated which would cost me twenty bucks at my neighborhood gas station. I want what kind of customer service is that. Do you think I we'll buy another car from this dealership. I have before when it was run by the original DCH owners which were Asian The dealership is under new ownership but they're keeping the DCH name. Terrible customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves I'm going to post as much negative information on Facebook as I can to alert people of their heinous actions

Horrible horrible experience. My boyfriend bought his daughter a 2017 honda accord for making over a 4.0 all through high school. Instead of being a joyous occasion it was a nightmare. Armondo Rivera was the salesman. The floor mats were in the trunk during the test drive. After they purchased the car he wanted them to keep the paper floor mat cover over the driver's side floor mat. When they said no take the paper off there was a giant hole in the middle of the mat the size of a baseball. They asked for a new mat and Armondo Rivera said no. Used honda's have mats with holes. Really? I had 2 used Hondas in college and mine didn't have holes in any of my mats. Armondo Rivera clearly knew there was a hole in the floor mat. When they got home my boyfriend emailed Lisa Golembiewski about the problem and she said Armondo Rivera would give them a new mat when the plates come in. The car was purchased on July 18th. He emailed Armondo Rivera about the plates several times and no response. He emailed Lisa Golembieski about the plates. This was 4 weeks later. Her response was to call the cashier. She couldn't have taken 2 minutes and called the cashier herself. I called on August 13th and the cashier tells me the plates have been there since the 3rd. She then tells me it is do to covid. What? You have had the plates for 10 days. Someone dropped the ball I said. That has nothing to do with covid. I get a new lease every 3 years and I have never had to call a dealership about my plates. I then ask to speak to a manager whose name was Peter. He does call me back but I was out. I called him back and left a message and of course he doesn't return my call. I went to pick up the plates today and walked in with the floor mat with a huge hole. They get Armondo Rivera to come over to switch the mat and again he tells me it is common for used hondas to have big holes in the mats. RIDICULOUS! I just bought a used chevy traverse. No holes in any of my floor mats. My salesman has called me at least 5 times to see how I like the vehicle. He set up my one month appointment to make sure the vehicle is running correctly. The general manager came over when I picked up my plates to make sure someone put them on. Of course Armondo Rivera didn't ask if I needed help with the plates. He gave me the mat and I walked out. If I was the owner I would be mortified by the incompetence of his staff. I wouldn't go back there if they were giving cars away. I only gave a star to write my review. I would give negative stars. What a joke that dealership is!

Awesome...Awesome...Awesome.... I want to Thank Mark Kamatoy from internet department and Paul Aweeky from sales department for their wonderful and professional services. I had been shopping for car for 4 weeks and got couple of quotes for 2014 Honda Accord EX but when I went to dealership they start charging me tons of different fees, but with the DCH it's totally different. You pay exactly what you have been quoted "NO TRICKS and NO HIDDEN CHARGES". Everything was upfront and there was no concept of negotiation that saved lots of my time. Paul from sales department showed me all new features very patiently and answered all my questions and made sure that I fully understood. No pressure to buy a car. I bought car on my first visit to DCH which itself shows how much satisfied I was. I would definitely recommend DCH Academy Honda to any and every one.

I'd highly recommend this dealership, especially if you're a young buyer and getting your first/second car. I was looking to purchase a 2016 Honda Civic Sedan EX-T. They really went to work for me. If you go, ask for Khalil Quraishi. Even though I had sub-par credit, he was able to get me approved and made everything clear to me about all the details and answered all my questions as a first time buyer. I walked in to find a CRV and was met by a sales agent named Ryan Hoey. Immediately, he walked me through the process and was given a pricing quote which I think was affordable . I did not get my CRV at that day due to unavailability of the color .This gave me time to shop around other Honda dealership which I would no longer recommend to anyone. Why? The service from the other dealership is bad plus the pricing is way above the pricing I got from Ryan Hoey.
I went back to Ryan Hoey and to my surprise he gave me for the same price quote a 2014 CRV EX model, I was just aiming for 2013 model but ended up with a 2014 model with the same price.
I highly recommend DCH to everyone. If you are looking for excellent service, competitive pricing this is the place you need to be.

