Just purchased the Malibu I was looking at for a while and the sales representative, Bob Isenmann, was very nice and approachable. He didn't rush and was very detailed and friendly. We managed to come to an agreement and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. We had been looking at Ford Expeditions for about 8 months before we finally bought at Dave Sinclair. This was a all around winner. We are from the Kansas city area and made the drive just to look at this one truck. We got a newer vehicle with lower mile and at a lower price than anything we found local. On top of that the service department really made the vehicle right, NOT just so it could barely pass inspection like the other places we looked. The sales staff was easy to work with and quickly answered a couple of questions I had after the sale. Great dealership, and thats coming from a Ford employee.
The sales and Finance team were great. John and Todd tag teamed on the sales side and JD did a great job of explaining everything and answering our questions. They were also very accommodating when we went to sign the paperwork and had a short window to complete due to other commitments on our part. Fantastic job!
Took longer than I thought but every one was great.i can't believe valve stems would go bad so soon.just to let you know a service rep backed a new pick up into your fence hit it pretty good and walked away hope he did not damage it to bad.sinclair are great people.happy day

I purchased a Buick Encore on my first visit, pretty much signed the deal in about an hour. It was easy. The salesperson Nick was easy to work with and made it quick, from chatting to a test drive to making the decision, Dan and Dave made it a simple process to do a trade-in. Everybody in the whole place was very friendly, and I think I'm like most people's experiences, there was nothing intimidating about all of it. I don't expect to buy another car soon because I feel well taken care of for a while, but I certainly would recommend anyone to give them a shot because I'm pretty confident on top of the great service you will get a great deal like I did.

Everyone here is always so welcoming! I did not have to leave during my appointment but they offered to shuttle me in case I did, which is such a great service to offer. They never pressure you like other dealerships do. I highly recommend!
My wife and I went in on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle and were greeted by salesman Ian Moore. Ian was personable while he was trying to sell us the car. Things change quickly when we start talking about money.
To clarify, I 100% understand this is a business and people will not always come to an agreement. It happens. With that said, once the sales manager decided to step in (Steve), things changed. I am all too familiar with buying a new car and trading a used one in. Of course the dealer is going to lowball you, that's just how they do business (even though they insult you 99% of time hoping you'll bite). I assume this particular sales manager decided he'd seen enough so he came over to strong arm us (no eye contact, very short answers). He quickly decided they couldn't help us (no harm, no foul). What followed was the disappointing part that showed a lack of professionalism and respect...
Apparently Ian didn't care for our style of negotiation and as we were standing up to leave and extending our handshakes, he was laughing at us. I'm not sure where this was in the "car salesman training", but that certainly won't garner you any future business. To us it shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism. And if my interpretation of the interaction wasn't enough, the follow up phone call the next day should let everyone know how it went down.
"Hi. This is Ian from Dave Sinclair, I hope there are no hard feelings from Saturday night, but I'd still like to get you into a car, let me know what it will take..."
I'd recommend that Mr. Sinclair and his managers teach their Millenial car salespeople how to be true professionals whether or not a sale was completed. People will return if the experience was pleasant, but I don't know too many folks who are going to let someone laugh in their face and turn around and hand them $50k.
UPDATE 3/21/2017: I did receive a phone call from Mr. Hagerty which I considered productive. He assured me that they are taking the feedback and trying to learn from it and become better as a result. We spoke about the power of non-verbal communication and how it can make or break a critical interaction. Bottom line is when that employee is interacting with a customer they are the face of your company at that instant. I appreciated Mr. Hagerty's phone call and hope they are able to use it as a coaching opportunity.
The service writer that assisted me was superb! She was friendly and went over all the details of my appointment. When the service tech found that I needed to have my cabin air filter changed, she actually showed me what it looked like so I could authorize the replacement to be done. She told me exactly how much it would be also, so there was no surprise. Every employee I crossed paths with was friendly. I also waited at the dealership while my work was being completed. Each time a customer's vehicle was done and they left the waiting room, an employee came out and cleaned the seat/area where they were sitting. Impressive!!
I reached out to Dan Sinclair, Jr. to help me find a very specific make, model, type, and year of a used car I wanted to purchase. He was exceptionally helpful and informative throughout the process. He found the perfect car in Florida, and he took care of purchasing it, shipping it, and preparing it for me back in St. Louis. All around great experience, and I m very happy with my purchase. I will definitely call Dan the next time I m in the market for a vehicle.
Dave Sinclair Buick is a great place to buy/lease a vehicle. I just bought my third vehicle from them, and every experience has been great. Their prices are the lowest in town, and the staff is very personable and professional. This is a well run dealership, and is how you should run a business.

With my first step into the door of Dave Sinclair Buick GMC, I felt welcomed. Todd Cohen was the first to greet me. Not knowing what I wanted, and process of elimination for vehicles, Todd was very patient. When I would call back with questions, Todd always gave me the answers I needed to hear.
Todd and the dealership knew my timeframe, which was a bit out from my first visit. During another visit, I met Dan Sinclair, who brought me into the family. Every phone call, every person picking up the phone, treated me with the most respect and consideration, and treated me as if I were their only customer, knowing their dealership is always filled with customers.

