Otto was my Pronto service man. He was friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. He gave me a thorough explanation of needed repairs and provided me with good advice for my future hvac needs. Service Plus could not come out for 2 more weeks and we have weeks of 90 and up temperatures, I couldn t wait!!! Definitely recommend Pronto and Otto to take care of near future replacements.