This is my second lease from DCH Honda and I have to say, this is one of the best dealerships I've ever dealt with. Of course, the Honda cars are great and that's why you're there in the first place, but from that point on it's all DCH and they are excellent!

The service department is awesome - been using them for 3 years now.

Sales has to make money, it's a business after all, but they treat you fair - live up to their promises - and with a little negotiation, give you price you'll be happy with.

I never owned a Honda before, so I was really hesitant with making the switch but DCH Academy Honda made it a smooth and pleasant transition. Jesus Vergel helped me out with certain questions I had and referred me to Robert Levine(sales) who did an amazing job explaining all the details about my purchase as well as showing me step by step on how to work with the cars options and settings. I was pleased and felt comfortable when I drove out of the lot with my NEW 2015 Honda Accord. The experience was so great that even my parents were amazed by the attention and customer service that was provided, that they even mentioned coming back for themselves. If not Adam, Vipin and Nitin @DCH Academy Honda, we would have not bought a new car as we were looking to buy only an used car. With all the dealership/salesperson we visited, Adam was outstanding in showing us different cars without a hesitation and took us to warehouse for a lot of options to choose. Vipin, finance manager, helped to get a better interest rate and was so patient even a day later we went with a whole lot of questions about the pricing, warranty and stuff. Nitin was right on money on the negotiation and did not drag like most other people do. Thanks Adam, Vipin and Nitin!! I would highly recommend to talk with these people if you plan to buy a Honda.

Were just shopping around with edmunds TMV for an Odyssey EX.The first call from Megan was cordial to start with DCH. Sam gave us the best offer and with exceptional courteous approach helped us drive out of the dealership with a new Odyssey after trading in our 12 year old one for a good trade in value. Finance was so transparently handled by Lily. We love this van and this dealership and would recommend this to anyone in this area, to receive a good deal and service.

Internet sales director David Mazurek deserves kudos for his responsiveness and willingness to accommodate an out of state buyer. He responded to all inquiries quickly, with patience and a willingness to answer all questions. David offered, and did, drive our vehicle to another dealership for an independent evaluation and DCH Academy Honda repaired, without question, a seized caliper that was found during that inspection. He also took the time to pick us up at the train station and drive us back to the dealership. David then, after a test drive, worked through the lengthy paperwork process efficiently and had us on the road back to New Hampshire in no time. DCH Academy Honda is privileged to be represented by David. I highly recommend both to prospective buyers.

My husband and I did our initial shopping online and went to visit DCH Academy Honda. After weeks of visiting various car dealers in the area, we were pleased with our experience we had at this car dealership. David Mazurek was extremely helpful and took the time to listen to what we wanted. Even with the challenges along the road they handled everything very professionally and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.
He helped us find the right vehicle with NO PRESSURE. He stayed late just to make sure the paperwork is ready and everything was in order. Even on his day off, we can reach him to ask questions and clarifications.
The staffs are very accommodating from start to finish. We felt as though they truly care for the customer. I hope the exceptional service continues!

Saw a used vehicle on the company website and call...

Saw a used vehicle on the company website and called to check availability and condition. Was told that it was available and had been checked out and was a solid vehicle. My wife and son drove an hour and were presented with a car that had a check engine light on. The salesman said this was no problem it was probably just a coil! When we asked to check and see the fluids the salesman said he did not know where they were. My son managed to check the oil which was very dirty.
The brakes went almost to the floor and the car pulled distinctly to the right when driving. This is no way to run a car dealership. Yes, this was a used car and not very expensive but you either do the work necessary to present it to the public or wholesale it out. Would not recommend this dealership.

Very disappointed. Had 4 indicator lights on at the same time (include engine and brake lights), dropped off the car and they fixed it the next day with what they called a software update . However, five days later, the same lights came back on again. Had to drop off the car again, no loaner car provided, had to wait a long time for a shuttle.

I was initially not attracted to the Accord, seemed comparatively boring, outside and inside (never owned or driven one before, just know it's a common car and has great value). But the test drive changed my mind. The minute I stepped on the gas, fell in love with the smooth performance and handling. The reviews are right, Honda knows how make a good car. Choosing a model and trim is simple, all features come standard per model! General Honda dealership experience was mixed, timing is a big factor. Had to go through multiple Honda dealerships to find a good one. Something to note about Honda is that their cars sell themselves and they know it. Which presents a frequent problem - most Honda sales staff is professional but arrogant. They'll usually limit the haggle and offer one final (and not so low) out-the-door price. If the customer takes it great, if not the next one will.

