After seeing a 2013 GMC Terrain Denali on the website,I placed a call to the dealership.After a brief discussion with Colin Akos,I drove down on Monday near closing time and had a quick look at the vehicle and agreed to come back on wednesday.On Wednesday,Colin gave me a more than fair price for my trade and Thad Courtney gave me a deal I couldnt refuse.Best car buying experience Ive ever had,cant see myself going anywhere else.Colin does own me some white castle burgers though.

My girlfriend and I showed up at Sinclair Buick/GMC to look at a vehicle and Dan Sinclair noticed that we hadn't been helped yet. He came outside and introduced himself. We told him what we were looking for and he brought the vehicle around right away and answered our questions. We have been dealing with Oliver at this location and he too has been fantastic. No pressured sales tactics here. Exemplary customer service from top to bottom. This is what brings in customers and keeps them coming back in this age of everything online. 10 out of 10.

I knew I wanted the Acadia Denali. I did not know how to go about getting it though....lease or rent....this turned into a 9 hour process of trying to figure it all out. Eric, Tim, and JP were AMAZING and PATIENT...throughout the whole process. They all really went above and beyond to try and make me feel comfortable with my decision. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!

Avoid this nightmare. Worst experience ever. Purchased a New-Used vehicle that took five hours just to even finalize the purchase. Finally after everything was finalized, we drove our new vehicle home happy but tired, then the check engine light comes on. This vehicle is only 2 years old and being a GM dealership you would think they would check the vehicle out before selling it. The vehicle would not pass state emissions test, there was no oil in the car and the tires were bad. There were many issues with the vehicle that wasn't mentioned prior to purchase. After they "fixed" the problem, more problems continue that caused more expenses coming out of my pocket. You know the perception of how shady car dealers are, Dave Sinclair auto group fits that category. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for your future purchase.

I Tried to give Sinclair my business after going to Laura GMC in Collinsville Illinois and not really liking the sales guy. I ve bought several vehicles from the Sinclair s over 25 years but never with a trade. I ve never had a gmc brand truck and heard Laura was the place to go so I went there first. My trade was a one year old longhorn dodge, I bought it new from royal gate a year ago to the day, it stickered for over $60k and I paid $42k after negotiation currently kbb gaves it a trade in value of 35000 to 38000. It had 1200 in damage to the back corner, I had a bid on it so I knew the cost. Laura offered me $34500 for my truck with the damage but the sales guy rubbed me the wrong way.....luck of the draw, I guess he was having a bad day, but I was ok walking, so I left. That night i went online and came across Sinclair. I had always bought fords from Sinclair before the 6.0 diesel nightmare and found the gmc dealer, I had not thought of them before.

I took my truck to Sinclair the next morning (today) worked with a great salesman Mike Obrian. There trucks are discounted on line as are most gmc dealers right now, and they were the same price as Laura gmc so I came in ready to do the deal. I picked out the truck I wanted, same price as Laura gmc then mike my salesman comes back telling me $28000 was the trade offer. I knew something had to be wrong, I showed him the kbb TRADE IN value of $35k to $39k, he went back and tried again and they said $28k was all they would do. I felt bad for Mike, it was such a waste of both of our time. My exact style truck is $41k to $44k all day online retail. They were trying to screw me or didn t know. What they were doing. I thought they all wanted high quality used vehicles.

I left Sinclair and have accepted the offer of $34,500 with Laura GMC.

I would not go to Sinclair with a trade for sure. My salesman at Laura was happy to hear back from me, and was in a much better mood today......of course he was ....I was buying right. Laura GMC was quick, easy and above all FAIR.

To my potential salesman Mike, I have 11 trucks in my fleet and swap out 2 a year at least, maybe you ll be at Laura next time I m ready...you ll have my business. SinclairS not giving you a chance with unfair trade offers like that.

The absolute worst place ever! This was my second ...

The absolute worst place ever! This was my second experience and it was every bit as bad as the first! The first time they charged me for numerous things they didn't even attempt to fix. This time I went in for recall that they asked me to do and told me it was a 90 minute fix. I stated that I use my vehicle for work, and they assured me I'd have it back in less than 3 hours (already double the amount of time quoted) and they didn't even start on my vehicle until I called 9 hours later wondering why they hadn't called me as promised. They then kept my vehicle overnight and assured me it would be ready by 8 AM. It was not ready until after 9 AM. No apologies, and no efforts to offer anything for the extreme inconvenience, including my loss of wages for 1.5 days. I will never return. I suggest taking all business elsewhere as they do not care one bit about their customers and treat people with extreme disrespect.

