My first time making a purchase here went great! My salesperson Jeff Bowen was quick to respond to my email looking for a specific GMC Terrain and a couple days later the deal was done. Jeff and his manager stepped up to make a deal when other dealers I visited drug their feet. Jeff wasn't pushy but gave me timely updates on what to expect and by the end, there were no surprises. GMC products have treated me well. I definitely recommend Dave Sinclair Buick GMC if you are looking a new GMC.

Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful throughout our buying/ordering process. Our salesman Greg was fantastic to work with as well as Dave who got us through all our financing. We really appreciate the attention we received from this dealership. We had been to several other dealerships the day we ended up at Dave Sinclair and we did not feel welcome at all at the other dealerships. We were treated almost as if it was a burden to sell us a vehicle. The folks at Dave Sinclair made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were completely comfortable with our decision. We will definitely be back to Dave Sinclair for our next purchase.

This was the best experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. We actually just stopped to test drive as I had several cars in mind I liked. But I loved I was not pressured or ever felt overwhelmed. Oliver was our salesman and he was GREAT. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles. He didn't push or give us any fluff and stuff to just get the sale. He knew we were just looking. BUT he listened to us and was able to get exactly what we wanted. I have bought many cars in the past from dealerships. This was by far the best experience I have had. Go see Oliver, he is a straight forward sales person and does not pressure you. If I were needing another car he is the very first call I would make. I live five hours from dealership but would go back and will be my first call next time I need a car. Great to see sales people like Oliver and this dealerships process. THANKS!

Brought my car in due to steering wheel locking in wet conditions causing me to almost run off the road. Went to a mechanic before taking it to a GM store and they noticed the issue, but did not know how to fix it. However, when I brought it to have an assessment and repair all they were good for is scamming me to put twould new tires on in order to drive for diagnosis. Left with two new tires but the real issue unsolved. They informed me that the car drives perfect, but this is far from the truth. Staff was friendly but unhelpful. I will never purchase a GM again.

Ian was very knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer our questions and concerns. He found the truck we were looking for and was able to get everything done for us in the time we needed. Drew was great dealing with our trade in and we got more than we thought we would so that was a plus! Collin worked with us to get our payments in the range we wanted and still get the additional warranty coverage we need since we drive a lot. Overall great experience!

I'm very particular with what I want and how I deal for a car. I definitely put Todd thru some hoops because of the requirements I had and the high mileage I put on a vehicle. He stuck with me, texting updates and giving me options. He even let me know about a late arrival on the lot so I could look at it before I signed on the dotted line. I went with my original choice, but having the alternative to look at helped me know I was making the right choice and that he and Sinclair had my best interests in mind (the other car was quite a bit cheaper). I got what I wanted and I'm very pleased. His follow-thru and follow- up have been very much appreciated. Mike Sinclair, Tim and Dan were also involved - I love the whole team there! And Jerry Barnes in service is the reason I talked to them about the car. He's simply the best! I'm planning to keep this car for a good long while and with his maintenance work, I'm sure I'll be able to do it. Thanks to Todd, Jerry, and everyone at Sinclair!

Tim was an awesome salesman; patient, relatable, and honest. Dave Sinclair III blew me away entirely. I needed a vehicle, and because of my poor credit I knew I had to go new. He battled lenders to find me the best deal and even found a way to extend my warranty. On top of this, he took time to explain my credit to me and how to improve it going forward. He didn t have to do anything other than get me the loan, but he put a plan in place for me to get me back on track. I couldn t be more grateful for their work or more pleased with my new truck, and the best part is that I m now on a path to rebuilding my credit thanks to Dave s help. I will definitely be returning to them for any of my vehicle needs going forward.

I had been looking for a vehicle for awhile and all other dealership were just pushing me to do what they thought best for me, even though I knew what I was looking for other places would try to push me to other options. Andrew was great! His communication was awesome, he let me tell him what I was wanting and he accepted that and delivered great customer service without skipping a beat! Daniel Sinclair worked endlessly to make things right on an issue on a previously bought car that started having problems. He said "If you don't love the car we will make it right" When Dave Sinclair said " If it ain't right we will make it right " AND BOY DID THEY !!!! Thank you to all people involved who helped out !!! They tried to overcharge my wife for work that did not need to be done!

