Really appreciate David McDavid Honda of Frisco and especially Jeff Harris for taking care of us and our Pilot. After five years, our Pilot developed some engine trouble that would have been costly to fix but David and Jeff took care of it for us last December. While on vacation this month, we experienced the expensive engine issues again. Again Jeff and David took care if us. They took responsibility of the Pilot and the service. I'm so thankful for their honesty and extremely high integrity.

We purchased a certified per owned Accord for my wife last weekend. This was our first major car purchase. Alex Lajas assisted us during the buying process. He was very knowledgeable about the car and did not pressure us at all to purchase. He answered all of our questions and left it up to us to make the final decision. My wife absolutely loved the car and Alex's help made the entire process very enjoyable. We are very pleased we our experience with McDavid Honda and especially Alex Lajas. Thank you!

We used the Costco auto buying program - by far the smoothest car buying experience. The no haggling price was $2870 below invoice. Staff who we dealt with were extremely professional and helpful. They did not use high pressure sales pitch. Ryan Cumberland was our sales person and he is the one to look for.

Our only negative experience was that when we went to pick up the car, it had couple of accessories that the dealership claims they did not account for when we negotiated the deal. I believe, since the margin was so low, the dealership played this game. My advice, is to get the actual car you are buying and test drive it before working the numbers. We believe, we still got a great deal. Our car (CRV) turns out to be great.

Not much conversation or rapport building with sales rep, very dry... Didn't try to capture my business, but sent a text of how I can track the progress of the service I was having done. Although I know it takes a long time to purchase a car, 5 hours, your team of professionals made it a good experience, Sam Horton, my salesman, Bob, and another one of your sales people, Debbie, were all very pleasant and welcoming. Your Accessories rep, Joshua was very nice, and one of your top employees must be Tammy in Finance. I have purchased a number of cars, and without a doubt, the experience I was dreading the most, was working with the "finance guy", I am a banker and appreciate working with people who have integrity, show an understanding of finance, and are honest. I found working with Tammy to be an enjoyable experience and she was very proficient in her job.

I would not hesitate to recommend buying a Honda from your dealership and Sam Horton is to be commended for getting me to your dealership, by being professional in his communications with me and his honest representation. I also must say that Sam and Bob provided excellent customer service when at 10:30 PM, after I completed the sale, they followed me to my home in McKinney, so I would not have to leave one of my cars at the dealership.

Service was ok. 1 1/2 for an oil change. Forgot to tell him not fill windshield fluid due to crack in container since I bought the car new. Took pilot out 2 times, repair man couldn t find the leak. Now I m stuck with $300 repair bill for something that should have just been replaced in warranty. Now I ve got a blue stain on garage floor. My fault, should have insisted a change out, but let them convince me it would go away.

Being new in the area, this was my first visit for service on my Honda Accord. I was met in the drive up line by Greg who showed me the waiting area and told me that he would keep me informed while my car was being serviced. He came into the waiting area at least 3 times to let me know how things were going and how much longer it would take. Even though the service area was very busy, my car was finished within the hour which I really appreciated and I will go back to McDavid from now on.

Communication was the biggest frustration here. The car was supposed to be ready Friday but was pushed back to Monday. On Monday we tried calling our contact three times and never was able to get ahold of him. We called the center and they said they d have him get back to us but he never did. We ended up getting the car the next Thursday (due to Christmas) and were told that the car was actually ready Monday.

Truly delightful experience throughout my entire transaction process. The sales person who graciously assisted me was Haji and the sales manager was Ak Khan. They dealt with me in an extremely professional manner and allowed me to receive a deal with which i was most comfortable with.

I would definitely recommend dealing with these two if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle as you are sure to have a great sales experience with which you are pleased with.

Do not waste your time with this dealer. The most unethical and dishonest dealer shop I ever experienced. Even after you pay down payments, they will change terms and conditions later when you pick up the car. I agreed on a Pilot lease program on 5/31 as memorial day special price offered. They basically sold a car that they did not have. I waited weeks and when I visited to pick up the car, they changed tax amount (playing with tax, seriously?), service package terms, method of payments previously agreed, and so forth. Their finance team is the worst. No internal communication and lied to customer so much. With its finance team, I had a strong impression that this dealer uses customer's down payment as free loan and they feel no problem with changing terms when picking up the car. If customer accepts changes, they make more profits, if not accepted, they refund the payment but already used customer down payments as free loan for the time being. Of course , refund process is pain in the neck. I am struggling hours with my bank to get my money back now. They made pregnant women and a baby wait over 3 hours when picking up the car (not to tell about during the negotiation and other 4 visits). Total disaster. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!