I am slightly displeased regarding the quality of the oil plug. I have had the car 2 years and the bolt is already stripped?? It could be the quality of the plug or the mechanics with their automatic drills stripping the plug. So which is it, bad craftsmanship on Buick or the mechanics at Dave Sinclair?.

This is Syeeda Hassan. Normally I don't write a negative review but because I have experienced a very rude behavior from Dave Sinclair GMC Buick manager I had to write it. Past Saturday 6th October 2018 I made an inquiry about couple vehicles I was interested in since I am trying to cut down my payments on my car. I am looking for a less expensive vehicle just so I can control my budget. I went to Dave Sinclair GMC Buick St Louis MO on 9/11/2018 to check on a car. It was all good until the manager of the Dave Sinclair GMC Buick used car showed up and started telling me that my car is not worth enough. Looks like he was not in the mood of negotiate. Any way, I kept insisting that the other Dave Sinclair dealership is giving me more for my vehicle and the vehicle I'm interested in to purchase is pretty much the same price like theirs. Well he made some calls and then told me that no one is willing to buy my vehicle for the price I was telling. He was trying to make me look like a liar. I left and the following week they called me told me that they're willing to give me a little more for my vehicle. At that time I was okay with what they were giving me for my vehicle so I put down a deposit of $500 so they can hold that vehicle. You never know what could happen next. I couldn't find a day to go pick up the vehicle I was purchasing because one of our employees was not able to work those weeks. I called back Tom Brown the sale person and told him that I am not able to come and pick up the vehicle because it was important that I go and complete the paperwork since the vehicle I was trading is on my name.
So I asked him to let the vehicle go to someone else and asked for my deposit back that I put down. Sales person was all fine with it and I also told him that I am still in the market for a car. He said whenever I am ready I can call him.
But when I inquired about the vehicle I found that I really liked and then I asked him to ask his manager if he can work with me on this car. After sometime I received a call from the used car sales manager telling me that they don't want to deal with me because I always do that. That I negotiate over a vehicle and never purchase one. I didn't say a single word because I was humiliated because I have never seen such a rude behavior in my life. He could have told me that if I am really interested in the vehicle I have to come to the dealership because he doesn't want to do it over the phone instead of that he said he doesn't want to work with me on anything. How can you say this to a customer who is so loyal to your whole dealership chain that they keep coming back to your dealership again and again.
After purchasing my Honda Accord from Dave Sinclair GMC Buick St Louis, Lincoln mkz and Lincoln mkc from Dave Sinclair South and my Lincoln Navigator from Dave Sinclair Lincoln St Peters. I get this attitude telling me that they don't want to deal with me just because I didn't purchase those vehicles I negotiated over.
How can you purchase something unless you are satisfied.
Anyway it was a long story. But it made me feel so sad and hurt that I don't want to go back to this dealership again ( Dave Sinclair GMC Buick St Louis MO and I will not recommend this particular dealership to my friends and family again. I'm still in the market for a vehicle but I will try other places where they respect their customers.

My wife Chris and I enjoyed our purchase of our GMC Terrain Denali. Our sales consultant Oliver Livingston was outstanding as we never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. We also met members of the Sinclair family, including Dan Sinclair Jr, the Sales Manager. My wife and I were given options to consider and as a result we feel like we were able to make an informed decision. As a result we enjoy our new Terrain! Thank you Oliver!!!

Rob was great to work with. It was strange purchasing a vehicle during this pandemic, but all of the staff we worked with made it easy. I called ahead and Rob had the vehicle out and ready for a test drive when we got there. We were able to get everything done from start to finish including financing and drive the car home in less than 3 hours. It was a great experience.

I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Malibu from Dave Sinclair Buick GMC my sales person was Drew Perez he was outstanding. After going to multiple dealerships in our area we got the best deal, highest amount for trade and also a professional friendly sales experience with no pressure . They were able to find the car I was looking for and upgraded me to a leather interior at an affordable price. When i dropped my car off to have the leather installed i was greeted promptly by a member of their service department Adam Ebling , he was friendly and professional . I even got car back the same day and it looked great .Will tell all my family ,friends and everyone i encounter in search of a new vehicle about my awesome experience. Go. See. Oliver Livingston! He has been the best and most laid back salesman to work with. He's a no pressure salesman that does not want to put you in a car just to make a sale, but want to put you in the right car for you, even if it takes a couple weeks to find the right one. His personality and demeanor are second to none when it comes to making a personal connection. I went to him to look for a truck and I was being extremely picky with my list of requirements. Never once did I feel pressured to settle for less or be up sold to something I did not need. I will be recommending him to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle. Also, if you like to talk about rock music on your test drive, he is the guy. Please go to Dave Sinclair and ask to work with Oliver!

