What an incredible experience! I called during the first heat wave of the summer, and they were able to come out within 48 hours, which exceeded my expectations because I know there can be big delays during the hottest days of summer.

The service window was just 2 hours, and the tech (Jeff) showed up in the earlier part of that window. I received a text and an email with a photo of Jeff so I knew who to expect upon arrival.

Jeff was incredibly professional and provided amazing customer service while he was in my home. The issue was fixed very quickly, but he still took the time to listen to my questions and help me understand what more I could do to make the most out of my unit to try to get the air distributed to my upstairs in this old home.

Perfect experience, as far as I'm concerned!
