I was reluctant to bring my car back to Dave Sinclair because the last visit was not so great as far as how I was treated. Gave them another chance today and I am glad I did. Clay (very tall guy in service) was excellent and friendly and he made me feel like he cared about me needs because I was frustrated. His service and follow up won me over. I will be back Dave Sinclair. THANK YOU! Awww man I forgot my umbrella. Theresa I will be back to get it.