Everyone was very friendly, but after I left I noticed that several things from my glove box were on the floor, even though the box was closed. I don't keep anything particularly important in there, but felt like my things had been gone through and they didn't even bother to put anything back. I also had a magnet on the back of my car that had clearly been taken off and moved, and was barely hanging on once I got home. I realize I drive a leased car, but it felt disrespectful and off-putting. I'm only still rating high because the actual services they performed were fine and customer service was good.

Thank you Connor! We purchased a 2015 Acadia Denali through Connor. He was courteous and knowledgeable of what he was doing. I will admit I am not the easiest to sell to, but Connor stayed right with me through this whole purchase. This was a first of purchasing a vehicle pretty much sight unseen except through pictures. Connor and his boss went above and beyond what was asked. We traveled two and a half hours to pick up with our 10 and 11 year old. This salesman not only made sure we were happy but the kids also.

Will we purchase from this dealer again, definitely.

The showrooms an restrooms were clean and spotless. Drinks (water not alcohol) were made available to us and this may sound crazy but I didn t have to worry about finding a gas station as soon as I left. The vehicle was throughly inspected prior to us leaving.

To me yes the big things matter but the little attention to detail means more, Dave Sinclair and his staff did that for us. Thank you Connor and we look forward to working with you again on the next purchase.

Great experience! I had been looking for the perfect Jeep for MONTHS. I knew exactly what I wanted and was not going to settle for less. Rob Fulmer, in the internet department, contacted me and told me he would be on the lookout for my perfect vehicle...and he found it! He contacted me right away and put me in touch with one of the salesman, Eric Enright. I've worked with car salesman before and I've never had a great experience, this one was different. Eric kept me in the loop on everything, he fought for me to get me where I wanted to be on my payment and he's still been helpful even after I purchased the vehicle. The whole buying experience was just okay. Be prepared to spend several hours while the salesperson runs back and forth to various managers. Also, be careful when buying any "service contracts". They have their chart that shows the different options and how each one is only a few more dollars per month. Do some quick math and you will see that over the length of the contract, you will pay three thousand to thirty five hundred dollars for it.

I was very impressed by several aspects of your business...every person I ever talked to on the phone was friendly and helpful (especially Melissa in the auto body shop). I felt that the repairs to my car were excellent, and I was very impressed with how fast you guys were able to start working on my car and how quickly the repairs were finished. Roger is the guy who oversaw the repairs on my car, and he was great in all my interactions with him. You guys are very professional, do very quality work, and really seem to have an outstanding work ethic. Thanks for making my car look as good as new! when i walked into the showroom, the salesmen struck me as the typical car salesmen... fast talkers, hustlers, accentuating they're comments by pointing at you with fingers mimmicking pistols, calling you stuff like "boss" and "pal" and telling you stuff like "you'd better buy it now because it's not gonna stay here, it could get sold tomorrow. that kind of crap. we had a great salesguy, rick who made the process easy and painless, and who applied little to no pressure. then i had to deal with their finance manager, Jessica, who has little to no people skills, tried to pressure me into going with one of their finance packages, and then supplied me with faulty information regarding the car's warranty. I just wanted to say, Rick Hays professionalism saved the whole process, and made it a lot easier.

My husband and I just bought our third vehicle from Dave Sinclair. This time we traded our 2017 Terrain in for a 2019 Enclave. My husband had talked to Tony Godfrey Jr. a few days before to let him know what we wanted to buy a new SUV. We had been thinking about a new Acadia but Tony found an Enclave that had everything I wanted and more. My husband saw it first and knew it was the one for us. When I finally got there it was parked in front of the dealership waiting for me. My mom came to help with my two children since my husband was still working and had to join me later. Everyone was very delightful and accommodating with my kids running crazy. When all was said and done Dan Jr., Tony Jr., Todd Cohen, and David Hoeflinger took great care of us. I will definitely be coming back to see them for my next purchase