Had a WORST experience today with David McDavid Honda of Frisco!!! I was there today to take a test drive for Honda Accord as I was looking to buy one for myself. The sales person Haji Khalil was good but his manager was extremely rude! The price that was quoted to us was way too higher than KBB price so we asked if we can negotiate a bit. The Manager came outside and said, "Thank you for visiting us, this is our card, Have a nice day!" Is this the way to deal with a potential customer/buyer??

I won't be coming back here nor will I recommend this place. I was VERY disappointed! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. One of the terrible experiences I have ever had at a dealership.

This week, I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord at David McDavid Honda in Frisco. First of all, Ash was great. He had several cars ready to test drive for my scheduled appointment when I arrived, and he answered all my questions. The next day, he had the same vehicles ready for my husband to test drive as well. He was very patient and knowledgeable. When it came to closing the deal and financing, Vanessa Lebron was awesome. She presented all of our options and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the terms of our loan before we stepped out the door (even if it meant staying in her office after 10pm). I read many reviews prior to choosing a dealership to visit, and I can truly say that it was a great choice.

I purchased a Honda Accord from this dealership & my salesperson was Stephen Szilva. The purchase transaction occurred at night right after I was done with work. I stopped by on a Thursday, signed all the paperwork & was good for a pickup on Saturday

Fast forward to Saturday, the salesperson picked me up from my residence & off we go to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. Prior to accepting the keys, me & the salesperson walked around the vehicle to inspect the vehicle condition. At that point i pointed out the imperfection on the vehicle (passenger door scratched, dent on passenger side quarter panel, a few scratches here & there that can be buffed). I had advised the sales person Stephen Szilva that i'll take delivery of the vehicle on a different date as the vehicle was not delivered to my satisfaction (This is a new vehicle that we are talking about here) I was advised to take the vehicle back home & come back on a later date to have the repairs done

Fast forward 2 weeks from purchase date, I make it to the the dealership again, placed sticky notes to the damage areas & left for work feeling great that the dealership is doing their part. I return 2 days later to pick my vehicle up only to learn that they fixed the dent. This was the only work completed on the vehicle but the service rep advise that all the work was completed. I demonstrated with a microfiber cloth, removing scratches that were pointed out before......no one has touched the vehicle besides the dent repair

I then thought I talked to someone with authority to take care of this matter, JP Kinman, some big shot in the organization. He assured me that the dealership will not drop the ball again & will make arrangement for Mcdavid Lincoln in Plano to have work done on the passenger door & call me personally. Next day comes along, there is no news from JP Kinman, 3 voice mail was left & yet again no reply. Since I did not get a response, I visited the dealership again & saw Sonia Heredia the General Manager to have a chat with her on this matter & the next day she got the ball rolling and her service adviser called me to advise a rental vehicle was awaiting for me at the David Mcdavid Lincoln location

David McDavid Lincoln had to remove the entire passenger door panel, door trim to repaint the door for the permanent scratch to be fixed. I was unhappy that a new car door was pulled apart, but did not have a choice in this matter. It took 2 weeks to get the work completed

I am not at all looking forward a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership if their new vehicle comes with damage. Subsequently, 1 month after this, I got my wife the same vehicle, but an automatic version from Honda of Denton, no damage at all, never had to return back to the dealership, they treated me very well, I regret not going to them in the first place. The salesperson (Honda of Denton ) called me a week to check if I had any problems on the vehicle. Stephen Szilva made a quick sale & have never called me back since the sale, this dealership may outsell others in quantity but there is not quality in their service

I have always gone to this location for car service, and have never been let down. Today was no exception, in fact it went above what was expected. Sergio Guerra helped me out and everything went well. Once I had gotten my car back I noticed there was a white marking on the left side that I didn't remember seeing. I brought this issue to Sergio, and without question he personally drove me to a maintenance building and had not only the paint in question polished off, but also all of the key and paint markings from issues over the past year polished out. My car now looks totally new and is a void of all previous paint marks. He didn't need to have this done, but chose to without question, which I appreciate greatly. I will definitely be back in the future!

