Everyone at your company has always been so professional and very thorough. Eric was out to give the furnace a tune-up and also had a look at my 2nd older furnace as it's nearing 15 yrs old. He gave me advice for what to expect and I have peace of mind that all is in good working order. Thanks for your service!

I have used Pronto for a tune up of my old furnace and to install a new furnace/AC. Great experience overall. They were very timely in their scheduling and responses, and extremely easy to work with in installing my new equipment. Logan serviced my old furnace and was great about walking me through his findings and recommendations. Jack took his time in assessing and sizing my house for new equipment, as well as making sure I understood my options. I never felt pressured to make one decision or another which I really appreciated. On the day of install, Jim and his team went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed and understood how my new equipment worked. I trusted these guys throughout and would definitely recommend them. Thanks Pronto!

The Pronto team was fantastic, courteous, and even great in preparing our home to have men and equipment going in and out all day while installing our furnace and air-conditioner.
We had a little glitch the day after instillation,; we called and Sam came out to our home and fixed the problem "Pronto" no pun intended. He was very helpful in furthering our education in learning more about the new technical equipment.
We are very pleased with our new equipment making our home function like a well oiled machine.
Thank you for everything; we have been purchasing furnaces and air-conditioners from (Segwick )and Pronto for many years and have never been disappointed.

If there was a lower star i would give them. I called them over the winter months for a heat pump diagnostic. The technician showed up at the door and informed me that they don't service heat pumps. I argued that Pronto should have informed me over the phone that heat pumps can't be serviced when its lower than 60 degrees. He forced me to pay $145 trip charge after calling his manager. I called Pronto customer service and the lady was extremely rude and loud over the phone. She kept on repeating that the technician did what he was supposed to do which was diagnose the issue. Basically he driving all the way to inform me that they can't service heat pumps when it's 40 degrees outside. Long story short i threatened to dispute my credit card charge and she responded in an extremely rude and racist way that she will refund the trip charge and moving forward they won't work with me and basically blacklist me.

Horrible experience! I will make sure that everybody i know never call pronto for any of their needs. There are much customer friendly companies out there. I'm never calling Pronto again!

Edit: The response from the owner is absolutely wrong. I did not refuse payment and can show proof on my credit card. The equipment is not broken and everything is working fine. An hour was not spent on diagnostics because heat pumps cannot be diagnosed or even serviced in winter. They should have never came out.

Tech was professional, efficient, and clearly knew his job very well. We had an air conditioning problem that was diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour. Pronto is always my go-to for HVAC problems. I highly recommend Pronto.

Our first experience with Pronto and it was excellent! From the friendly rep who helped get us on the schedule, to the same-day service, to our professional technician. Chris was superior. He was friendly, courteous and so helpful. He carefully explained everything he did along with some tips for what we can do in the future to help maintain our furnace system. I am impressed and very pleased. Pronto will definitely be a provider we look to again!

Pronto has always been my go-to guys. They installed the furnace in a previously-owned home and we were So Satisfied that we continue to use them in our new town home. We thought our water heater had died and Pronto technician Haso was out at 10 AM the next day to replace it. He checked our breaker box and discovered the breaker had been accidentally turned off. We really appreciate the prompt service, and particularly that he identifed the real problem and was able to eliminate the need to replace the water heater. Pronto will definitely be our first call in the future. Thank you again!

Persistent spam after calling for quote.

I made the mistake of calling Pronto for furnace repair 9pm one night when my furnace had issues but as they were way more expensive than their competition, so I ended the call without scheduling service with them. That s fine, no big deal.

However, the next morning at 8am I get an unsolicited call from then asking if I ended up scheduling with someone else, which I responded with an curt yes and said good bye.

Over the next three weeks I would receive another two more unsolicited phone calls (finally had to ask to never call me again) and 2 emails despite my issue been resolved immediately by a different company. I should ve known not to give them all my information for a quote...

I had two different people from Dean's Professional Services come to my house, diagnose my AC problem and tell me there was nothing wrong with my system. Jessica came over from Pronto and within 20 minutes had identified the problem. She was great and really knew her stuff with the Mitsubishi mini-split system I have. Pronto provided great service from the repair / maintenance process, sales process and installation of our new unit. Everyone we worked with was helpful and courteous and made sure to take the time so that we completely understood all aspects of the process. I would highly recommend Pronto to anyone that HVAC maintenance / repair needs or is looking purchase a new unit.