Everyone at Dave Sinclair Buick deserves praise. My wife and I were buying a Buick Envision and flew into St. Louis airport from Pennsylvania during an ongoing snowstorm. A ride from the airport to the dealership was arranged by the wonderful staff. We were met and picked up by Bob for our journey to the dealership. Bob was a safe and courteous driver. Upon our arrival at the dealer, we were met and greeted by our salesman - Oliver Livingston. Oliver had everything ready for our purchase from having the Envision cleaned/prepped to answering any of our questions. Oliver was very helpful in trying to resolve a problem I was experiencing with redeeming my GM rewards. My problem with my GM rewards was not at the dealership level, but involved the corporate accounting system that was being utilized to determine my rewards. Both Oliver and Colin Akos (financing dept.) made the transaction as smooth as possible. Both gentlemen are outstanding employees of the dealership. I would definitely recommend Dave Sinclair Buick GMC for any of your vehicle needs. When the time comes to replace our Envision, I'll keep Oliver and the remarkable staff in mind. We took our Acadia in for an oil change and tire rotation. James and the entire team was very kind and helpful. Sinclair is a great place to purchase and have a vehicle repaired.
This place is ridiculous. You pay you hard earned money for a truck that tell you is perfect with 35000 miles. however after 4 months you have to take it back and then they tell you the lower ball joints need to be replaced . the best part is they sell you the extended warranty with a 200 dollar deductible and act like they are going above and beyond by splitting it with you. . they act like they are the only people in this world that know something about cars until you call them on it . that is when you get all sorts of backpedaling. i would be cautious about buying anything feom this place. in addition they installed a leveling kit which is probaly the wrong oner for that application putting the suspension in a bind which is probaly the real reason the ball joints went bad. SMH! there you have folks . please read the owners response. i can tell you his thought on ball jojnts match his knowledge of cars. if there was an issue that "5hey have seen this all the time" GM would have at least issued a memo. Maybe they should go ask their ASE mechanics begore writing a reply. Ball joints do not wear out after 40000 miles. Being around cars all my life . i onow 1st hand it is not unusal to get 70000 to 150000 miles out of ball joints. the best part is they ask how come you didnt notice the uneven wear on the front tires when u bought it. well they pulled the good ole car dealer trick of taking the front tires that had the uneven wear and put them on the back . just be careful when you buy from here. their motto if its not right we will make it right free. just giving everyone a PSA

My wife and I purchased a gift certificate from a silent auction for a set of tires. My wife took her car in for her tires and was told she had to get a bunch of other work done and it was going to be $750. They told her it was not safe and work needed to be taken care of now trying to scare her into getting the work done.
Luckily my wife knew better and called our mechanic. She told him what was going on and he said if that is truly the problem can could get it done for $200. After our mechanic looked it over he said everything looked fine.
My wife did say it was the nicest waiting room she had been in and that the owner was really nice and checked in on her multiple times which made waiting for 3 hours to get 4 tires put on, bearable.
All I can say is I am very disappointed and caution anyone else out there to get a second opinion before getting work done there.

I was in a time crunch and Ian did a great job of getting me out at the time I told him. He even helped the porters clean the truck I think. He was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the up front pricing and great deal on the truck!
I was very disappointed in my negative experience this time when I went in to get my tires rotated. I purchased my vehicle from Dave Sinclair Ford 10 years ago and have bought tires and had them rotated regularly. This time one of the caps came off the center of the tire after my appointment. When I called and asked them to replace it they refused but they did find a replacement and would charge me $25 for it. I was just very disappointed that they were not willing to make me happy for such an inexpensive price. They did look back in my paperwork and found that they wrote on a receipt fron 3 years ago that 2 of my caps loose. But was never verbally brought to my attention. Over the years they have never hesitated to verbal I tell me if there was a repair they recommended be done to my car they cost $300 or $500 or an amount that would dig deep into my pocket. Just disappointed in this experience and wanted to share.
Ian was good to work with, patient while helping us find the vehicle that best suited our needs at a price we thought fair. He was especially good at following up with me after my first test drive. That, more than anything, led me to return.

Bought my 2015 GMC Terrain in January 2015. Jeff Allensworth was my salesman and he was awesome. JP handled the financing and was awesome as well. I appreciate the follow up calls every now and then. This has been the best car buying experience ive ever had and this is my 3rd vehicle purchase. Not only do they sell you the car but they want you to keep coming back and genuinely care about your experience. I've never seen a dealer like this before. You wont be disappointed.
My AC went out again (2nd time in 5 years of having the car). As you could imagine my stress for the whole thing was high. Between having to rearrange my schedule to lose a day with my truck, and the worry about an expensive repair, my tension was high.
Thankfully, Stacy was my rep! She really went to bat for me and after dealing with the warranty company for me, everything came out great. The tech worked diligently, and I found out by the end of the day the truck was ready. All my stress was gone and I got my ride and my life back in one day without a giant dent to my wallet.

Love my 2017 Ford Edge. Your service department always does a good job but it should not take 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. That is why I make an appointment.
The repair shop did an amazing job on my parents 2016 Volkswagen Passat. There was extensive damage to the car and they were able to get it fixed up within the week. Highly recommended!
