Brian and JP helped me and they are two of the kindest, most caring, intelligent, hardworking people I ve ever met. I was dreading buying a car and they couldn t have made the process smoother or more pleasant. They went out of their way to help me. Matt and Colin were prepared when I arrived. My questions were answered in an non-condescending manner regardless of what I asked. The dealership was busy but I was not rushed in anyway.

Found a car I was interested and filled out an online form on their website. Let me start off by saying that this was my first time buying a car (2014 GMC Terrain), and it could not have went better. Brian Beilstein was the sales associate that helped through most of the process. He was very knowledgeable and did not exert any pressure what so ever. Even after I decided to go look at other dealerships to see if I could find a better deal. Even upon my return the next day Brian was still very patient with me, which I greatly appreciated! However, my step dad warned me that the sales associates weren't the guys to be nervous about it was the financing staff that would be rough. Although I found this not to be true after all, I had J.P. Detwiler as my finance manager and thank god I did. J.P. like Brian did not exert any form of pressure on any matters. I told him that I'm trying to keep my payment as low as possible and he understood where I was coming from and made the process as painless and fast as he could. So I would like to say thank you to this power team, you really made my first time buying a car easy and painless. I will definitely be returning here to buy any future cars and recommending you to anyone who is looking to buy a car!

Not a big fan of looking for a new vehicle. However, the team at Dave Sinclair was certainly a nice surprise. I received phone calls and text message regarding the car I was interested in before I had even seen the car in person. Appointment times had been set up for me and the car was sitting out front waiting for me to take a test drive. I was greeted at the door as if I were a family member. The salesman, Rick could not have been more accommodating, pleasant and patient. The paperwork took some time, but everyone made sure we had anything we needed. A pleasant experience for once. I appreciate that we can bring in the car and wait in a area with a TV and coffee machine. Everything is taken care of through the car's computer and I have nothing to worry about. The service manager was very nice and all in all it was a great first car check up.

Absolutely thrilled to have bought a pre-owned car from these guys. I had originally fallen in love with a specific car, paid the down payment, signed the paperwork, and when they were getting it ready they found a severe problem with the engine and couldn't sell it to me. HUGE disappointment, this was pretty much my dream car which is hard to find when you're buying used. They jumped through hoops to get me the same payments on a newer car with lower mileage to make up for it, plus a few extras. It would have been a lot easier for them to just void the contract and give me back my down payment, or even to just sell me the original car knowing there was an issue, but instead the team went out of their way to make sure I ended up in a car I love. I 1000% recommend them to anyone in the area (or even a bit outside the area if you're up for a road trip).
The salesman Joe Sargent was very good and took time to explain most of features on vehichel and was very knowledgeable on care. I think your finance man rushed us threw andservice contract was to high in price. I have since researched and it is and I wish he had told me I had time to research.

Drew Perez is "my dealer" and I have now leased my 3rd vehicle from him. He makes promises and keeps them. This time was a quick deal with little time and he had almost everything ready for me by the time I arrived. He sent me pictures of the car so I could make a decision before I arrived. He knows I am busy and like to work quickly. I have never had an issue with Drew and my only wish is that you had a used vehicle my upcoming 16 year old would be interested in within our budget. I hate to think about purchasing a car from anywhere else.

My fiance' and I went to another dealership (Laura Buick-GMC)and had a horrible experience. We continued to look online for options, and my fiance' was contacted a staff member there at Dave Sinclair after her online inquiry. An appointment was scheduled, and the rest is history.
Our consultant was GREAT. Jason Doore did a wonderful job from start to finish, explaining vehicle and financing options thoroughly. He stayed with us until after midnight ensuring we were satisfied in every way. We drove away in out new 2014 GMC Terrain extremely impressed with the dealership, it's employees, and the high level of customer service.

Where to start -- took our vehicle in last year to get recalls fixed; however, was told by the technician they had nothing on file despite the notices I showed from GMC. Then, was told we should get those repaired at the dealership where the vehicle was purchased. So, fast forward, Sinclair GMC fixes the recalls...but decides to conduct a 'free inspection', whereby they stated we needed over $7000 worth of repairs, all of which could be addressed at HALF or 3/4 of their listed price (on a 2011 Acadia). So, our experience with this service department has been very poor since last year. Do not recommend.
purchase a pre owned Buick at Sinclair Buick with 17k miles, at 35k miles it had a problem covered under warranty however Sinclair wants to charge me for a loaner despite the problem making the car undrivable, Sinclair suggestion, and they can't get to it for 4 days. Haven't purchased an American manufacturer car in 30 years. I like the styling but same old story... American made cars are still inferior and the dealers won't stand by the junk they sell. Maybe I'll try to buy American in another 30 years if they're still around. There's a reason we had to bail them out 10 years ago and they didn't learn a thing.
I found an issue with our Buick that we purchased a couple of years ago. I called the dealership and they said it should be covered under our extended warranty. I had the option of getting it fixed at the local dealership and paying the $100 deductible or taking it back to Dave Sinclair where they would take care of the deductible for me. I said I was going to take it to the local dealer, because it would cost me more to travel over to Dave Sinclair and find somewhere to be while they did the work. The employee at Dave Sinclair then offered to send over a rental car, pick up mine and bring it back when it was done. I agreed. When they started looking at the car, they found several other issues that needed to be addressed. All of this ended up being covered by the warrantee and I only had to pay $100. The service department went above and beyond to help my family out and the one thing they said that stuck with me was "I don't want you to have to spend a bunch of money right before the holidays."
I just bought my 4th Buick Enclave since 2009 from Dave Sinclair Buick. Always happy with their sales staff and management. Service department has always been great to work with as well over the years. I definitely would recommend them.

