We scheduled a furnace tune-up only to have our air conditioning break down the morning of our appointment. We didn't realize it until he showed up. Robby was great with diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. We postponed the furnace tune-up due to hot weather :) However, very grateful to have a functioning AC unit. We also saved on the service fee charge. Reasonable rates all around.
