I had my ac unit replaced last year by Pronto & suddenly it stopped working. I spent time on the phone trying to troubleshoot the basics but without success. Today is Saturday & they sent Jessica out to sort out why the ac wasn t working & to fix it. Jessica is so bright & I could tell she was running through everything in her mind. She quickly determined it was the condensation pump & replaced it. All at no charge. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
