This was the greatest company to work with. From sales to install it was spot on the entire way. A beautiful written quote before the salesman left to a quality walk-through on the entire system that was installed. I had had other quotes from other contractors. None of them were as thorough or as in-depth as Pronto. If you re looking for the best go with these guys.

A glitch in the system brings their technicians back out speedily, always professional, customer-focused. It's a pleasure to deal with a 'responsible' company like PRONTO. Though many of the installers and technicians are superb, Robbie is one of the best, patient as the day is long, very knowledgeable, and has a delightful sense of humor! Their management staff is also remarkable, responding quickly whenever we've needed their input.
Keith did a terrific job. He quickly diagnosed our A/C problem, explained it clearly and offered alternatives and pricing. We are very pleased with the outcome.
Pronto has been a really great way for us to just not need to worry about the HVAC in our house. When we already had a service tech scheduled to come out to to check our heat before the winter, our air conditioning went out, and the staff was quick to switch the appointment so that the person coming out could see the air conditioning, and scheduled a new appointment just a week later (well ahead of winter!) to have the furnace checked. The guy that came out, Dan, was super friendly, clear, got right to work, and didn't do all the tiring "probably about time to get a new furnace" pressure that we got with our old HVAC people EVERY TUNEUP FOR 9 YEARS. No such problem with Pronto. Strongly recommended!
Great service as always from Pronto. I received a text yesterday reminding me of the appointment time. Then I got another text about an hour before they came alerting me to who would be coming along with a photo. Ben took care of business quickly and efficiently.
Both the phone rep and service tech Jessica were great. She was on-time, assessed things quickly, described everything very clearly, answered all my questions, and gave a full spectrum of options. Very professional and would definitely suggest Pronto!
Was having problems with our furnace not heating properly. Our appointment was for the 10:00am-12:00pm window. Brian was able to come early, identify the problem, fix it and was gone by 9:15am. He was very friendly and polite!
Very happy with the service I have received. They installed my furnace and A/C units. Two years later everything is great still. Had a tune-up done for both units and the technician, Peter did a great job. On time, explained what he was going to do to, and showed me how to do some of the easy cleaning things. Very happy with the service he provided.
Mike Rogers provided a very professional experience when coming to our home to provide an estimate for a furnace replacement. He was very knowledgeable and was very open and honest with the costs associated with a furnace replacement. High recommend giving these guys a call.

Last month, we had a leaking water heater that left puddles of water in our basement. Since Pronto had installed a new high efficiency furnace and AC earlier in the year, they were our first and only call for the water heater replacement. My husband Rick, called their sales pro Nick and left him a message a 8:30pm on the night when we first noticed the leaking water heater. Nick texted us back within the hour (9:30pm!) and Pronto called us the next morning at 7:00 AM and we had a service tech at our house by 7:30AM! We were able to take hot showers same day. They did an awesome professional job and got the new water heater installed promptly and pre-filled our rebate forms. We've dealt with various service companies over the 15 years of home-ownership and I can't say enough good things about Pronto. From start to finish, these guys and gals are completely professional and totally customer focused. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade their furnace/AC or water heater. Top notch company and locally owned in MN!
Brandon was great! Very courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to explain what was going on clearly, and recommended different options to work within our budget. I think Pronto s prices are steeper than other companies- hence the 4 star review rather than 5, but service was great! If you re going for service over price, use these guys.
One of the hottest days of the year and my AC went out. Robby from Pronto was at my door in less than an hour to help. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix, but he worked for over 8 hours in 95 degree heat to get it back up and running. From the helpful person who answered my call to Robby s hard work, Pronto demonstrated why they are the best in MN! Thank you!