My wife and I purchased a gift certificate from a silent auction for a set of tires. My wife took her car in for her tires and was told she had to get a bunch of other work done and it was going to be $750. They told her it was not safe and work needed to be taken care of now trying to scare her into getting the work done.

Luckily my wife knew better and called our mechanic. She told him what was going on and he said if that is truly the problem can could get it done for $200. After our mechanic looked it over he said everything looked fine.

My wife did say it was the nicest waiting room she had been in and that the owner was really nice and checked in on her multiple times which made waiting for 3 hours to get 4 tires put on, bearable.

All I can say is I am very disappointed and caution anyone else out there to get a second opinion before getting work done there.

Our experience purchasing our Lexus from Dave Sinclair Buick GMC was fantastic. First, working with our salesman, Mark Brauninger was so easy and straight forward. No games and all the patience in the world. Feels like we made a new friend. No matter how many times we changed our offer or requested additional information, Mark was pleasant and helpful. We bought a beautiful, low mileage car and Sinclair agreed to correct one small problem, and they did. After succeeding in our negotiations, we worked with Paris to finish the transaction. He was very helpful and informative in explaining about warranty options etc. I can honestly recommend this dealership and these gentlemen to anyone looking to buy a car. One thing I appreciated was how thorough he was explaining all the features and options and going through everything prior to the test drive. Answered every question I had. Enjoyed working with him and also never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle which I appreciated. He gave me the time to get familiar with the vehicle and when it was time to talk business he was professional and provided great customer service. My saga begins with me calling the service departm...

My saga begins with me calling the service department at Dave Sinclair Buick to request a quote to program a new ECU in a 2000 Buick Lesabre. The lady I spoke with told me that it would be $80 For the service so I agreed to the price and set an appointment. Since the car was not running I had to pay to have the car towed to the dealership and as soon as I started the check in process the trouble started. The man at the counter said the price would be $160 per hour. After about 30 minutes talking to him at check in I had to leave so I told them to just call me when they figured out pricing. I got a call back a while later from the service department manager and he said he would go back and listen to the call when I got the quote for $80. A couple hours later he calls back and says they will do it for $80 even though they couldn't find the call. The next day I get a call wanting more money (at least 6 hours at $160 per hour) naturally I decline because they still couldn't guarantee that would be enough. So I go back and give them their $82.50 And pay another tow truck to haul the car home. So I decided to cut my losses with the car and sold it for way less that it was worth as a running car since I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. The same day I sold the car the buyer took it to his mechanic who had the car a grand total of 15 minutes and all that was needed want to scrub the info out of the ECU and reprogram it. ( This is exactly what I just paid Dave Sinclair to do) Now I get fairly angry because between the tow truck twice and the $82.50 to the shop I'm losing money on the car. I called and asked to speak with someone to file a complaint about the service department and I get a call back from one of the owners of the dealership. I explain my situation to him and tell him I want a refund since obviously they did nothing to the car and when he declined I told him that he would never get any business from me or my family again his response was "Have you ever been a customer before?" When I said no his response was "well were not losing anything are we?" I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the tow truck but I at least expect a refund for the service I didn't receive.

Got 23 emails and phone calls no one answered my questions or would give a price . greg semanisin answered all my questions and called back with price within 10 mins. I told Greg I thank you but you are just a long way to come to buy a car. the next day after dealing with all the other sales people all called Greg to get car ready. very pleasant exsperance . love the new Buick.

We purchased a 2015 Buick Encore. Everything was great! Raphael was EXTREMELY helpful and by far the best sales person that we have ever dealt with. We came an hour before the store was closing and Paris and Raphael were kind enough to stay late so we could get the deal done. After all the paperwork was finished with Paris, Raphael was kind enough to go through all the gadgets on the vehicle with us including showing us how to pair our phone with the Bluetooth system and setting up our Onstar. The store stayed open an extra 3 hours just for us to finish! We would recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family.

Service was great but I am not impressed with the service received while trying to get assistance using the warranty that was sold with the vehicle. It is not cutting dry and getting help to utilize your warranty is like pulling teeth.
