Very good service and support. Very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose what the problem was. Unfortunately due to the age of the system they recommended replacement rather than fixing the solution, but given the age of the system, and the potential for some other age related problems to occur in the near future, this was the right recommendation. I appreciated their expertise and honesty.