Fantastic overall. The technician, Chad, was on time and was able to complete his work quickly with no issues overall. Informed me of some things to look out for in the future. Very friendly from beginning to end and an honest opinion mean a lot in today's world where everyone wants to get a little more out of the customer. He did his job with no interruption. Keith was super helpful; he talked us through four different options for our failed 17-yo furnace/AC combo unit - everything from bandaid repairs through platinum replacement. We appreciated that he didn't pressure us into making a decision - simply emailed us the quotes, gave us his card, and shared the service commitments we could expect from going with Pronto. This is a 5-star rating for Keith specifically; the only thing bringing it officially down to a 4 was that the receptionist recorded the wrong city for our address resulting in Keith heading to the opposite side of the metro and causing a 1 hour incremental wait time. Totally a one-time mistake, so we'll happily use them again.
My water heater started leaking on a Sunday. Pronto came out Monday to check it out. It needs to be replaced and they re coming back Tuesday to replace it. I m thrilled with their service!
We had a routine A/C tune up before the summer season. My husband brought up the fact we wanted a new thermostat. Ben showed us some options. We really liked one. However, he didn't have that model on the truck. He drove to their distribution center to get it and came back and installed it the same day. We considered that "above and beyond" customer service AND on a Friday to boot! I'm sure he had a full day ahead of him still to do.
Ben (our tech) arrived right on time and was very pleasant and professional. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I wish all techs were as good as the Pronto techs.
Peter is perhaps the best service tech we have had in 50 years of home-owning. Extremely Covid conscious, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and not a pushy sales type though he had useful suggestions, etc. I hope we can request him again in the future. Pronto scores big in all areas of customer service.
On time and did a great job doing seasonal service on my furnace. Fortunately no problems. I am a believer in seasonal preventative maintenance to catch small problems before they become big expensive problems. Of course no problems are the best.
I needed my chimney liner replaced. The Pronto team was nothing short of fantastic to work with. Other companies theorized that the liner assembly was made of asbestos and needed an abatement team/company come out to remove it before any of those companies would do the install. Needless to say, this had the potential to be very expensive and these other companies did not offer to come out to take a look at it first hand, but made guesses from behind a phone.
Thankfully I did more due diligence and called Pronto. I initially talked to Jason and explained to him how my chimney liner was deteriorated badly near the top. Jason immediately said 'I'm not so sure that has asbestos and I want to have one of my guys come out to take a look at it.' He gave me the option of having someone come out at 7am the next morning. Shawn came out first thing at 7am the next morning and confirmed that the liner was NOT made of asbestos (NOTE: Shawn had to come from the southern suburbs to the northern suburbs and then go back south for the remainder of his work day, and did this without asking for a fee!). Shawn was very personal and explained everything to me. Shawn said that he would get with Jason to schedule the work the next business day. When Jason called me shortly thereafter, I mentioned to Jason that I had an outgoing flight the next day so Jason scheduled the work to be done the as early as possible the next business day.
John the tech and his partner came out to our house to remove the old chimney liner the next business day. John was extremely personal and again explained everything. John comes from Texas and he was very respectful in his communication to both my wife and I. They removed a section of the liner within the time that Shawn had estimated and presented me with an invoice that was identical to what Shawn had quoted me. These guys saved me $100's and were as personal to interface with as they were technically competent. It's never fun to shell out chunks of money unexpectedly when your house or property needs repair, but the guys at Pronto made the experience as pleasant as it is ever going to be. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Pronto/Eric have never disappointed me. I received notice when he was on his way, he arrived on time, used boot covers in my home, tested, cleaned and reported condition of furnace. Looked at AC but too chilly for tune-up so that will wait for Spring. Thanks for making this prices easy.

Day 2 of our process of replacing a 32 year old furnace...going, going, replace before It dies in the middle of a Minnesnowta winter, likewise our 15 year old water heater that has just sprung a leak, going, going...replace that as fast as possible before it really pops! And...during that Minnesnowta frigid winter! Pronto to our rescue! Kurt laid out our options and was attentive and didn t pressure us to buy a particular model. What he did was listen to our story and asked good questions, gave us the solutions that Pronto could handle. No one wants to buy furnaces or water heaters but no one wants to deal with the aftermath of not replacing them in a timely manner. Between day one and our sales meeting with Kurt I d done my due diligence and researched the Bryant options so when we sat down to talk I was prepared. Kurt s presentation was easy to understand and addressed our particular heating and cooling issues based on our home. We felt that we d been given the tools/information to make a sound decision. We also felt that Kurt/Pronto respected us as valued customers, that s really important to us.
Day three...7 am ... the new furnace and new hot water heater show up...right on time. A short time later...Blaine and Jim are on scene to work magic, transforming a potential disaster into a work of art. Two real craftsmen creating a comfortable home environment. I could go on but...the work speaks for itself. By 3:30 both the water heater and the furnace are up and running...so quietly that you can barely hear the furnace even standing next to it.

