I had to leave my wife s Yukon XL for a few days to get repairs completed. The car was finished as promised on time, and Eric Enright updated me multiple times throughout the process. This communication made the experience 100% worry free, and the quality of work could not have been better.

We had an amazing experience purchasing from Sinclair. I love my Yukon XL and working with Tim, Dan Jr, and JP made the process easy. They treated us like family and I would recommend anyone to check them out if they are looking for a new vehicle.
I found a truck I wanted on their website that was not in stock yet. They told me that it would be 2-3 weeks before the truck would arrive. We negotiated the trade in and I gave them a deposit and waited. 2 weeks passed and they called to inform me that a different truck was in with identical specs and if I wanted that one they would get it ready. I was happy to hear that and arranged a time the next morning to pick it up. I told them to get the paperwork ready so all we had to do was sign because I had very little time to do this. I was told 1.5 hours max.(I think 30 minutes should suffice for this but , OK) Needless to say, the paperwork wasn't ready , the truck wasn't ready and it took 4 hours to get to the signing part. I was getting a loan from my bank for this and they knew that upfront. I had the cashiers check in hand and a personal check for taxes. plates and down payment. After the finance manager tried to get me to borrow from his banks and wasted more of my time the sales guy tells me that they wont accept a cashiers check from my bank and I will have to wire the money. Its 4 pm at this point and now I need to call my bank, have them wire the money and explain what is going on and why the check I picked up the day before wont be used. Good thing I knew the loan officer personally. What a mess. After complaining to the sales manager his response was, " Who told you to bring a cashiers check" . You would think they never sold a car before or my bank never wrote a cashiers check for a car loan. BTW- I buy a new truck every 24 months so I am not new to this game. This dealer is not worth your time. Find a different dealer is my advice because this one will waste a bunch of your time.
Update- The General Sales Manager reached out to me after reading this review. I did not speak with him but he left me a message and sent an email. I would like to think he is a stand up guy that wants the best for everyone involved. I would give them another chance just for this reason but will proceed with caution and make sure my expectations are met from the beginning of the transaction. Thanks for reaching out Tim.
Well, they were pleasant enough, but refused to really negotiate on the vehicle I was interested in. Offer was not that bad. Counter offer was pitiful. Most likely won't be buying a car ever from these guys.

If I could go without a star I'd pick it. I went on a couple of test drives and knew more than Brian the salesman. He said you're a real car guru. Then he handed me off to someone else, and I wanted to keep the payment price around 400 and they wanted to give me 2000.00 for a Charger that only has 55,000 miles on it. If they just had respect they may have made a sale. The first salesman left us to help a lady, he lied and said it was paperwork. I was told by the second salesman to go big or go home, I went to Bommarito Chevy on Lindbergh, no money down on a vehicle for $45,000 and kept my car and my monthly payment. I paid $714.00 a month for the charger but Dave Sinclair must not care about selling cars.

If I could give this place 6/10 stars I would. They picked up and dropped off my car, ran thorough tests, and gave me ZERO CHARGE because no problems were found. No charge even for service or the pick up/drop off. Everyone I spoke to (receptionist, technician, valet) was incredibly nice, helpful, and pleasant. Would recommend this place and will definitely go here for all car-related matters from now on. Will recommend to family and friends!

Everyone was great to work with. Our salesman, Raphael Price was outstanding. He spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating everything on the AT4. He was super thorough. He had complete knowledge of the product and explained it to where a 62 year old guy could understand. I felt like he really cared about my understanding of the vehicle. He went above and beyond in waiting an hour or so after closing time while I was with financing. Even though I told him he certainly did not have to stay. David Sinclair and Mr.Perez were very helpful handling the finance and warranty aspects. David took all time needed to explain various warranty options. To cap off the whole experience, owner Dan Sinclair stopped by to visit and make sure things were going smoothly. I normally haven't enjoyed the car buying experience, but Tony Sargent was very easy to work with and listened to my needs. I'd recommend him to anyone. Also liked Colin (Finance Mgr) who presented the various add-on options and when I declined and gave my reasoning he moved on instead of pushing it. Overall I thought it was a really good experience. I never felt that those guys weren't in my corner or secretly trying to push a different agenda/sales pitch, which is where I think most people are rubbed the wrong way during the purchase experience.

