Aside from the one issue we had with our furnace, Pronto has been great, even in our new house.
We've usually had great service from the techs at Pronto, and have always felt their prices were fair, and customer service was excellent. We chose them for our previous home we were selling, and they went above and beyond to satisfy the requirements of the buyer. We continued to call them for service and tune ups on the next home we purchased. The technician came out, was very thorough, helpful, and friendly, did the tune up, told us there were some parts that needed to be replaced. Being a new furnace, we felt the parts should've been under warranty, and that's where the frustration started. We were told to contact the installer, the installer tools us to contact the hvac company, pronto told us it wouldn't be under warranty, and now after several phone calls between pronto and the furnace distributor, it's been 3 months and parts have not been ordered, let alone replaced. October 1st I was told a note would be put on the service managers desk to call me the next morning, and I never got a call. November 4th, I called for a follow up and started the whole process over again. I'm now worried that the parts won't be covered under warranty by the time pronto gets around to replacing the parts. I'd hate to have to find another hvac company, after all the referring we've done to friends and family.