Spent two hours and nearly $200 in there this past Saturday (3/7) for scheduled routine maintenance. Left, drove home, put car in garage. Went out to run errands today and my tire pressure is low light came on. Of course it s Sunday and I can t reach anyone. Guess I ll be heading back first thing Monday morning which is a major inconvenience and why I scheduled a Saturday in the first place.

Greg in the service department at McDavid Honda of Frisco was Awesome. I work 6 days a week, work from my car, had the "wrench" appear, finally called to see if there was ANY way I could actually get my car in and out, while I waited. I was told no problem. I arrived about 4 p.m. on a Wednesday, drove into the service department, had a question about possible paint damage fixed as well. Had ALL my concerns addressed, topped off all my fluids and WASHED my car, in under an hour! My cost was ZERO with my free oil change coupon. Awesome experience. Thank you, Greg!!!!

I have a low rating for car dealers but this place proved they are the lowest. Sent quote requests on Sunday for a new car via Honda.com with explicit information about model, trim and color preferences. Salesman MF kept sending emails about trying to call me (I never gave a phone number on purpose) but never a quote. Then one Saturday morning an email is sent from WS with a title of sales manager citing an out the door price valid till same day 9pm. Since I couldn t visit them that day, asked if the deal was available on Monday. WS made a big deal about dynamic pricing and asked me to call on Monday to find out if price is still valid. Monday afternoon I was told via a phone call from MF that the deal was available but with a catch that I finance via the dealer. I asked is it Honda finance (since they have 0.9% upto 3 years and 1.9% for 5 years) and MF confirms it s via Honda finance. Wouldn t send me any new details. So I went that evening to that dealer MF handed me off to another colleague claiming that he had a medical emergency to take care of. I checked the car (still in wraps) and new salesman takes my drivers license and come back with a sheet of paper with numbers. The out the door price is what was communicated via email and phone. On the left side a 3 month payment was listed. When asked what they were I was told that s the finance plan. The numbers looked about 65% of what I calculated using the Honda finance 0.9% APR offer. When asked what the terms were the salesman says 72 months at 9%. I blew a fuse right away. When asked about the lower APR I was told the offer doesn t work that way. He was stating any other wAy of payment (all cash or another bank loan) would end up adding $2000 to the out the door price. When I asked why these new terms weren t mentioned via email he says any offer says contact dealer for details and these are the details. When I was walking out of the dealership with the sheet of paper he snatched it of my hands stating it was their property. Irony is next day some sort of manager (don t even remember his name) does a follow up call about my experience. Needless to say I gave him pretty much the same information and he was going to get to the bottom of this. More than 2 weeks and I haven t heard anything not that I m expecting anything useful. I m never stepping foot in this place for anything. Looking at all the glowing reviews about this dealership I m not sure how I ended up with a nasty experience. Unless some of the existing reviews were incentivized.

After seeing good reviews we made an appointment to see two vehicles here, got babysitter and drove the 45 minutes to look and hopefully buy, fell in love and then they played tricks with financing. 12k van jumped to 14k then the dig they were only going to give us $500 for our trade!!! They were not willing to sit and work it out, they had us so mad I had to get up and take a walk. And then we walked out when finance wasn't willing to talk, drove 10miles to Auto Direct no games no hidden fees and got us into same van 2 years newer for the payments we wanted. Maybe yall should work on your ethics and financial customer service.

Simply awesome is how I would describe my family's car buying experience at David McDavid of Frisco. Our salesman, Mosaab, made sure all our questions were addressed to our satisfaction and patiently walked us through the various electronics and options available via the dashboard. We ended up going home the same day with a car that was far above our initial expectations. In fact, we were so happy with the overall experience that we went back a few days later and bought another car! Thanks to all the folks at David McDavid Honda of Frisco!

David McDavid Honda of Frisco is absolutely outstanding! From the GM Mike Rasmussen and Used Car Manager Rob Karimov, to my favorite salesman David Alldredge, the experience is second to none! This is the second vehicle I've personally purchased from this dealership. My family in total has purchased 4 vehicles and 2 of my friends have bought cars from David McDavid. Mike and David helped me and my family on every prior visit and this time Rob was another extremely helpful addition to the crew.

Whether you're shopping Honda or any other make you can always expect a very high level of professionalism, courtesy, respect and integrity from the entire team at David McDavid Honda Frisco. They are #1 for a good reason!

A good team must be lead by a good leader and Mike Rasmussen leads by example here. This is my 15th car that I've purchased in my life and I have never had a better experience than I have had here.