My salesman was Chris Collins and I cannot give him enough credit. He made us feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and literally dealt with each emotion I went through. We also had David H. for finance and he was amazing as well. I bought a pre-owned Buick LaCrosse and couldn t be happier with the experience. The staff was helpful and the car is incredible at a good price. There were a few scratches on the exterior and the dealership is fixing this at no additional charge. And Andrew Godfrey, my rep, called after the sale was complete to schedule this fix without my prompting. It was a very pleasurable car buying experience.

I have a 2021 GMC Sierra with 6k miles. On March 23rd the truck would not turn over and was towed to dealership. The ECM codes had to be reprogrammed. On April the 13th the truck starting making a clicking noise from the engine area, and shifting hard. I brought to dealership, but no appointments where available until the 19th. I brought truck to dealership on the 19th. It was determined a lifter collapsed and was repaired, I picked up truck on the 21st and brought home. Approximately an hour later I saw fluid on garage floor believed to be anti freeze. Called service advisor, who said he would have tow truck come and pick up this was at 3pm. At 5pm I contacted the service advisor through a text to ensure the tow truck was still coming, he assured they would call when they where on their way. At 730pm I text again with no response. At 705am I call service advisor and left message that truck wasn't picked up. Received call from tow truck company at 727am that they where on their way. To say the least I am not pleased with and major engine repair to a 50k truck with 6k miles. To make it worse I get it home and it leaks fluid all over my garage, and then tow truck doesn't. come as promised. Does GM offer a buy back on their vehicles with engine issues?

Bought my first CPO car here yesterday. I worked with John Hanna who was absolutely awesome! My parents bought a car from him a while back and strongly recommended him when I mentioned I wanted to get a car. Now, I'll be recommending him to anyone I hear is looking for a car. He was patient and helpful and didn't rush me in anything.
The finance department worker (name escapes me) was also awesome. My car fell under a different warranty than the CPO and this threw me off a lot but he was awesome in explaining the differences to me and helping me feel comfortable with the purchase.
They were both friendly and personable as was everyone I saw at the dealership. I also couldn't be happier with the car I bought.

Rob sold a car to my mother last week. She did not want to buy a car, but HAD to buy a car. Her old car was beyond repair. Rob was polite, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He even went to my mother s house and drove her unreliable trade-in back to the dealership. I could not be happier with the service Rob provided!! I will refer him to others in the future!!
Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. My service Representative was Excellent! I dropped it off at 9:30 , and received a call just a couple of hours later to tell me it was ready to go .
I have had nothing but problems with the service department at this dealership. Although the males who sign you in are great to work with, the management is terrible and the owner Tony does not support the customer who purchased his vehicle from them. Of most significance is the women he hires as greeters and manager of the service department, who are definitely elevated to the extreme level of their incompetence, as they prefer to be authoritarian, do not have the people skills to allay customer concerns or work problems out on their own, and have a quick trigger finger to call the owner Tony, who in turn chastizes the customer and refuses service to the customer perpetuating his alfa male power to alienate return business, by supporting the inept female service manager who did not have the skills to handle the situation herself in the first place, when the customer being sent away should be his main concern. The past four years has been arduous. They seem happy to sell the customer a $5000.00 warranty, but once they have the money, knowing the customer is captive, they don't seem to care any further....very sad!
I have purchased 13 vehicles in the past 25 years. I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience as I have with Dave Sinclair Buick GMC! My dad was the one that referred me to this dealership because Dave Sinclair has always said "If it ain't right, we will make it right!" This has run true not only for my dad, but other family members as well. So, I thought I would give them a try. Being a woman and going into a car dealership is extremely intimidating. When I walked in and waited for my salesperson Dan Sinclair came up and introduced himself. That says a lot. Then, I met Nicki. Not only was she extremely helpful, but she acted like a normal, kind and caring person. Not a pushy salesperson. I explained my "unique" situation and she just listened. She listened so much that I really felt like I made a new friend. She didn't give me some high pressure sales tactic. She treated me like a human being. After she helped me figure out which vehicle best fit my needs she introduced me to the financing specialist, Colin Akos. Honestly, I thought for sure he was going to pull one over on me because that is what usually happens when I have reached this point in the past. Colin was amazing too! He found me an even lower rate than what I was hoping for! I left the dealership feeling like I stoled my vehicle because it all worked out so perfectly! Hands down this was the best car buying experience ever! I will now and forever tell everyone I know how awesome things turned out! Thank you all for being so wonderful :)
Dealt with Andy Babor on a used 2016 a Chevy Silverado. It Was a great experience. I have gone to other dealers else where I was talked down to or they tried high pressure sales. Here i waa treated with tespect and actually enjoyed buying tgis vehicle. I would and I am going to highly recommend this Dealer and Andy to everyone I know.

