I brought my car in for an oil change, and I noted it was making a strange noise on the drop box form. They called me quickly with the diagnosis once opened for the day, and they told me my options. They again called to let me know the part was covered under my extended warranty, offered a rental car for free, and called to let me know when there was a delay in the repair.
