We had water leaking from the A/C and called Pronto. They were able to send someone out the next morning. Chris arrived on time and was very professional. He fixed our issue quickly and thoroughly. He answered my questions and gave advice on what to do if we had continued A/C problems without pressuring to purchase more equipment. The price of service was more than fair.
