the customer service in the service department is the number one reason I still have a honda. I love my fit, but have been thinking of something different. I just can t change. I have come to rely on immediate knowledgeable and honest service. Even if my tech isn t right there another is or even the manager within 1 MINUTE. Seriously awesome group that embrace customer service.
