****Update: when this oil change was done they cracked something, leading to a huge oil leak. Had to go back to make them fix. Have tried to call to follow up on something and called 5 seperate times, and have been promised a call back 3 times. Have heard nothing. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service****
Had a horrible experience when I was going to buy a car here. Ended up going to Honda of Irving because the Frisco guys were arrogant.
Decided to give it one more chance with a simple oil change. Was told it would take 45 minutes. It's been over an hour and a half and I've yet to even see my service advisor. I've have multiple Hondas over 11 years and each time I come to this location it's worst than the last. If you want good service and honesty don't come to Honda of Frisco.