I tried my luck going to multiple Honda dealerships till I ended up at DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge, NJ. The whole experience was surprisingly positive. The whole staff was extremely friendly and professional. Mike Serra, Luis Torres, Joseph Koedros, and Lily Li - great guys. Even the negotiation/haggle part wasn't that bad. And I got a really good price (the best part :). They made the buying process and paperwork really efficient. They do try to sell you the usual additional services but that too being professional and not over-assertive. They pay a lot of attention to detail to ensure customers have the best experience at their dealership. That is how car buying should be! And I did regain some faith in car salesmen and dealerships. I am definitely a Honda fan now and will consider DCH as my first choice for my next car purchase. As a matter of fact, while I was sitting at the dealership, I was already making plans with my wife for our next car purchase..

Great experience!!!!!!! Oberto in sales & Bryan in finance were excellent to work with!!!! When I met Oberto the first thing he said was that he was all about customer service. After going to 10 different dealerships, I couldn t be happier with purchasing a car here. I was driving home from work and decided to stop in on my way home. The staff was all very welcoming from the second I walked in the door. Little did I know I would be walking away with a brand new car. Oberto was extremely helpful and dedicated to helping me get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I have already recommended Oberto to my family and friends!! This was my first experience with DCH Academy Hond...

This was my first experience with DCH Academy Honda. I must say I have never been so happy. I got an online quote from Mark in minutes and was very quicky followed up by a phone call to schedule an appointment. There was no fine-print to worry about and when I walked in to the show-room, I showed it to Joe who kept the promise. I test drove the Honda Accord 2014 LX model, which was 99% identical to what I was buying (the 1% was the seat difference which the Sales consultant told me up-front). We picked the model of our choice from their lot, drove back to the dealership and did the paperwork. Joe explained the features of the new car, called up my insurance company and completed the rest of the paper work. I dealt with Vipin for the financing, who laid out all the options that were available at my disposal. Usually at most other dealerships, they will try to "push" you to buy options. In the past this is where i have been stressed, but at DCH it was completely hassle-free as they respected my decision not to go with extra options. I drove out with the car in about 3 hours from start to finish. This place said awful things about me due to my knowledge of the automotive industry. Their customer service is horrible and the way I've been treated since purchasing a vehicle from this establishment 06/2017 is awful.

Do not purchase their awful extended warranty, the company name is Premier Dealer Services.

I would warn anyone purchasing a vehicle from this establishment to carefully read every single letter and word before signing documents. They will rush you through paperwork and add additional services with out informing you of the actual purchase.

Purchased Certified Civic. Gerry was the sales person. He was patient in explaining the details and answering questions. Price was same as listed online. Addl charges are tax , registration, Doc fee & nitro fill charge for tyres. Later Noticed a minor noise issue in AC fan and took it to dealer. They agreed to replace the fan and they ordered it. Waiting for a call to get it fixed. Otherwise overall good experience.

Bought a used mazda from this dealership. Being the car was sold as is I can accept certain things to be off. But certainly not what I had to go through. After I purchased the vehicle I noticed vibrations coming from the steering wheel and while accelerating from a stop. So a week later I took it in for a oil change and also to take a look at what the noise was. I was told "everything feels tight" and if I want I can pay 140 dollars a hour for a diagnostic. This is absurd to me being I just bought it a week ago. So I looked up any recalls on the vehicle sure enough there were 2 outstanding recalls. I got in touch with a local mazda dealership and they told me to bring it in. So I asked them also if they can check out the vibration and noise. After a diagnostic which was much less then this dealer offered it turned out to be a bad motor mount. Can you say safety issue? Also it had a blown driver side strut and leaky power steering lines. This was my first time buying a car on my own and what should be smooth transition and milestone turned into a nightmare. More than 800 dollars later my car is finally running smooth. "Delivering customer happiness "... what a joke. Also note the recalls had nothing to do with the broken motor mount and strut. It just needed the computer updated for emissions. I can expect this behavior from a used car lot but not a dealership. Which was the whole reason I even went to a dealership.
