TERRIBLE service. Went in last weekend (I have HONDA CARE) and left my car there for over 3 hours. Told me it would take approx. 2 hours...I called after 3 hours and they had me leave a voicemail. I went in, 45 mins later and the guy told me that they hadn't FINISHED my car. He then lied to me and said they had test driven it to find out where the AIR leak was in the door, but needed to re-test drive it for more testing... I was frustrated and asked for my keys and to cancel the diagnosis and the tire rotation/oil change...

When I got into my car, the miles were EXACTLY the same - they hadn't drove it, like he told me... I called and demanded a manager and spoke with him for about 20 minutes... He kept saying he was sorry, but this is just how their service department runs their business.. They LIE and they serve Paying customers, first... MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY HONDA CARE - it costs $1250 (way over priced) and you get SECOND-Class service! I had my Honda Care canceled (refunded) - thankfully I have only had the car a few months, so I got most of it back....

Furthermore, David McDavid's service department has given me issues before. THe last time, before this, I took my car in, one of their Service guys stole my new Oakleys out of my car. Yes, I got them back after I called them out on it (almost immediately, after getting back in my car). I am a very organized person, I always notice out of place items. SHADY!