I brought my car in for an oil change, and I noted it was making a strange noise on the drop box form. They called me quickly with the diagnosis once opened for the day, and they told me my options. They again called to let me know the part was covered under my extended warranty, offered a rental car for free, and called to let me know when there was a delay in the repair. Adam was very friendly and helpful along the way! I will always go back to Dave Sinclair Buick-GMC for my service needs!
We went to a number of dealers before finding the car we wanted at Dave Sinclair Buick GMC. We loved our sales rep, spoke for just a few minutes with General Manager Mike Sinclair, who seemed genuine and like the kind of guy I wish lived next door. Rick the sales rep did his job well without pressuring us, and the only negatives to the whole experience were 1) the ridiculously long wait once we had agreed to terms before we got to meet with the finance manager who did up the final paperwork and 2) the sales pitch he was required to give (trying to up-sell us into buying extra warranties or such). Those were counteracted, however, by the fact that they used that time to detail the car and fill the gas tank.
I must say that the customer service has been excellent. I live in North Carolina; so buying a vehicle 15hrs from home is sometimes difficult. My sales consultant Nicole (Nicki) Horr; provided awesome service with photos, detailed information and when over and above. Honestly; initially, she probably thought I was wasting her time being an out of state shopper. I'd also like to mention the services of JP Detwiler. He made the buying transaction smooth and easy. He was very responsive and called during the weekend to make the purchase easier for me. Best wishes to them both!! Again Thank you!!!

The sale went fine however I had a problem detected on the way home with the usb, port brought the car back the next working day. Left it for 2days it still not working properly, So I'm very frustrated as well the loaner was almost empty when I left my car on full
Took over 4 hours after test drive to finish everything. From before I test drove the car, I asked to get the extended warranty price. Numerous hassles on that, filled out form on trade in - no need to do that, because they didn't look at it from the model of my trade (they quoted the cheapest model, to the small payoff - financing didn't run first round of paperwork with small payoff to not quoting the warranty amount, but buried it in a payment amount in making the deal. $4,000 warranty was a no for me to salesman. Told FM no warranty, he tried also. How hard is it to walk out with ALL the paperwork verses being told 2 weeks to receive. While the salesman was nice and accommodating, the DS process needs some work. Also, while lock the doors to the dealership to limit COVID-19 spread, yet not have someone to open the doors when customer or even staff need to come in. Customers opened the doors 90% of the time for the staff.
Stopped by to look at a used Buick Enclave. Worked with Brian Body, he was very pleasant and helpful. We took a test drive. Low pressure, I really liked him.
I was reluctant to bring my car back to Dave Sinclair because the last visit was not so great as far as how I was treated. Gave them another chance today and I am glad I did. Clay (very tall guy in service) was excellent and friendly and he made me feel like he cared about me needs because I was frustrated. His service and follow up won me over. This is a shout-out to Mr. Drew Lesinski. This guy was nothing short of spectacular. He took care of me just like my mom used too when I was a kid. He walked me through the process, kept me in the loop of when my car was going to be ready and why it was going to take the length of time it took. He made sure I had a rental car to swerve around so I didn t have to miss or reschedule any meetings. Choosing Sinclair has been one of the best decisions I have made in the last two years. My buying is experience was made memorable by Tyler McVey and now Drew has reminded me why I made the decision to work with these people. There was even a cute girl named Stacy who kept me from getting impatient when I was waiting for a rental. All across the board guys great job!
Went in for an oil change appointment. Wanted to wait for it. They stated it would be about 90 minutes. Started on time and finished about 15 minutes early.
I went in for an oil change and am so used to companies trying to up-sell you on things or telling you they found all these things that need to be done or replaced. Dave Sinclair GMC Buick is not like that. This is my second time going to them and never have they done this. They do not pressure you to buy things and services you do not need. Everyone I have encountered has been amazingly pleasant. Great experience with them and I will continue to go to them for everything.
From start to finish, Eric Enright and Tony Caputa were awesome. They both were VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I bought my Yukon from Dave Sinclair due to past experience with their service department and I continue to be impressed.
