We have never used Pronto before but based on their high ratings called them when my Mom's air conditioner quit working. From the service technician, Chris, to the sales rep, Jack, and the installation tech Kevin, the entire experience was great. They were able to get Jack out the same day once it was determined the unit couldn't be repaired, and then the installation team out the very next day. Great service all the way around!

The Pronto technician just left with booties in hand. Yes, they slip booties over their shoes before they set foot in your house. That is just one example of the level of service Pronto provides. We learned of their impeccable service after having them install our air conditioning and furnace several years back. We have gladly used them for all our maintenance issues and will continue to do so in the future. We have not hesitated in recommending Pronto to friends and family, who have, in turn, recommended them as well. On a side note, the tech today was scheduled to arrive at 3 pm. I got a call at 2:15 saying he was running early. The scheduler on the phone asked if the tech could COME early. (How often does that happen?) It was. Ten minutes later, he was at my door and about a half hour after that the service was complete. Thanks, Pronto!

We used Pronto to install a ductless mini-split A/C unit. Everyone from their sales team to the team that came out the day before the appointment to the install team was professional and very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. The team was friendly and finished the entire install in one day. Would use Pronto again for any HVAC need in a heart beat.

Called them late on a Monday afternoon and they were able to get a technician out to my house the next day within a 2 hour time window of my choosing. Fixed my A/C unit in a very short amount of time and I am now able to enjoy a cool, humidity free house the rest of the summer.

We had Pronto install, furnace, AC and water heater in 2012 and have had them out spring and fall for tune ups ever since. They have consistently been outstanding in every regard. We highly recommend them. Our most recent experience with Brandon was excellent, as usual . Blaine from Pronto did a wonderful job, He was prompt, quiet, clean and very informative. The only negative (though I hesitate to even lower the review by one star!), was that our water heater pipe started leaking at the solder point before he was out the door. My husband happened to run back downstairs for something while they were getting ready to exit and noticed it. Blaine spent another 20 minutes fixing the the spot and all is well as of now!

The low today was -8, not including windchill. Brian had our furnace working within 30 minutes. The temporary fix will get us by until tomorrow, when he will come back to replace the faulty part. He did a nice job of explaining the problem and our options.

Great Service!!! Had a couple times I had to follow up on rebate paper work they were supposed to take care of, but always prompt responses. Also one rebate was not available due to an error on their end, and they offered to give me the rebate themselves without me asking. Overall great job no complaints. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Andrew did a great job answering my questions abt our dual zoned system. I asked him to check our air-to-air exchanger while he was here to make sure it was functioning as it should. He took it apart and showed me how to clean the filters. He took his time to ensure our furnace and related systems were functioning as they needed to.

When our furnace died on a Friday evening and 5 days before Christmas, I was crushed. I found Pronto at the top of the Google search with a strong rating. My house was already below 60 degrees, so that's where my research ended. An hour later their technician, Robby, was at our house and gave us space heaters to use till a new furnace could be installed. 12 hours later (Saturday AM) their salesman, Jack, was at our kitchen table explaining our options. 4 days later (Tuesday AM) Jim was in our basement removing our old furnace and installing the new one. I honestly couldn't imagine it going any better...or any easier. I don't think anyone ever wants to replace their furnace. But now that I've had too, I can't imagine using anyone other than Pronto.