Customer service was great but charging me a $163 diagnostic fee for a missing bolt that cost's $25 is a little excessive. I understand you need to pay your employees but maybe service charge's should be based off what the issue is and not umbrella everything as one fee. I feel ripped off. I have always been a supporter of GM and will continue to buy cars with your company but I am very unhappy with the price of diagnostics for what was wrong.
Rob was great. He was very friendly and very personable. He listened to the exact details of what I was looking for and wanted. After I found the SUV that I wanted he got me over to finance, where Collin worked out my deal and Travis closed the deal for me. These 3 were awesome and I'm loving my new SUV.

We live in Jackson, MO - we come up to St. Louis to visit my Father-in-law. After lunch we noticed the air was not cooling & decided we should see if we could have it checked. On our way to you we had warning - engine over heating, idle engine. We made it to you & your service department offered to take a look. Long story short - Tom Brown & team took excellent care of us - not just a bad clamp on hose connecting to coolant tank but a cracked tank. Technician & part/parts available & able to get an oil change & tires rotated. Thank you soooo much!! & our 100 mile drive home was nice & cool!!
We had been out looking for a car all day, all week in fact. My fiance and I had been to over 10 dealerships, had driven numerous different vehicles, and were honestly worn out. We came to Dave Sinclair with the intent to LOOK at vehicles - not to purchase on that specific day (although we knew we'd be purchasing in the very near future). We met with Andy who was super helpful and showed us around - basically told him what we were looking for and what our budget was and he found exactly that. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Chevy Equinox that night - the staff was so friendly and even though we walked in at 5:30 pm when they closed at 6 pm everyone was more than happy to accommodate and didn't blink an eye when we were there until 9:00. JP did our financing and was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was very refreshing not to feel pressured with cheesy sales tactics to purchase a vehicle and that's definitely what contributed to us feeling so at ease and eventually buying that evening. Overall a great experience and we'll definitely be back in the future for other vehicles.

I just bought a preowned 2019 Chevy Equinox from Dave Sinclair GMC. I have been shopping around for a while and getting really tired of the competition and hard core aggressive sales tactics that turned me off immediately. I was not too surprised about the sales speech stating that the car will not last at this price etc. etc., but I was very annoyed at the competitive bashing of the cars that we have narrowed down for our final choices. Comments like the Equinox are known for electrical issues and so forth. Andrew was the perfect non threatening, very informative and professional sales person that I liked from the beginning. I really was drawn to the Equinox and I appreciate the customer service I received from him.
My old truck Matilda was ready to retire, and I needed a vehicle quickly. I did my research on numerous SUVs and knew I wanted a GMC terrain. It wasn't my intention to even stop at this dealership however another dealership in the area was in the process of a deal with the vehicle I had intended to come see. It was my fiance who pointed out Dave Sinclair so we stopped off, I as already knew what I was looking for and the price range, was looking for a newer used vehicle with low miles. Long story short I ended up driving away with a new 2019 GMC terrain SLT with everything I wanted. Funny thing was that we had no intention on getting a new vehicle and I wa sd not really a fan of the new body style of the terrain but our sales guy Jason Ramshaw made the entire experience as though I was dealing with a long time friend. He showed me the vehicle I took that baby for a test drive and I loved it. I did get one with more options than the one I test drove but, the price point was difficult to turn down. With all the incentives they had and our trade in we spent maybe 2000 more than we would have if we bought a used one with higher mileage. The entire experience was the best I've had at any dealership and I was a finance manager at a car dealership for many years so for me to say that truly says something about this place. Jason Ramshaw thank you so much for such a pleasant experience, for being so helpful and for being one of the best sales guys I had ever dealt with. If I have any friends who ste looking for a vehicle I will definitely refer them to you. Love my new car. Still haven't found a name for her yet. Yes I name my cars.
