I went into DCH Honda to turn in my previous lease and lease a new vehicle. I was a bit on edge, because I knew I went over milage, and I didn't know what to expect being it was my first lease. Akram Ali greeted me at the door and I explained the situation to him and he immediately put me at ease, saying not to worry and they will help me find something that I was comfortable with. I then sat with Essam Beshay to choose the vehicle that I wanted, and workout numbers. He was extremely patient and kind, and I felt like I honestly had nothing to worry about! And now I'm driving my new lease that I love!