Great service--came out the same day I called. Explained the pricing structure on the phone and the friendly service man stuck to it. He was quick, straightforward and honest. Our ac system is pretty old and we wondered if it's inadequate for our house size. He could have said it was and attempted to sell me a larger one but didn't. He also provided some suggestions for how to keep our house cool. I was satisfied.

Today my service rep was Eric. Got here timely, was informative, answered.all my questions, very polite. Cleaned and fixed what my furnace needed. I have heat again...YEA!
Eric also signed me up for their yearly plan, so I can avoid issues like today. Love all their reps.

We are hoping this next fix will solve our Problem with

We have an older house which we have lived in for 25 years and as you might imagine the mechanicals need to be maintained and replaced through the years. Over the last several years we have used Pronto exclusively to replace and maintain the furnace, HVAC and water heater. Each and every time they have arrived when they said they would. The techs have been both skilled and pleasant . The job has been completed
in a timely manner and the area left cleaner & more orderly than when they arrived. We have always been pleased will Pronto and the service they provide. We will continue to use them for our service needs and as a result highly recommend them.

Newly installed garage heater defective. After barely 2 months use the heater is stuck on. Came home to a garage in excess of 90 degrees. On call person acknowledged that it was just put in and stated she wasn't sure if it would be covered by warranty and asked me to make a decision if I wanted a repairman or the warranty specialist to follow up. Wow, talk about not standing behind your work! Hoping the follow up is better than the on call. Also hoping your heater doesn't burn my house down.

Our furnace died last July on a hot, sticky Saturday. After doing some online research into what brand we wanted for replacement, we were thrilled to get a Pronto Sales Rep out that day, at 5 pm. Have been quite happy with the furnace all winter... however this summer, the fan, when running to circulate air (when A/C condensing unit was NOT running), seemed to be barely moving the air. Upstairs rooms seemed to be stuffy as a result. That s when we decided to call Pronto. They were able to get out the next day, and adjust the fan speed to our satisfaction. We purchased a new furnace from Pronto in October 1st. One of the things the sales person stressed was a three different rebates we would receive. He stressed that Pronto takes care of filing the rebates and so it s quick and easy. We are still waiting on $1000.00, my wife called them over a month ago and was told oops they didn t file the rebates. So after three weeks of no rebate or call back from Pronto my wife called again. They said oops the rebates were not filed, but they would put a rush on it . I called and spoke with Maria (the office representative my wife spoke with) to discuss the problem. She said the sales representative was no longer employed and they didn t show my wife s initial call. I said that shouldn t be our problem. Maria said she was going to talk to the service manager to see if they could refund us directly. Maria or the service manager were to call me back by the of the day. Surprise neither of them called, an Email was sent to my wife saying they sent the refund paperwork and asked Bryant to put a rush on it..I m sorry but to have a customer wait three months to get $1000.00 is ridiculous. I emailed back asking why Maria didn t call or respond to my initial call. I also let her know I thought they should refund us and we can give the rebate refund when we got them. Another Email that basically said like it or lump it. It s been a day and still no call. Wishing I had gone with Lasalle Heating and Air Conditioning. Horrible customer service. This is my first review I ve ever posted anywhere. Be wary of promises this company makes.

This company is so great, so human and top of the line at the same time. They are able to communicate the status of the problem, and all
the options clearly. Nobody trying to up sell or scare you. The diagnostician was really good; he talked me through the choices, and set up zero percent financing payments on the spot. The job was scheduled and completed 4 days later. Andres rocked it out. There is nothing like feeling as though you ve put yourself (and your money investment) in thoroughly capable and honest hands.

Rainy morning.... Chris, Haso, and Ryan arrived before 7:30am. Immediately, floor coverings were spread to basement door. We paused for introductions, and then they got right to work. My husband and I worked in the dining room while they removed our old furnace, prepared the space, and installed the new. After a lunch break, Chris educated us on the slick new wifi thermostat. After making some final adjustments and cleaning up, Chris showed us the new system and how to change filters, etc. By 2pm, done. Pleased with speed, competence of techs, and friendly service. (May add on to this after using the system, Bryant 987M, for awhile.)

Great experience! Got same-day service for my broken AC. Technician diagnosed the broken part and had a replacement on the truck. He fixed it quickly and gave some info on what to look for as my AC unit ages. Awesome job! Would totally hire them again!

I hired pronto to handle all the plumbing as I gutted renovated 5 bathrooms and 4 kitchens. They handle all the plumbing install. Ran all new water lines, new gas lines and installed all new fixtures. I worked mainly with Travis, the master plumber. He was fantastic.

I highly recommend Pronto for your plumbing and any gas lines that you need.
