Once again Pronto and Robby came to the rescue .. noises no furnace should ever make! Now all fixed and running perfect!
Not Robby's first trip here - Imagine Christmas morning and no heat! That was his first visit and the day I learned you have to change the filter for the furnace to run (duh!). That caliber of service is why I will only call Pronto for any HVAC issues!