We subsequently had an issue with our new water heater...here s the reason we do business with Pronto...SERVICE. They were here on a Sunday morning. Jessica, the service tech knew exactly what to do, the fix took minutes to accomplish.
One more great experience...Robby showed up on time to replace the humidifier solenoid. Back up and running in no time.

Everyone I spoke with at Pronto was so helpful! Our tech Jessica arrived close to the beginning of our service window and did a great job of explaining how she investigated, tuned up, and solved our furnace issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were at our door within three hours of my calling (during normal business hours), and the price was very affordable.
When my ac stopped working properly I called Pronto. The service person arrived in the slotted time and quickly diagnosed and fixed ac. He was personable, professional and neat. He explained what the problem was and gave me some pointers on ac maintenance. I was happy with the service Pronto provided.
Arrived at a timely basis. Asked us about use and concerns with furnace. Performed analysis. Shared options on what some concerns were and made suggestion on how to address. Got the parts needs and implemented professionally. Gave some recommendations about future considerations and maintenance.
Jessica came out to double check work done by previous tech. She was prompt, personable, and positive despite the oppressive heat outside. Finished rechecking everything and making sure the AC would stay running. Five stars for Jessica I would have her again.
I was so happy they could come out first thing Monday morning and replace the unit before the end of the day. There was no upselling or trying to talk me into a lifelong service plan, just took care of the issue promptly and with minimal disruption to my day.
Chris from Pronto was awesome! He help to resolve all the issues I had with my system, educated me about what I had, how to maintain the system and general knowledge.
He also was kind enough to explain general costs and ideas for upgrading my system to something that would be better and more efficient for my needs. I recommend Pronto.
Got a quote from these guys. The people on the phone and in person are extremely nice and polite. However quote was high (30-50% comparatively to other similarly licensed/bonded/insured business with similar warranty). They would not itemize the quote (labor, parts, permits, other) which is not a transparent practice. They didn't measure duct work and didn't go around the house to count windows, doors, etc .. which means they did not do a proper load calculation for the house and properly dimension the replacement unit which will shorten the unit life if over/under dimensioned. I'm not paying a high premium for sub-par design and professionalism. Again, very nice people, just not the high end/high quality HVAC they claim to be.
We very rarely have any issues with our furnace from Pronto but anytime you do, they are able to get you on their service schedule very quickly at YOUR convenience not theirs. They always show up on time and take care of everything. Dan was awesome as always! I highly recommend Pronto.

Kevin came out right on time and started work immediately. He was very nice and did an excellent job. He answered all of the questions that I had. He was very neat in his work. You couldn't even tell that he did all this work inside and outside of my home. All the people I dealt with from start to finish were great. I would highly recommend pronto.
Started off pretty rough, called to say I wasn't happy. Scott got right on it, sent Chris out and no charge and he did a FABULOUS job . I say the sign of a great company is when things start out badly and they actually turn it from a one star review to 5plus! Kudos
I would give them a zero star rating if possible. Customer service is terrible. The quotes they give are worthless. The wanted more money for a job that was slready bid and then cancelled the job. Such a waste of time. Save your time and money for a heating contractor that stands by their written quotes. Now its weeks at the soonest before we can get another contractor to do the work. I am a home inspector and will never recommend this company to any of my clients!

Showed up on time -- did a through job of preventative maintenance, including replacing all filters and other minor items -- explained to us current status and potential issues with a 12-years old furnace. All-in-all and first rate job and we signed up for continuing service in 2019.
I was very happy that Pronto was able to come out right away when my AC died. It died suddenly at night and I was able to use their online appointment form that night. I received a call back at 7am. Andrew came out and found the issue and had it fixed within the hour. He tested the system and made sure everything worked before he left.
